I asked if they have vanilla cold foam and she snaps back with a "no" , okayy i ask if they have ANY cold foam girl goes "yeah we have the regular one " girl what is regular cold foam thats VANILLA but okay i pull around and get my drink and look up to tell her to have a good rest of her night because she clearly needs it and the window just gets slammed in my face. I placed a mobile order at 8:04 am and arrived about 8 min after; granted there's a small line/traffic. When i got to intercom, the supervisor, I'm guessing, had a friendly greeting, but as soon as i said "i have a mobile pickup for" her tone changed and her energy shifted to "you can pull around" i was friendly to her. I do not know her. I'm not sure what the issue is here but I don't want to assume discrimination but at that moment i thought she was rude. I give grace and understand everyone has their days, but it doesn't excuse bad service. I get to the window and she doesn't greet me she hands me my drink with a fake smile and i say have a great day she's silent. Again, i was going to brush it off, but i when i looked at my drink i thought i forgot to add cold foam bc there wasn't any. When i got home i checked my receipt and saw cold foam and gave them a call and asked for the manager. It was her that answered. I explained to her Idk if it was on purpose but all i saw was a speck of cold foam; that's the only reason i knew it had disappeared. She then argued that she would watch the cameras first before deciding to refund me and that that would be later. I said as a Customer if I'm not satisfied and asking for a refund it's your responsibility. She then says you can come later. Stays silent on the phone again and before i could ask what time she hung up the phone i castled back and Dixie answered the phone and tried to excuse to mangers behavior by saying it's busy. I then told her I'm a grown woman i can tell they are young yet have no respect for anyone. I normally don't ask for a refund burger artist was so bad she needs to be fired. This seems to be a normal occurrence but the ran into the wrong one. I will hold them accountable. You don't hang up on a customer face specially when the drink isn't up to the standard. So sad this younger generation has no good customer service and their attitude sucks. She felt like she don't owe anyone an apology because she's a manager but she needs to humble herself. When you get a higher position, then comes a higher level of expectation and responsibility. You are setting a bad example for those that are your coworkers. Simply just rude, i come here on my break at work to get a drink or snack and today i came and got what i usually get "ice tea lemonade" with shots of blueberry flavoring. i ordered through the drive through and when i got to the window they gave me the wrong drink which was just a lemonade and i told the girl that it was wrong and that i wanted an ice tea lemonade and she said okay but she comes back with just a tea and a shot of blueberry and i explained what i had ordered and she said "oh we don't have that".... i literally ordered it two days ago but anyways, i go in and i say excuse me very nicely and explained to a different girl what happened and asked if she could remake my drink, she ignored me at first and then rolled her eyes and was just having an attitude i had asked for light ice and she's just jerking the cup around and huffing and puffing and then when she give me my drink WHICH IS STILL WRONG she said with the snarkiest tone "most people call it an arnold palmer maybe try that next time" when it's literally called an iced tea lemonade on the app. my sausage egg and cheese croissant was good though read more

