I was in the area and decided to check out this spot. They had a couple of customers in front of me, but the staff was super sweet and told me about their drinks. I went with the Vanilla Bean latte which I will say was sweeter than I wanted it to be and not as strong as I would like. I also got my drink 10 minutes later although there were only 2 people in front of me. Have absolutely no idea why this place is so highly rated. Did not know going in that this is a franchised chain. I frequent local coffee shops to avoid the sugary-sweet-artificial-syrup-laden drinks, but that's what this place served. Ordered a bagel sandwich and it was microwaved to death. Literally had to wait ten minutes before taking a bite. Rubbery. Zero ambiance. Felt like it was an old ice cream shop, maybe? Sat in my car rather than sitting in there to eat, which I never do. There is nothing about this place that would make me want to come back. Pros: The young women at the front counter were very friendly. I've really come to enjoy this spot. I went when they first opened and was a little underwhelmed. Mostly because I didn't spend the time to study the menu. However, they have some really good stuff, now that I am more familiar with the offerings. The drip coffee is actually very good when in the mood for standard fare. The German chocolate is my favorite. Both iced and hot versions are great. Not too much coconut either. There are different flavors they introduce throughout the year as well which I have enjoyed. I love the pumpkin cream cheese muffins too. They are awesome. Service is always great. Everyone is friendly and I enjoy each visit. The final point is value. I find them, in today's market, to be really well priced and the rewards program is also great. Highly recommend! read more

Don't sleep on their PSL! So much more fresh tasting than Starbucks. Their small size is a 16oz so you really get a lot of bang for your buck! Their coffee cake muffin is good, too! They label everything the day that it is made to ensure it is always fresh and never stale. Their Bragels are delicious too - however the only thing I wish they could have is different cream cheese flavors! Their menu has plenty of iced drinks and a big variety of flavors. Great experience! It was my first time there and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed a coffee that worked within my keto diet and landed on the Latte Breve and sugar free syrup options were plentiful and the coffee in itself was PHENOMENAL! Star-who??? JK, that place has a chokehold on my soul, but if I lived closer to Biggby, we'd have a different story on our hands. Speaking of which, this place is sadly very out-of-the-way and kind of hidden, which I hate for them. They're not getting any great traffic from people seeing their sign and wanting to pop in. I think I found them on here somehow and they deserve the reviews! All the lattes have cutesy names, so all I know is I got a white chocolate-caramel latte, 24 oz, with whip and I LOVED IT! First of all - all lattes should be 24 oz, minimum. But it was so yummy and I hate that word. My stepdaughter got a mango smoothie and we got my husband a green apple energy drink. Everybody's drink was delicious and everyone was very pleased. You know what else pleased me??? My mega pint of coffee and two other drinks, plus a $3 tip, was $23. You can't beat that with a stick. And the two other drinks weren't smalls. So reasonable. The poor girl working there alone also managed to get all three drinks done insanely fast. I don't want to accuse them of witchcraft, but either she knew what we were ordering before we got there or she used magical powers to conjure them from thin air. It was that fast. The BEST Matcha in TOWN!! And the best different flavored coffee drinks. The Matcha is unsweet unlike Starbucks and Duncan, yet they add vanilla, which makes it sooooo smooth, and I get the unsweet vanilla. The colors are bright and there was an orange tent to make it visible also. It is set up like a regular coffee shop, kind of Starbucks flow. They have cups for purchase and I was welcomed by the cashier who was very nice. She informed me of the special they had running. Not sure if it was just for that specific day. The service is great. The selection is vast. We grew up drinking Bigby in Michigan. Love seeing it in the south. My favorite is the Spotted Owl with oat milk. Their flavored coffee is also very delicious, especially the cherry one. Cute inside! read more

I was trying to find a quick coffee shop close by and stumbled across this place. So glad I did, I got an iced Teddy Bear latte and it was absolutely amazing. Yelped a coffee shop after I got off of work and this was less than half a mile away. With their large and diverse menu, I ordered a butter bear latte and the vegetarian breakfast sandwich. I've never had a coffee with butterscotch and would happily order it again. Although grateful for the vegetarian breakfast sandwich which was sausage and cheese on a bagel, I would order something else next time.
