They have a cozy living-room-like environment with lots of different seating options and a separate room that would be great for business meetings or christian group meetings. I had an Iced coffee (years ago, so It may have changed), it was pretty terrible. The cappuccinos are what I normally get elsewhere, but the ones here do not taste like cappuccinos. However, the lattes and regular coffees and are excellent. The frozen coffees are like a combination of coffee and milkshakes. They taste great, but might be less healthy than a coffee that is slushy iced based. The pastries are fresh, and from a source that seems like homemade food or from a bakery. One thing that could be improved is they could add healthy options for food. Being a diabetic, I sometimes pick a different place because of this. I may have seemed more harsh than I wanted in this review, so please try it for yourself. It is definitely my favorite place in town for coffee as of this writing.

(It was a bit too sweet for me... staff suggested asking for "half-sweet" next time.) Today I tried the Turtle Mocha (caramel + mocha). I asked for half sweet. It's perfect. They have cute t-shirts, but, sadly, they don't say Cartersville, so I didn't buy one. That's my favorite souvenir (local coffee shop t-shirts)... but they gotta have the city. ;P I LOVE the light fixtures in the main area AND the recycled pieces throughout (big spool tables, repurposed wooden pallets as wall garden outside & unique poster holders in the dining area with National Park posters.) The shop itself is a decent size with both indoor and outdoor seating. Everything seemed clean with no dirty tables. The short line ( had two people ahead and one of them didn't order drinks) moved quickly, but it took almost 20 minutes to get my drink, even though it wasn't that busy and there was only one person ahead of me that ordered drinks. Turns out most of the delay was due to online orders. Call me old-fashioned, but I think customers standing right in front of you should be served first. That said, the staff were friendly and welcoming it's clear they're just following the policies set by management. Despite the unnecessary wait, my Fireside Latte was excellent. As well as the expresso scone. I guess good things come to those who wait however I don't think I wait again .. it would have been nice if they had mentioned something. Hey sir place might look empty and you might think there is only one person ahead of you but your wrong we have xx drink orders ahead of you. The just ain't here right now.

The space connects to Olive Tree and Vine that has flavored olive oil/balsamic vinegar to try as well as an ample selection of diverse wines, and local beer and ciders. They even have small plates and charcuterie. The space sells local art, and has all different types of seating. What a treasure!

We loved being able to sit on the comfortable leather couches, enjoy talented live musicians, and have great cocktails in a true lounge atmosphere. The servers have always been fantastic and continue to do an excellent job. Unfortunately, during our recent visits, Elevate seems to have lost much of the upscale lounge feel that originally made it special. What once felt like a refined escape from the typical bar scene now feels much more like a casual bar environment. Guests were dressed in flip-flops and swimwear, and during our last visit a group brought in takeout food with a very strong odor and set up a card game near the front while the musician was performing. The venue is spacious enough that these activities could have taken place elsewhere without disrupting those there to enjoy the music. We eventually moved tables just to regain a view of the performer. Additionally, due to the crowd volume, the servers -- despite their best efforts -- were unable to keep up with drink service, and we ultimately decided to skip our final round and leave. We truly miss the sophisticated lounge atmosphere Elevate once offered and hope it can return to being a place where guests can enjoy quality music, cocktails, and conversation in a more refined setting.
