5% "take out" fee added to the bill

I have had this place on my to-try radar for some time, but talk of the crowds and wait times for brunch on the weekends have kept me away since I am not a fan of either of those things. Decided today that a Friday morning should be a safer bet, but I am working, so I scheduled a to-go order for myself and a couple of colleagues. I ordered the breakfast burrito with a side of hash browns. One colleague ordered avocado toast with a side of hash browns and the other a custom biscuit breakfast sandwich. The whole order was ready to go in less than 15 minutes. I received a text message that it was ready on my way to pick it up. Everything was packed properly including napkins and plastic utensils. The heavenly smell of the hash browns in the car after I picked it up made my taste buds water all the way back to work. The order was processed correctly and all of us thoroughly enjoyed the food. The avocado crema that came on the side with my burrito was delicious and surprisingly spicy. I probably could have done without the hash browns on the side as the burrito itself had a generous helping of them already. Prices are definitely on the high end, but portions were generous and the quality of food and taste ensure that it lives up to the price point. I can't speak to the service beyond preparing and packaging the food since I just picked it up, but it was a bit surprising to see a 5% takeout fee added to the total of what was already a rather pricey breakfast. This added a slightly bad taste in my mouth despite the yummy food, and is the sole reason why I am giving four rather than five stars. I don't see how charging more for takeout is warranted and feel like this detracted from my overall experience a little bit. Will it stop me from ordering again if the mood strikes and opportunity allows? Probably not, but I will still resent that it's there at all. While I loved the food and I doubt this will be the last time I have it, I don't think I would be willing to endure the infamous long waits for seating and food on the weekends, so it will have to stay as a weekday treat for me.

The burritos were amazing! Everything tasted fresh. Small and quaint little place that's got a smaller menu, but worth the wait if you're wanting a good, fresh bite to eat in person. The jalapeño crema that comes with it is also good for a small hint of spice!

This place is so cute on canton street in Roswell! There is both inside and outside seating, and because it's a small restaurant, we had to wait about 25 minutes for a table of four, but it wasn't too bad. You can order drinks to have while waiting. There isn't an option to reserve ahead. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was yummy! I got the biscuits and gravy, nice a salty with maldon salt on the top and made with pork sausage. The hash brown was a nice small plate, golden and crispy, similar to Waffle House. The Bloody Mary was pretty solid -- complete with pickles, lemon, lime, and a piece of bacon! Parking is very limited in a small lot behind the restaurant, a bit of a bear.

Amazing brunch spot! We got a build your own bowl, monkey bread and the breakfast burrito. Everything was delicious and fresh.

In an adorable house with a great patio in downtown Roswell. I did not park there, but be used to Roswell having my limited parking. The staff was incredibly friendly. We had a slight wait, but they were very responsive with the text to tell us the table was ready. Food was delish with very large portions. The biscuit, house made hot sauce, and chicken sausage were the highlights of the meal.

This is the best breakfast I've ever had. Everything is so fresh and heavenly. The Monkey Bread was so flaky and to die for. The avocado toast was so so so delicious. The side of sliced tomatoes were so unbelievably good. I never knew tomatoes are supposed to taste like that. I am sure that I'll be coming here again and again.

The best Philly Cheesesteak I've ever had

Everything I've gotten here is delicious! I just discovered the restaurant a few weeks ago, and I could eat the Philly Cheesesteak at least once per week (forevermore), 'cause it's SO good. Perfectly executed. We've only ever gotten our food to go, but every person who works there with whom we've interacted has been so warm and friendly. This is 100% on my favorites list going forward.

Gracious plenty- when you first pull up there is a parking lot in the back with limited parking. You'll notice two big green eggs outside and if you know about the big green egg grills then you'll know they make an amazing smoke flavor on your foods!!!! The inside of the restaurant is cute and homey. I live that the menu is simple. We didn't wait more than 5 minutes to order and our waiter Austin was very nice. I didn't feel overwhelmed making a choice. I noticed their specialty deviled eggs promotion and decided to give them a try. They were sweet and savory not too much seasoning. I opted for the Bruce's plate which includes 3 eggs cooked how you want, a chicken sausage link, 2 slices of bacon fruit and a biscuit. They also have create your own bowls with which you can create a base of grits hashbrowns or a sandwich then shoose your toppings. My husband got the breakfast burrito and the jalepeno cheese comes on the side. Thanks goodness because it is spicy! I loved it but my husband doesn't like too much spice so it's good that you're able to put it on at your own leisure. My Bruce's plate looked good the bacon was very flavorful and a little sweet. The biscuit was soft and buttery! and the jam tasted like orange sweet and tart. The chicken sausage was ok lit has a little spice to it. The eggs were cooked to perfection over medium. I was a little disappointed with the seasonal fruit as it was just and orange and I was expecting a small Medely so I would suggest asking what the current seasonal fruit is. My husbands breakfast burrito was good. It had eggs bacon and hashbrowns inside. they also have a green salsa verde that he tried with the burrito that enhanced the flavor as well. My only hiccup was that a small piece of what appeared to be dog hair was on one of my eggs but Austin saved the day he immediately took the food away and deeply apologized. He had the food remade in less than 5 minutes brand new eggs and all! I feel the price was fair for the quality of the food. When the bill came out Austin had comped the meal for me!!!!I was just appreciative that they had made my entire meal over without giving me a hard time. The biscuit was my favorite out of everything and yes BETTER THAN POPEYES. But we needed a nap after all that food! We will definitely be coming back!!!!!!

