Great fast coffee spot! I highly recommend the veggie egg bites they are fantastic and I go here just for those. The rest of the food is good as well ...the bagel and burrito are also items I get often. Service is fast and friendly and overall love this spot. Coffee is great as well. Enjoyed the coffee & egg bites...didn't enjoy the prices. Came on a late Monday morning. No line and everything came out quick. The iced vanilla latte was pretty good. Not as sweet as other places, but still good. The Bacon & Gouda egg bites were De-Licious!! I hate to say it, but they're better than Starbucks. Pricey, but better. My 1st visit to a Scooter's and I loved it! Been meaning to check one out since they're the fastest growing coffee chains in the US. Nice staff- they answered my many questions about their holiday promo w/ Elf (so fun; i need some merch lol). I ended up getting an iced Sugar Cookie Latte- yum! Also, a very roomy space to get work done. I noticed even a conference room for the community, which I can imagine can come in clutch for when for example NPO's need a space for mtgs. But what rlly stood out to me was when I realized I left my little crossbody at the shop...called a few times & spoke to the owner to organize an Uber Courier to deliver the item back to me. He was so kind to ensure it got back to me securely- double-bagged w/ a safety seal sticker! Thank you so much for a great experience =). read more

What happened to this great coffee shop? I came in at mid day--the level of detachment was surprising albeit quite unintentional, and the 6 shot Americano that took 2 tries, had the color of mild tea and tasted like water.. The staff were very nice--one of them at least wanted to provide a good service--I know it. The coffee was terrible and I left without it. I wouldn't be as disappointed as I am if this had been my first visit. I have stopped here on and off since they opened and in last few years, off. I was so happy to see this independent shop was still here and remember getting great coffee in the past. #disappointed . Scooter's Coffee: For those who think gas station cappuccinos are gourmet. If your idea of good coffee is sugar milk blasted with bottled syrup and "espresso" brewed from a glorified vending machine, then congratulations--Scooter's is your happy place. This isn't specialty coffee. It's drive-thru dessert in a cup with a side of artificial everything. The espresso? Comes out of a machine that looks like it belongs in a truck stop, and it tastes like it too. The drinks are so sweet you could bottle them and sell them at a county fair. Don't come here expecting a real barista, craft anything, or beans that saw even a flicker of intention. This place is for people who think caramel flavoring and whipped cream count as "layers of complexity." Wow to say I was satisfied is an understatement. I was craving a cinnamon roll so badly and theirs was a 10/10. So soft, so delicious, the cream cheese icing...to die for. My coworker constantly raves about Scooter's every time she saw me walking with a drink from Starbucks so I decided to indulge her finally when I was nearby one day. There's a drive thru which made it nicely covid friendly! I ordered an iced flavored latte since the other iced drinks sounded a bit sweet. The flavored lattes are pretty sweet, as well - I made the mistake of not adjusting the amount of syrup since it was still so sweet. Overall, the coffee didn't seem overly special that I would drive out of my way for it (all the way to Roswell!) but maybe if I'm in the area again, I'll give them another try with the cold brew (which looks good in the pictures... we'll see). read more

As a huge caramel lover, I really enjoyed the Caramelicious and highly recommend to fellow caramel lovers. It's pretty sweet, so be warned. Meh So excited to try this place and walked away with mixed thoughts. The whole ordering process felt rushed and confusing. I chose something fun and out of the ordinary for me. Next time I'll stick with something simpler. The barista/cashier was not friendly nor helpful so that made it worse. Watched drinks being made and things behind the counter looked dirty. As though things could use a good scrubbing. The girl making drinks seemed to notice how grungy stuff looked and spent a few minutes cleaning. But still. Waited for my drink and at least two other people I picked up their order. Oh well. I'll read my book while waiting. Aside bored cashier and less than sanitary conditions, the nice part is the atmosphere. This is my new go to study spot! A lot more seating available than Starbucks and better prices on coffee and treats. I really love the surplus of outlets available and how everywhere you sit feels like a little nook, which really helps me focus on my work. The staff is very friendly, and they have a great selection of teas ! I had the cinnamon bun, and that cream cheese frosting was EVERYTHING!! I wish they were opened later, but I guess that makes me get my work done when I should. :) I will definitely be back ! read more

They send out BOGO coupons for coffee beverages, blenders and smoothies. They also pass out frequent purchaser punch cards. You can earn free beverages after multiple purchases. My boyfriend and I came here for the first time this morning because we had time to kill while waiting on our dog to get groomed. When we walked in, there were at least 4 teenage employees behind the counter. Not ONE of them greeted us. We placed our order, two sandwiches and two coffees. One sandwich and 2 coffees came out. We waited another 5 minutes, then went to the counter to ask about second sandwich. They forgot to make it. The sandwiches were terrible, the coffee my boyfriend ordered was awful. My iced vanilla latte was mediocre at best. As we sat and ate, at least 4 more people came in and again, NO ONE was greeted when they walked in. We will NOT be coming back here. Frankly, I'm not sure HOW this place is still in business with Starbucks right up the street??! Thought we'd give it a shot but was totally NOT worth it. Lesson learned. read more

