The nutty aroma from the ube hit my senses before I even took a sip, and the first taste was everything. I've had a lot of different matchas and love them all for different reasons, but this one is easily in my top favorites. You can buy the beans by 1/4 lb increments and they'll dispense and bag them fresh from their wall of beans.