Last weekend John and I went up to Roswell to check out Gracious Plenty, which has been on our breakfast and brunch list for quite some time! They're on the cutest little house that smells like baking biscuits and coffee, while their menu is stuffed with everything from biscuits and gravy (my fave dish they have), sandwiches and burgers, salads, pastries, deviled eggs coffee, a few brunch cocktails if you wish, and of course, build your own BFAST! For mine, I built a crunchy and hearty hashbrown based bowl topped with a runny egg that saturated the creamy American cheese and topped with grilled sweet potatoes, tangy onion, and earthy mushroom! Amazing! But as I mentioned before, the biscuits and gravy have my heart. A rich and hearty dish with a fluffy, buttery, HUGE biscuit in the center and surrounded by a moat of creamy, savory, spicy sausage gravy! I'm still thinking about it today! We also enjoyed these menu favorites like the Southern burga. It is two juicy patties loaded with creamy and sharp pimento cheese and spicy, sweet pepper jelly, pickles for tang, and topped with some lettuce! So good! John and I really loved the Monkey bread. It is pull apart, crunchy and buttery outside, inside a cinnamon and sugar cake with a superb sweet icing drizzle over the top. In love. The Deviled eggs are savory egg stuffed with a tangy yolk filling topped with sweet pepper jelly and bacon crumbles. Yum! Johns beast was a biscuit base with American cheese and bacon. Plain and simple but he said it was delicious. The beast you can build any way you want from hashbrowns, kale, biscuit or grits then tops with choice of protein, cheese, and veggies! They also have mimosas with a variety of flavors! I got cranberry, but they have orange, pineapple and more! The staff really keeps you feeling welcome. Just note this is a small place and a wait is typical on the weekends.

A wonderful place to have breakfast on a Saturday morning! Indoor/Outdoor seating available. Live music outdoors and a few pop up shops as well. The breakfast bowls are insanely delicious and great portions. Ask for the house made hot sauce. They also offer breakfast beverages (alcoholic and nonalcoholic). There may be a wait time. This is a popular restaurant. The service was great and everyone is friendly as they are helpful.

Good gracious there is Gracious Plenty to save the day. I intended on taking my family to Fellows down the street for brunch and made the mistake of NOT making a reservation. We didn't even park as we drove past and saw the lines outside the door. Yelp came in clutch and pointed me in the direction of Gracious Plenty. It was 2021 when there was really only outdoor dining when eating out - and they had a quaint window to order from. The menu was super basic and straight forward. Options were limited, but to be honest, too many options make it harder for indecisive girls like me to choose just one thing. I started with an iced coffee (because it was the only caffeinated option on the menu) which I quite enjoyed, which makes sense because it's from my favorite Peach Coffee Roasters. I ordered a pimento cheese & bacon & sunny side egg biscuit - I was also tempted by the almond cake which was a perfect accompaniment to my iced coffee, and not too sweet. My parents went with the classic Bruce's Plate to share and my mom was SUPER adamant on ordering an extra side of hash browns, too and she was so pleased with it. Overall, everything I ate was tasty - nothing fancy but a solid breakfast. I'm assuming the menu may have gone back to more of a normal now - otherwise, many of the past items I tried I can make myself!

Does Gracious Plenty have easy parking available?

Hey Ellie, there's parking in the back but don't think anyone would associate the word "easy" to it. It's limited and fills up quickly, as does the restaurant, so plan your trip accordingly.

So there's no "biscuit and gravy" OR "gravy" on their menu but I see some people posting pics of biscuit and gravy... it's not on their menu on the website, or actual photos on yelp here.…

Its on the menu in the restaurant. The web version doesn't have everything.

I finally got to attend this place and always wanted to try it since I moved to the Atlanta area…read more I've heard nothing but great things about it. Needless to say, I was not disappointed. It's a beautiful restaurant inside meaning it's good for a date, a night out with friends or family, or a great place to celebrate for a prom or graduation. It's more upscale than a traditional restaurant however I loved it! I came here with my business coach since I won a competition and the prize was to have lunch at the place of my choice. She ordered the soup of the day, which was like this cheddar soup that came with these two sauces, which one of the sauces was a jalapeño based sauce, which was spicy, but not too spicy to wear it wasn't edible. She did like her soup and she also ordered the lobster and smoked Gouda ravioli for her entrée. She had no complaints considering she bagged the food up to go and wanted to finish it right there, but she couldn't. Lol. I ordered the twin seared chicken, which is actually half a chicken pan seared. My chicken was so delicious! It was tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection to where it was fall off the bone. Just how I like it! The rice and the green beans paired well with it. My rice was cooked well, meaning it was not mushy or hard. And my green beans were a great consistency as well. My little one had a chicken tender salad since she loves cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, pretty much anything that comes in a salad that's not the lettuce. Lol. I must say I was impressed by the size of the salad because it was huge for a child. It would be great as a size salad for an adult. The chicken tenders were an amazing size, bigger than what most restaurants would give especially for a child's plate. I was highly impressed by the size of the portions for the children because the price is pretty standard for a kids meal entrée in comparison to other restaurants that give less. Our service was awesome! I wouldn't expect anything less considering the ambience of the restaurant. Our server was attentive, and he even bagged up both of our meals for us. This place is a 10 out of 10 and yes, I will be frequenting this restaurant a lot more in the future, even if it's by myself to sit at the bar.

Honestly everything about the place is pretty on point, it's an upscale restaraunt with alot of exposed wood, spacious, well thought out originally. The staff has always been corteous and knowledgeable, the menu always a great diversity (main courses, salads, starters - you name it, always slightly original and inspired) Personally though, it's more of a 'bring a date spot' eating in the dining room (cozy setting) and the bar is a dark area. During covid they removed the patio, so there is actually no outdoor seating anymore. I think that's why I most find myself not going there - is the dining and bar areas aren't super to my liking, I like bright and airy feeling venues. But they do have some live music and specials every day during the week that do make it appealing to be here different days otherwise which is brilliant marketing.