I'm a big fan of Scooter's coffee. My go to is Canton Road's location which I can't say enough good things about...this location is the same way. Super friendly staff, clean store and most of all great coffee. Nothing bitter or too crazy. Just good ole cup of joe that seems to be scare these days...everyone wants to make it all exotic with names of places that I can't pronounce...I just want a cup that won't break the bank and won't taste like dish water....What's great about Scooter's is their coffee is the same whether you come 5 minute before they close (which I annoying have done before...sorry guys...I know you're trying to go home) and or come in the middle of the afternoon when there's one other person in the store. They treat you the same always...which is why Scooter's is not only a great coffee joint but a great mood lifter. You always leave giddy! read more

I stop by this spot at least three times a week and always get great service which makes me appreciate spending my money on a small business. I had my usual medium decaf Cafe Latte along with a cinnamon roll on this day. The coffee beans is extremely good at Scooters, not burned like that National place headquartered in Seattle and I enjoy the service. I come here all the time and the staff is usually so kind. This morning I came just to order gift cards. There was a sign that said you get a bonus $5 gift card when you spend more than $25. I spent $30 on two gift cards and they didn't give me the $5 bonus. When I asked about it the guy said "oh you didn't specify that's what you wanted to do." Then the "manager" told me I had to spend $25 on at least one gift card not split, which I would have done had they explained it to me. And he refused to give me my bonus gift card. Horrible customer service. Next time I'll spend my money on another business for gift cards. If you want to "advertise" then you should probably clarify with your customers. I've always wanted to try scooters even though I am a Starbucks guy myself but it intrigued me. i was looking through the pictures and I cam across the peanut butter protein shake which caught my attention especially since I love peanut butter. I've now been here twice, both times for the protein shake. It is down right amazing!!!. It's so flavorful and filling. Almost like a reeses peanut butter cup as a drink. I do love the courteous staff they have, I'm always greeted with a smile. Today, I tried the breakfast sausage ciabatta sandwich which was kind of a let down. The taste was a little overwhelming and every time I bit into it the sausage would slide off the bread. I left a not so welcoming aftertaste. Even though I didn't like the sandwich I will be coming back for the protein shakes. Also I loved the setup and atmosphere of the lounge area. I was so excited to try this coffee place and was not disappointed. I ordered an almond milk turtle latte and it was very delicious. The cinnamon roll was also probably the best cinnamon roll I've ever had and I definitely recommend that pastry if you're having trouble picking just one. What stood out to me was how kind the employees were. I interacted with three different employees and they were all so friendly. They asked how my day was, which is a simple yet sincere gesture. Most times I get a coffee, I get a sweet iced Vanilla coffee. Today though, when I got my typical order, I received something completely and entirely different. worker said it was the same thing, but it clearly wasn't. unless they changed the entire way they make the coffee, what I got was not a vanilla iced coffee. it tasted and looked more like sweet tea. read more

Excellent coffee store and great alternative to Starbucks. I came on a Sunday around Noon and it was pretty empty. They have a typical menu for. Coffee store with different types of coffee drinks and some pastries, but I just got a cup of coffee. Their dark roast was excellent and much better quality than Starbucks. They asked if it was for here or to go, and when I said it was for here, they offered to serve it in a mug, which I much prefer to paper or styrofoam cups. There is much comfortable seating and in the back some really nice armchairs that I sat in. They also have some booths and tables. Free wifi had a strong signal. Servers were very friendly. I am always up for an adventure and today I drive across town to experience this coffee shop which I recall from Nebraska. Where there is lots of corn fields and no Starbucks... This Omaha based franchise has come to Georgia and this is the first location here!! Very similar menu and layout to a Starbucks or Seattle's Best, but much more inviting inside. They have a drive through on the side of the location and a meeting room which can be reserved as well. Fast wifi and plugs at almost every possible seating area. Great coffee and very comfortable seating and meeting area makes this a good switch from the Starbucks down the road. Friendly staff and good iced coffee would have me coming back. I did not try any of the food items, but pretty standard baked goods or breakfast wraps or sandwiches. Check it out! read more

A Nebraska coffee chain. If you've ever been to a Tim Hortons in upstate NY/Canada...sort of had that vibe. A little more of a Dunkin Donuts than a Starbucks in the world of chain coffee shops. Our lattes were tasty. The staff was friendly. The biggest plus this place had for me was the fact that it's a different place to get coffee in a drive thru. I am a huge fan of Scooters! I am a "regular" here and this coffee shop actually inspired me to create a yelp account so I can leave positive reviews. I am a homeschooled online student, and I often visit in the early afternoon, drink some coffee, and review my schoolwork for the day. The staff is SUPER and always greets me by my name. I always order my "usual" (medium iced peppermint mocha) and sit down to set up my computer and my work for the day. Its a nice easy routine that I find myself loving each time I come in. I cannot give enough stars for this staff! They are amazingly friendly and the reason why I keep coming back. They don't always stick with the "customer service" conversations (hi, are you enjoying the weather? its so nice to have the sun back out! haha..), and they ask me personalized questions about my school and my college acceptance letters and so on. Nearly positive this is the only location in the state of Georgia, so you really could consider this a 'local' shop. Visited via the drive-thru and were happily greeted by the barista. She was knowledgeable about what was currently brewing and also open to share the list of sweets they have available. The hot and cold drink menu was what you'd expect and there is definitely enough to choose from. Even seasonal drinks and snacks. Will have to visit again to try a breakfast burrito or sandwich.
