I went through the drive thru . I ordered a cold brew dirty with a pump of white chocolate and SWEET CREAM. I received the coffee and no SWEET CREAM TOPPER. I went inside the store and just told the managers whom was rude to me that I ordered SWEET CREAM. He said well we got it wrong so we will have to charge you. Charge me for your mistake???? He was adamant about me paying father extra charge. Terrible customer service just to get a coffee to start my day. I will never go back to that location and it sucks because it's walking distance from my house . I had my father walk in to pay for the sweet cream because I was heated from the exchange earlier. He paid the $1.33 I would give negative stars if it was possible. read more

The staff here were so sweet. Came in late with my daughter who has dairy issues and they helped me find a drink she could have but that also wouldn't keep her up all night from high caffeine or sugar. Very patient and kind. I appreciated that. read more

I'm a simple guy. I'm a boring coffee person. I go in and out no more than 4 mins per visit. Grande Pike with a lil' ice on the bottom and no cream... Nothing to fuss around with the strong flavor of familiarity bitter Starbucks coffee. When they make a fresh pot of coffee. It's so G@d D%#ed F$*^%#g hot I burnt the bejeeeeezuz out of my roof of my mouth and I can't taste for squat for the rest of the week! This is my alternate route to get caffeine into my veins. This location has a drive through that is usually pretty quick. The baristas inside are incredibly friendly. When I couldn't remember my drink, they offered to make me one based on my preferences. I thought that was great service. I've heard a few employees call other customers by name as they come through the door. I like that attention to detail as well. The parking lot is a little tight so be careful on the corner where the drive through is. Pretty spacious. It also seems a lot more open than the one down the road. The food in the display case didnt look so good, so I usually just get coffee. A Venti white chocolate mocha with 2 pumps of sweetener no whip is my go to. Recommended. read more

Food was haphazardly put together. The guy who took our order was like a whirling mess. Requested brown sugar and he he was so "busy" he gave me raw sugar. I had to ask again for brown sugar and a spoon. The guy who did my royal tea was better. The customer service and care is lacking severely. read more

Here is a fun fact. The original owners of Starbucks owned 6 stores and sold it to Howard Schultz in 1987 for 2.5 million. Fast forward 30 years and the company now grosses some 20+ billion dollars and boasts 23,000+ location worldwide. Plus they have been opening an average of 2 stores daily since 1987. Not a bad purchase... To give you a little background. When I first moved to Woodstock some 15 yrs. ago the only Starbucks nearby was Town lake Pkwy. (BTW I gave them a 1 star and that's being quite generous). Then 7-8 years ago the one on hwy 92 opened it. Then a 6 months+ a go a little Starbucks opened up by the outlet mall. Then on Feb. 17, 2017 this one showed up. I started coming here because one of my favorite barista Hayden transferred here from the 92 location. Hayden makes a mean caffe misto...so check it out... Plus it's much closer to my house... From the looks of it the place is just like every other Starbucks that you see except its brand spanking new. I only saw handicap parking by the front which means I have to park on the other side of the road and walk...geezish...kidding... It's located in the same strip with where they built the new Taco Bell and Home Depot is right behind them. There is a Zaxby, a Quick trip right across the street from them so it's a peppy little spot. So here are a few more fun facts I learned about our dear Starbucks... 1. A grande size coffee has 4 times the amount of caffeine that Red Bull has. 2. There is not "x" is Espresso 3. The cinnamon chip scones has more calories than a McD's quarter pounder. I used to love this Starbucks for their friendly and fast service! However, the past few times I've been the drive thru has taken at least 7+ minutes! I'm not even exaggerating. I like how close this Starbucks is to me, and I still think the service is friendly, but it's not worth the lines. I'm not sure if there is a bug they're working out, but for now I won't be stopping by anytime soon. read more

