We live super close to this coffee shop. It's convenient but pricey. The coffee is literally what you can get at any other coffee shop just $3 more. The pastries are dry and bland . I have tried them multiple times on multiple visits and they rendered the same result. I have taken my business down the street to Bizarre. We were visiting the area with our daughter and son-in-law and before leaving the area we decided to stop into the Summit Coffee Roasters for coffee and breakfast. We loved the place and how it's decorated. The place was packed. Everyone was so nice that was sitting around us and everyone seemed to talk to each other. I loved my Lavender Latte! Very delicious! Their coffee drinks are delicious, but they also serve alcohol later in the day, so it's a great spot to meet for a drink as well as coffee! Stopped by this new coffee shop while I was in town visiting family back in December. Loved the location in downtown Roswell. Plenty of parking behind the coffee shop. I arrived mid afternoon and the cafe was buzzing. The interior was warm and inviting. The ambiance was nice and relaxing. They offered indoor and outdoor seating. They even have a fireplace. Seems like a good place to work or study. I ordered an oat milk latte with honey and cinnamon, which was delicious. Not too heavy on the honey, which I liked. I wanted to try a pastry, but their case didn't have much left. Perhaps they ran out quickly that day. Service was fast and friendly. read more

This is probably my preferred location for Summit! Love the parking lot right behind and the little bit of lawn out front for the kids! Summit is definitely a bit slower than some others, but man is it delicious. I don't find their drinks too sweet, they are perfect for my tastebuds but I do understand how subjective that is. Sometimes if the barista has a heavy hand it will be too sweet, but generally it is perfect. I fell in love with their fruit loops latte last year and was fortunate enough they brought the blueberry syrup back! We have a family outing every Saturday morning and we get summit every Saturday either before or after. They have a great app, but they do charge 0.25 cents to order online. I find it convenient enough to pay the money so most times we will do that and just run in and grab it from the counter. The pastries seem hit or miss sometimes, but mostly hits for sure. I love their rotating seasonal lattes (but will absolutely be upset when the blueberry leaves). It's really cute inside, but it is a bit tight on space and seating. Their bathrooms are amazing and stocked with women supplies and baby supplies which I found SO sweet! I will never stop coming here it is one of our fave coffee shops! read more

I was pleasantly surprised to see this franchise made it down to Georgia after going to the original branch in Asheville a few days before. Things you should know: I. PARKING Behind the building is a shared parking lot with a fair amount of available, free spaces. II. SERVICE No complaints III. Came here on a wet, drizzly, windy, chilly day to meet a friend and discuss a project...the place was super cute, the barista was friendly enough considering i was not sure what to get - yes i know its a coffee place, but when i go somewhere new i never know if i should get a specialty coffee or stick with my tried and true. I got a coffee so i could taste their coffee...i t was good. The light roast didn't have too much acidity... On to the location part...cute! So so so cute, but not a lot of places to sit on a wet day at 9:15am. All the tables were full of people with the same idea as me. Love the vibes and location of this place ! I went on a hike with some coworkers and we all grabbed coffee right after. It's at a perfect location. The aesthetics are so pleasing too and I love their unique drinks and they have limited time special drinks that are super unique. I got an iced matcha latte with an espresso shot and vanilla syrup and omg it was so good! I'm always hesitant to get a matcha latte at places because it's very hit or miss but the matcha at this place is great! This is also a personal preference thing but they used crushed ice which I like a lot! Also lots of parking, so don't need to worry about that. I am a self proclaimed "coffee snob." I have tried a LOT of coffee places as I both travel a lot but also enjoy trying new places locally. I prefer independent small shops as they all have a distinct vibe typically and use different brands, roasting techniques etc. Summit Coffee is definitely one of the top 3 spots for me in the Atlanta area. I had an iced mocha and it was delicious. What I love was the following: 1. Most important; the coffee was fantastic. Good blend of coffee and mocha. Perfect balance for me. Not to acidic, not bitter. 2. The sizes available. I see this ALL the time at places. They so often only have one size. At Summit there's 2! A 16 or 24 oz. 3. The ice. Who doesn't like the little chewy ice? It's perfect for this drink. The pastry selection was very good. I ended up getting three different items. Roswell Baking Company and I believe Alon's are well represented here. Park behind the building. There's plenty of parking and a whole nother lot diagonally from Summit. Erin made me the most amazing latte called the "summer camp". It is insanely delicious and she was just so sweet and kind offering to make me a different drink once i realized i preferred a sweeter drink. The shop itself is really beautifully done and super peaceful. All the patrons inside were quietly working or softly speaking to not disturb others which is always appreciated in coffee shops where most go to work in the first place. Really grateful to have one so close to my house too and right by my favorite nature spot. read more

