Stopped in hoping for coffee and a quick breakfast. Shop is bright, even on a cloudy, foggy day like the one we were having. We ordered 2 cups of Joe, their dark roast. Coffee was well balanced and not too acidic. While we had hoped for a bite to eat, the pastry case was sparse. While a refill for the case was pending, the server told us the variety wouldn't change- croissants and a couple varieties of bagels. Avacado toast also an option. Not really appetizing options. Good coffee, but at $4 per for drip, without real food options, it will be an ok stop if we're driving by, but not a destination. read more

Got gingerbread cookie and "Dirt Cup" latte. Fun! They heated the cookie which was great. Latte was pretty milky/watery - not a lot of espresso. Quick service, cute inside and outside seating areas. read more

Loved this place! Inside was a little too quiet to talk with a friend but the front outdoor seating was nice. Loved the seasonal drink and especially loved the set up in the bathrooms. I bought two bags of beans and got a free drip coffee too. Definitely a go to meeting spot for its location and service. read more

Finally a business in this space that's actually good and needed! Really cute little coffee house that sells their own coffee beans, pastries/small food items, a few cocktails & drinks, and of course--coffee/tea/etc! We got multiple drinks and a pastry and everything was great. Nice vibe too. Definitely will be back! read more

Coffee was lukewarm and the mocha tasted like a hot chocolate - safe your money! We asked for the mugs to be placed in the microwave diente the temperature but they do not have a microwave. Would have been nice to steam the milk. I appreciate the owner reaching out but I am of the opinion that overpriced coffee needs to be done correctly and the staff could have offered a solution to the problem - they did not even try and it was not busy. We came to the conclusion that iced drinks appeared to be their specialty. We will not be back ( this was our third try) but others may enjoy this place and I am happy for them because it is a great location. read more

It satisfied my craving for iced coffee for sure. I added house made lavender syrup to my iced coffee and it was perfect yet subtle. I shared the cinnamon roll with my brother and they do offer to warm your pastry. It was delicious! They offer other pastries and fun drinks too that were tempting. They have free parking behind the building and have ample sitting areas, even at busy time. read more

I have been to this coffeehouse on two separate occasions and each time their espresso machine is cleaning. Ridiculous!!!! What's the point. In addition, the customer service could benefit from some training. This coffeehouse sits in close proximity to other spots (i.e. Crazy Love and Land of a 1000 Hills) so it would behoove Summit to stay humble. I provided 2 stars because the ambiance is nice and I appreciate the outdoor seating. read more

They have real cream (heavy whipping) and organic espresso and great, friendly people working here! =)

The establishment has only been open for a week. Was in town to visit family and wanted to enjoy a coffee on a cold rainy day. I was so happy to see they carry Oatly barista series oat milk. I ordered a decaf cappuccino which was ok wish the bean were a bit stronger they were on a lighter note. Hubby ordered a whole milk cappuccino but it was lacking coffee taste it was more milky tasting not good. Did see they have a goodie case but only had cookies and some bagels left. Service was ok person who took our order didn't seem to be very knowledgeable about coffee. Overall place had a nice pleasant feel and has some potential. read more

Have passed by recently and saw that Summit Coffee was open so I had to drop in to check it out. Super cozy and welcoming atmosphere with a real mix of folks (some working , some just chatting). The coffee alchemists were super friendly and new exactly what they were doing! :-). Plenty of parking around the back - no hassle there. Will definitely drop by again. read more

It was just okay. The staff didn't acknowledge us at all. She literally just looked at us and i don't think she said a single word in our entire interaction. The coffee was ...fine and our pastry was bone dry. Absolutely over priced for what you get. Wont be coming back. read more

I Came to summit coffee on mutliple occasions and every single time it has been such a wonderful experience. Aida was so lovely and such a beautiful barista. Trivia night was such a blast and 10/10 would recommend the experience. Again huge shout out to Aida for being so amazing! read more

Helpful staff and amazing coffee. Such a quiet gem and so cozy! Will be back and will try other items.

Very flimsy cheap paper cups, yucky coffee and service is so-so. No Veteran / Military discounts. Around $4 for just a regular small coffee. Parking is a problem. read more

Great americano , cool vibes, great comfortable chairs If you're dining in at Summit. Looking forward to coming back often!

