This used to be my favorite Starbucks but over the past 6 months the drinks and customer care has taken a complete nosedive. Although some of the recipes have changed corporate wide , they can't seem to get it right-drinks are extremely watered down and service is slow as molasses. The Chubby girl who took my order was bossing her fellow coworkers around so loudly it seemed she didn't care if we'd like to have a quiet cup-o-joe or not. I visit this location regularly. I've never had any problems here. During peak hours the drive through line can get a bit long. Inside it is clean & comfy. The staff is friendly and efficient. My order has always been correct and the drinks taste like they should. read more

I have been coming here weekly for a year. I really enjoy the friendly people. They work hard to remember your name and speak to you. It has always been clean. I like the atmosphere. Haven't screwed up a single order in 2 years of my patronage. Everyone is kind and friendly and sometimes they actually remember my regular order!!! However, already showing some wear and tear on the inside though. Seat cushions are stained and dirty/frayed. Come on owner! Get leather or pay up for scotch guard and have your seats cleaned once a month. read more

Let me start by saying that the staff were very welcoming and prompt with taking my order and making my coffee. The problem was that the music must have been turned up to max volume. Although it does not need to be as quiet as a library, you expect to be able to focus when you go to work on some stuff at a coffee shop. In the past, this Starbucks was one of our favorites. However, today we went through the drive-thru during a busy Saturday and we decided to pay for the car behind us. The cashier at the window was new and being trained by Spencer. After paying, we were at the window waiting on our drinks, and overheard the training advice being given. We were pretty amazed. He told her to try and discourage people from buying for the car behind them bc of x,y, and z. Then proceeded to say "don't tell them the car in front of them paid for them, just tell them they received a free coffee. We don't want to encourage others to continue to pay it forward." What he was essentially saying is to let Starbucks take the credit for its customers' kindnesses. My husband told the young lady being trained that this was bad advice. I'm not sure if this is a corporate issue or an individual one but it was truly unacceptable. The giving nature from Starbucks' customers is a beautiful thing and has made my day when I've been the recipient. I'm pretty sure everyone feels the same way. read more

I pay $5.51 for a latte when I go to Starbucks. Sometimes I order food. I order a complicated drink, so I always tip at least $1. Always. Lydia, Katy and Joel are three of my favorite people here. I know when I get one of them, my drink will be right. This is pretty much the only location I go to anymore. The other locations close to my home just suck. When I pay that much for a cup of coffee, I fully expect it to be JUST the way I ordered it. Sometimes the person making my drink doesn't stir it. I don't think they realize just how nasty that is. I can't exactly stir my coffee in the car. I haven't got a spoon and those stir sticks are laughable. When they get my drink right, which is more often than not at this location, it's like a little slice of heaven. I'm not sure what's happening to Starbucks, but one of the things that made them so popular was customer service. That's why I stick with this one and I usually only go on days I know the people working. read more

Excellent experience! I heard this location got a new manager a few months back (it shows) and they now have won my business! Store is very clean with a health score of 100. The Drive through went amazingly quick and the coffee tastes fresher than ever. Also the employees were friendly and smiling... which is a nice touch from those I'm buying my coffee from. This will be my goto coffee shop in Acworth!!! read more

I stop at Starbucks probably twice a week (or more). This one happens to be on my way home from Acworth so I stop here occasionally. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and one of their breakfast sandwiches. The person in front of me in the drive-thru had a huge order so I was waiting in line longer than normal. When I got to the window, the girl working said they had run out of the sandwich I had asked for :( and asked if there was another I would prefer. I asked if I could get a feta and spinach wrap instead. Because I then had to wait for that to heat up... and had already been in the drive thru for about ten minutes, the girl working gave me 50% off my order. She was very apologetic! I come to this store everyday (I'm addicted) ... the other day I had too much on my mind. I was having a rough day and just couldn't manage to put two words together to order a coffee. Usually I sit on the patio with my dog and enjoy my coffee but on this day I just wanted to drive and not stop. So I ordered my drink and pulled around to the window only to realize I ordered the wrong drink. I guess the look on my face gave it away as I said "oh that's not mine" but realized.. it was in fact what I had ordered. The drive thru lady was nice enough to change the drink. And not only that they made me a completely new order and let me have the other one complimentary. For some, that was just a free coffee... for me, that act of kindness made my day! I honestly LIKE Starbucks, but it's a bit overhyped... and the drinks are good, and the snacks are good... But it's NOT the best thing ever.

I am sitting in line at this Starbucks. It has taken 15 minutes and I still have another car still in front of me. I will not be able to do this again for a quick coffee. Lesson learned. Do not stop for a quick coffee on a lunch break at this location. read more

Four comfy chairs facing each other, two good chairs near the bathrooms and two tables with padded benches. Two or three other four top tables with hard seats. Good place to go. I believe all Starbucks are good and have a great quality so I'm gonna review it from a little different aspect. I work from home and like to get out two or three days a week do you work for a few hours. Starbucks seem to be the place on migrate to but some Starbucks have better seating and atmosphere than others so that's how I'm going to rate these. read more

This has got to be the loudest Starbucks I have ever been to. Not because of the milk steamer, blender or patrons, but the people behind the counter. Inside voice? Nope. They turn it up to "11" and are literally talking to hear themselves talk. The coffee is great and just like any other Starbucks they have good snack/food options, but the two or three people behind the counter seem like it's a volume competition to see who can talk louder. This Starbucks location is not really any different than any of the other Starbucks locations. I love Starbucks locations that have a lot of windows like this one. I love to be able to sit near a window and look outside while I drink my drink. This Starbucks location is not that great at making drinks perfectly. They are never consistent when it comes to taste. Maybe this will improve. Also, be careful for all the dips in the pavement. This Starbucks has a really interesting drive-thru entrance and you will most likely have to turn around and try again. I frequent this location, and I forget how to enter the drive-thru almost every time without fail. read more

If the 3 times I've been, they've completely messed up my order twice. When I got my drinks that were wrong, things were left out or added in and weren't what I asked for. When I am paying $5 for a coffee and it's so disgusting and wrong I have to throw it away? Not so happy. It's not like I'm ordering anything insane either- creamer, and a few pumps of caramel. Not that hard. And I can't go in and return it because the drive thru takes so long, I'm almost late for work. I waited 5 minutes and another time 8+. QT and Racetrak have perfectly fine coffee, it's about $2 and it's exactly how you want it. Not worth my time and by far the worst Starbucks I've been to.
