This is probably the worst dunkin I've been to. After reading the reviews I'm glad it's not just me seeing these issues. They got my order wrong twice. And the ordering mic doesn't even work or they choose not to hear you. The first time i asked if they could just add in the missing caramel they didn't even have to remake it I wasn't even upset everyone makes mistakes. But the girl at the window gave it back to me and I guess she was upset and filled the cup with caramel almost half way. I couldn't even drink it. To top it off last time I ordered I got a muffin with my order which they happened to be out of, instead of telling me they charged me for it and just didn't give it to me. This is the third time in two weeks my order was made wrong. I ordered a bacon and egg no cheese on an English muffin received just bacon and cheese no egg. The servers did not greet customers and proceeded to prioritize gossiping about grievances with other coworkers. Parking is horrible at this location. Whoever thought sharing a parking lot with a fitness place was a great idea should be fired. I will never have a coffee meeting at this place in the morning or evening. Great donuts but not if your going to park. Needs to be shut down. Whoever was working the window gave me the wrong order twice and acted like it was my fault. Then when I asked if the cup she handed me was cold brew, she turned around and tossed espresso into it and said "it is now" ... It tastes disgustingly sour and bitter like it's been sitting out for days. DISGUSTING!!! Go a mile down the road to the one on Riverstone it's way better! The Dunkin Doughnut in Bridgemill gets one star because you have to pick at least one. Service is horrible. Employees have a terrible attitude. I went in this morning to order food for a n office meeting. Stood at register 10 minutes and was basically ignored by employee working counter. This location messes my order up each and every time. I went to the drive thru yesterday after having not been there in six months or so. My iced latte was warm and my hot latte was cold. I also got a snackin bacon that was cold and covered in some type of goo... I called to report it and nobody ever answers the phone. We got the absolute WORST service we have ever gotten at any Dunkin' coffee shop today at 3:56 pm. Our order was wrong twice, the employees said they didn't know how to do a refund and that there was no manager there to help us. Obviously the employees also don't know how to prepare menu items as they are advertised on the order board. (They served us a "beyond meat" sandwich with layers of half cooked bacon on it!) We went through the drive-through twice trying to either get our order corrected, or get our money refunded. 3 out of the 4 employees serving customers were not masked properly. One employee had absolutely NO mask at all! The employees tried to trick us into giving back our receipt saying they would bring our refund out to our car. We spent more than an hour waiting directly in view of them at the front door and not one of them ever made any effort to even acknowledge that we were there. Even though they took our receipt, we never got anything in response to our complaint. We left for an appointment at 4:55 with 2 cups of cold coffee an egg on a tortilla and a few donut holes in a bag. This place should not be representing a national business with a name people associate with decent products and service. read more

Worst food ever, ordered two vanilla iced coffees both where just coffee with cream. Also ordered a breakfast meal and didn't receive my hash browns. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this Dunkin, considering I live across the street I frequent it often. UPDATE!! I figured I would try this shithole again! To no avail!!!!!!! I ordered a #3 combo with a VANILLA ICE COFFEE WITH NO SUGAR. Instead they give me two breakfast sandwiches and a cream only ice coffee. I'm sick of the ignorance that surrounds this location. This location is going down hill. The management is not keeping up with quality. The sprinkled donuts only have one corner dipped in sprinkles rather than covering the whole donut. They got rid of their really good chocolate milk and now only have nasty Nesquik options. Going inside is usually pretty accurate but the drive thru is often incorrect. The last few times we came in my English muffin wasn't even warm enough for the cheese to melt and I don't believe they even toasted it. read more