The hours at this location are incredibly frustrating. I don't mind limited hours but be consistent, update google, or use social media so people know! I actually called tonight before wasting the trip and no one answered. Decided to go further down sixes to the one that is always open and wouldn't you know, Holly Sprjngs was opened just decided to keep us on our toes by not answering the phone! Its hard to review Starbucks. If you give a negative review, you will sound like you need another coffee! The location is off the highway which is great for easy access. The Barista's are always busy. Always. Busy. I order a pretty simple drink, or at least I assume an iced quad is easy but a part of my heart dies when someone spews out a 10 word request and then ultimately gets mad when 1 ingredient is off. I will give you a tip about this location though...gather 'round! You have better luck at this location if you're in the drive through. Like other Starbucks locations, they time the drive-thru. Each time I have gone in for my fix to avoid the long drive-thru line I am waiting longer than what I would have had I stayed in my car cussing under my breath. Stay in the car. read more

Hi! I'm high risk for COVID-19 so I can't get food from many places. A lot of times i go to drive throughs and the people making my stuff aren't wearing their masks/it's below their nose and then I can't eat it. :/ At this Starbucks they ALWAYS have their mask on perfectly. I always come to this store and I have to say this place has some of the best employees I have seen at any other starbucks. Especially the barista Ash she is always so kind and gives amazing service whether it is a good day or a bad day it is always brightened when I see she is the one to tend to my order! This location happens to be the closest one to my house, and it's wonderful! Music isn't too loud. Tons of seating space, which is helpful during busy times. Love the big tables for spreading out and doing work. Baristas are very friendly here too. The store itself is very, very clean, but I don't know yet if that's the newness of the building or not. Only 4 stars because it was a little cold temperature inside, and my sandwich took a little long to come out in my book. Still the best Starbucks I've ever visited. Thanks guys! This location has horrible management. I have been going here for years and they continue to nickel and dime you on small items whereas other locations do not. Other locations care about good relationships with their customers. Sixes Road/I-575 location does not since they changed their staff. Don't give them your money. They need us. We don't need them. This is by far my new favorite Starbucks. I literally drive past one to come to this one. They have the best cold brew around. It's always clean. The atmosphere is so positive. Today I spoke with barista Carson. He and I started talking and let me tell you he made my day. His positive energy, and passion for his job and the people he serves is contagious. He even was telling me more about the company and their mission statement. It made me fall in love with Starbucks even more than just the coffee they serve. Every time I come to this location, I get awesome service and drinks. The drive through is very quick and every one has great personalities. Ash is my favorite barista by far at this location (although everyone is great!). She knows me by my car and she is always super chipper. I always come to this location as it's super close to home and would drive out of my way to get here. Thanks for being great! read more

Every time I order a sandwich at the Holly Springs Pkwy Starbucks I am asked to pull around and wait. This morning I counted 6 people waiting on food including me, and when the sandwich arrived several minutes later it was cold through the middle... refrigerator cold. This is the fourth time this has happened in the last month. I was told that they have drive through metrics so they are trying to keep the line moving. Forgive me for being daft, but isn't pushing people to another place to wait cheating the drive through metrics? This is by far the consistently worst Starbucks I've ever visited, and I've been a gold card member for 8 years. I will now go to the local bakery for my coffee and sandwich from now on. read more

Normally, I don't have anything negative to say about this particular Starbucks, but today was the worst! I ordered 2 drinks, both iced and both drinks that my daughter and I have had many times. My drink was fine. But hers, which was supposed to be an iced caramel brulee latte with non-fat milk and no whipped cream (because she has to have as many non- or low-fat ingredients as possible for health reasons) was handed to us hot. When we said it was supposed to be iced, the barista took it back and then handed us another drink. This one was iced with whipped cream on top and with what was obviously creamer instead of non-fat milk. When questioned about the flavor of the drink, the barista (rather rudely) insisted it was the caramel brulee latte with non-fat milk. She took it back and scooped out the whipped cream (which was fine). But, the drink was NOT a caramel brulee latte and had creamer. I have come to expect better than that and hope this won't happen again. read more