This Dunkin Donut is 2 minutes from where I live and I love it because it's open 24hours! Who doesn't want to be able to get donuts at 2am if you really have that craving. Because of my job, I sometimes leave the house at 4:30am, and it's really nice to be able to get coffee and a wake up wrap on the go. The staff is always nice. I have had complains about this location before. I would always order the iced coffee with cream and caramel...and for some odd reason, I never get the caramel part. Not sure if they just forgot or what, but I had to write a complaint. The issue has since then been fixed, which it makes me feel like that they do take care of their customers. The reason I didn't give it all 5 stars is because it depends on the time of day you go, sometimes the staff just isn't all there. Some are gongho about their job and some just stares off into space but overall, I choose this over Starbucks . I like the cold brew and the selection of food options available. Store at 3640 Marietta Hwy Canton GA 30114 I placed an order online. I went to pick up my order at the drive thru. The cashier told me that they didn't had any orders placed online. I had forgotten my cell at home so I couldn't confirmed. I went back home thinking that I plafed at the wrong store. At home I checked and indeed I had placed at that store. I went back and I told the lady and she told me that they didn't had any glazed donuts!! I placed more than Donuts!!! And she couldn't told me that the first time??? So I asked her what other donuts she had and she said that she had Chocolate glazed, I told her to give me those then. She came back and told me that she only had 2. I told her to give me a refund. She told me she couldn't do that!! There didn't had any managers working there!!! So... you have this two little girls running a store with no clue of what they have or what they are doing???  If you can't have adults and responsible personal to run this shop you should shut it down. This location kills me. I wanted to love it so bad but ever since leaving the military I moved kind of close to this location and NEVER experienced a day of getting my order right. Today was the last straw. I ordered two simple drinks both sugar free flavors with almond milk and received this and paid almost $7 because I was charged extra for the swirl version of what I asked them not to use! One even had a film on the top with bubbles in and around the sides. Not sure what this was, but I was too scared to drink them after getting attitude the entire time from the girl who took my order. Not sure why the low rating.... this is a great DD! I came in for my usual. Black coffee and a pink donut. The coffee tasted like they just made it. Nice and flavorful. I had two employees say hi to me as soon as I walked in and I wasn't in the store for very long....this store is open 24/7 and looks like it's barely a year old. Everything still looks brand new...it's located next to a Meineke and a McDonalds to your left. But you can't access the McDonalds from here. When you turn out of this DD there is a concrete median so you have to turn right...the drive thru is pretty jamming in the morning as expected but never had to wait very long. I know i shouldn't expect much coming to a dunkin' donuts. but this one takes the cake when it comes to incompetence. I order a "2 bagels toasted with cream cheese on the side" and i got one made and one on the side... it's not hard to fix. i order an ice carmel coffee. i got just a regular coffee with no carmel in it. i was the only person here. they didn't have a line or busy at all or else i would've understood. The girls working there are HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! I went to Dunkin' and ordered a coffee, bacon cheddar omelet bites, and hash browns. The server handed me a coffee along with a to-go bag and said "Have a great day" so I assumed everything was inside the bag. I drove to work. When I got to work, the omelet bites were not in the bag, so I called the store and spoke to a lady on the phone about the situation. She said I could come back and get them, and I told her I couldn't do that because I was already at work. She said to come back that afternoon and they would give me a refund. I went back that same afternoon and was told that the person I spoke with on the phone was no longer there so they could not issue the refund, but to come back the next day. I went back this morning and ordered a coffee. When I got to the window, I explained the situation again to the manager, and that was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. She asked me what happened (even though she's the same person I spoke on the phone with the day before). After telling her what happened, she told me that it was actually MY fault because I "drove off without the egg bites". She was extremely rude to me and did not apologize for the inconvenience, after I had already driven back there several times to resolve the situation. I love Dunkin', but people who are rude and disrespectful should absolutely not be working in customer service. This is why we usually go to local coffee shops or even a Starbucks (at least you know what you're getting). We had to have 2 menu drinks remade and the lead worker on the register argued with us very loudly. I came in with my boyfriend around 10:30 on Sunday, place was not busy but had other patrons behind us. We were handed a hot chocolate with skim milk and small Americano. The problem was I ordered a vanilla chai latte and a medium americano, also asking for 2% in my latte. I told them again it was hot chocolate and the lady then proceeded to argue telling us it wasn't a hot chocolate and that my drink "smells just like a holiday cookie." It wasn't until the lady behind me had her order wrong that they finally realized they'd mixed up the chai and hot chocolate powders. THEN when she finally corrected my drink it had about 2/3 foam and 3 sips of coffee. read more

Backstory: I don't like the taste of coffee but I still like to drink "coffee" so I normally get an iced mocha latte sub espresso for coffee syrup. That way it's not as strong as with the espresso and I can still drink it. Well today when I went to order my drink the girl said "I can't put coffee Syrup in a latte." And I said "well every other Dunkin' Donuts does." And she said "well they can do that but I'm NOT going to put coffee syrup in a latte. A frozen coffee is a frozen coffee and a latte is a latte." When it all boils down she just didn't want to do it. And to my surprise when I got to the window her manager was only about 4-5 feet from her when he means he heard everything she said. Pros: open twenty four hours and easy to get in and out of the parking lot. The employees are friendly and willing to to go the extra mile. Cons: they had no food! I wanted a breakfast sandwich and they literally had no croissants, no flatbreads, no bagels, nothing. The employee double checked and indeed no bread. I also noted that they did not have any tops for my coffee when I got my order. It wasn't a big deal since I was eating there but not good for taking on the road. read more

This is literally the slowest Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. I've been coming here since they opened and at first I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The staff in the morning is so very slow. There is no sense of urgency at all. The drive-thru line is always backed up. They turn off online ordering when it gets busy. That's happened to me twice now. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because it's pretty hard to mess up the type of food they serve and they've never left anything out of my order. Beyond horrible employment. Employees go around yelling vulgar language and talking very inappropriate knowing the customers in the lobby can hear them. My boyfriend and I both went to this Dunkin' to study and we had ordered drinks on the app to get the points, and on my drink I selected less ice, as the workers started to make the drinks they all allowedly started talking about how less ice is stupid to them and how customers shouldn't even have the choice to select it. Then continued with "If they don't like it, oh freaking well. They are still paying for my pay check" not realizing we were standing right by and she slammed the drinks on the table. I understand things have changed since covid but how cheap can you get Dunkin' Donuts. You should be ashamed of yourself. Prices going up and quality going down. The last four times we have purchased donuts from canton ga Dunkin' Donuts the quality has been very poor. The donuts taste like yesterdays throw aways. Oh and to make it even worse how bout actually putting the crème inside in the actual amount a customer might like inside of a donut instead of the customer expecting a nice shot of crème but instead you eat 90% of the donut just to find it. You guys are doing exactly what everyone else is doing and trying to drive your cost up just to offset your higher wages and product cost. But no matter what when I order an item I expect the best quality and amount of product I should get especially for the dollar amount your charging. So either get it fixed or lose yet another customer during a time where everyone is fighting for customers. You should be embarrassed to lower your quality just to make an extra dollar. read more