A lot of times coffee shops that are somewhat "trendy" in their aesthetics are lacking elsewhere (either in customer service or the quality of the coffee/food). For Summit, this isn't the case. The space inside is small, but seating is maximized thanks to additional seating outside. Everything is clean, bright, and beautifully decorated. The colors and the branding really works for the space and elevated everything. Lots of love-filled attention to detail to make everything flow together. I ordered a latte and some kind of pastry with pecans. Both were incredibly delicious. I can't even remember what kind of pastry I ordered, but it was divine (and I'm not even really a pastry person). A friend of mine was raving about this newest coffee shop so we stopped in after an early brunch. The best part was the ample parking behind the building and the aesthetics are adorable. A pink glazed tile fire place and local art along with hand made pottery add to the place. Yes, prices are a bit higher. We paid $25 for two pastries and two coffee beverages. Not surprised given its Roswell. The only concern was the large number of young kids inside and out. One group of families was taking up two tables outside just for their kids and several other groups of kids were inside as well. So this definitely makes it difficult to work or have an adult conversation without the chaos and rowdiness of the large number of kids. For the prices of the beverages and the family oriented atmosphere probably will skip this one for a different coffee spot in Roswell. read more

Summit Coffee is the newest coffee shop located in downtown Roswell, on the south side of Canton St/Atlanta St, very close to Roswell Mill. Summit is a North Carolina-based coffee shop and this is their first location in Georgia. The interiors have a contemporary artsy vibe, with a good amount of natural light provided by all the windows. I love the pop of color from the hexagon tiles near the front counter and the blush tiles near the fireplace. The fireplace makes for a truly cozy coffee shop! If you're looking for coffee to-go or just in a hurry, ordering through their app was very simple, and it allows you to choose a pickup time frame. When I walked in I noticed a little shelf to the left of the regular line that says "mobile pickup", and I stood there for about a minute, then someone brought my beverage over and placed it on the shelf, super convenient! I tried the Pumpkin Pie Latte hot and it was great. I noticed the price for a latte was a little more than some of the other coffee shops in the area, but there's no upcharge for alternative milks like oat or almond. They serve and sell their own coffee beans, and I will certainly be picking up a bag in the future when I need to restock for the house. They also have other Summit merch items for sale at the shop. They have a pastry case with baked goods, and although I didn't have time to try one, I most definitely will next time. Looks like they have beer and wine as well. Seating options are both inside and outside, and parking is behind the building, with a good amount of spots. I would visit Summit Coffee again, and see myself adding it to the list of places I meet up for coffee with my friends, great coffee and atmosphere, a lovely addition to Roswell. read more

Stopped in hoping for coffee and a quick breakfast. Shop is bright, even on a cloudy, foggy day like the one we were having. We ordered 2 cups of Joe, their dark roast. Coffee was well balanced and not too acidic. While we had hoped for a bite to eat, the pastry case was sparse. While a refill for the case was pending, the server told us the variety wouldn't change- croissants and a couple varieties of bagels. Avacado toast also an option. Not really appetizing options. Good coffee, but at $4 per for drip, without real food options, it will be an ok stop if we're driving by, but not a destination. read more