Cute aesthetic and kind staff. But $7 for a small latte (after tax and a small tip) is ridiculous.

I've been here twice and if you are looking for a solid oat milk latte, this is your place. Location is great. Staff is friendly. Decor and overall ambiance is solid. They even like kids- with sidewalk chalk to boot! Check it out. My family will be back. read more

I've been searching for a non-chain coffee shop with great coffee, a relaxing atmosphere, and doesn't require searching for a parking place. Summit nailed all three. Big bonus-- a fireplace and several customers reading actual books. read more

Great addition to the neighborhood. Coffee is good but expensive at $3.50 for a small. Free pup cups for the pooch. Very limited on food items. read more

I'm not a coffee drinker so please don't kill me but I do drink Matcha Lattes like water. I love a cafe with a solid matcha selection but this wasn't it. The interior was cute and the staff was nice, but the matcha latte was so sweet and didn't really have that matcha flavor. Tasted more like a mochi dessert than anything else but not as flavorful. It left a film on my tongue that's how sickly sweet it was. The bakery section was lackluster as well. I went when they had JUST opened so I'm sure they'll change some stuff up, but for now this is my review. I'll have to try their coffee eventually! read more

Chai was super watered down and had tons of ice for almost $8. Iced coffee was not good either:/ good things were that they made our drinks so fast and the atmosphere was good. read more

A refreshing visit to a new coffee shop for us. In a sea of cookie cutter coffee shops, Summit stood out!

I visited on a Saturday afternoon, and it was busy but not overly crowded. Loved the ambiance- the fireplace was especially cozy, and the noise level was perfect for work or study: not too loud but not too quiet. I ordered a chai latte, and it was spicy and not overly sweet- the best in my book. I didn't order any food this time, but the croissants caught my eye. A side note: I used the restrooms here and was pleasantly surprised to not only see a changing table but also extra diapers in there. A thoughtful touch! Excited to come back and try the coffee and food. read more

I like the location and the taste of the coffee is very good...much better than burnt Starbucks! The brand is growing and based in NC. Best of luck with the new franchise! read more

Coffee mediocre. Pastries bad. Service not the best. However, great spot and cute decor.

Came here for the first time and I probably wouldn't come back. It's a cute little place but it was very crowded inside since it's small. I got a strawberry mocha and it was disgusting. It's disappointing cause it was almost $7. It tasted more like medicine to me. I would give their other flavors a try but I'd never get strawberry mocha again. I also got a cortado and it was sour. Definitely didn't taste anything like a cortado. I did like that they make their own syrups and they are homemade, but maybe they need a new recipe? read more

This new coffee shop in Roswell is taking off! Visited on a Saturday morning and there was a line out the door. Even though the line was long, service was very quick. Very much a family vibe they have coloring sheets, drinks for kids, and a full changing room with supplies in the bathroom. Even though there were many families there, people were still able to work on their laptops (aka it wasn't tooo loud). The inside decor is gorgeous. The color schemes they used tie in perfectly together. The light fixtures and tiled fireplace warm the space up but also give it a more modern feel. Their pastry selection was top notch- has some unique flavors like apple vanilla danishes but then also classic croissants and bagels. Coffee selection has seasonal flavors and classic. Their roast is a lighter roast for lattes and has yummy homemade syrups. I would love to try this place in the evening time when they serve beer and wine! read more

An extremely cute place with a view that overlooks the Roswell Mill nature park area and a great atmosphere. It's unique and has a small town Roswell charm to it. It has a cute fireplace (with an actual fire, I'm pretty sure), a laid back atmosphere, and great drinks. The staff was really nice and explained the drinks as well. It's a perfect place to work, for a meeting, or just to grab some coffee or food. Highly recommend! read more

Great coffee, great avocado toast, but I did not appreciate the k pop blasting through the store.

i came here to catch up with a friend and it was such a sweet spot! it was my first time and i'm not much of a coffee drinker so i just got a iced vanilla latte and it was delicious! it wasn't too sweet but not bitter at all. the girls working this morning were super sweet and very helpful when we had questions about the menu. they had lots of indoor and outdoor seating and it was very nicely, minimally decorated on the inside. i would definitely recommend Summit if your looking for a new coffee spot! read more
