The smoothies were not 100% natural which is why I am disappointed. I paid around $11-12 for two smoothies. I do not like that there was powder added into the smoothie. I had the Açaí very boost smoothie which tasted fine but not delicious. Also had the kiwi quencher which tasted exactly like a starburst. I don't like my smoothies tasting like candy, I like them to taste like fruit lol. This can be compared to Jamba Juice. The serving size was a very large cup. We love Tropical Smoothie! However, today when we went in there was an older lady (her picture is in another review below) working the smoothie line, who looked straight up miserable being there. It was the first thing I noticed walking in! The boy at the counter was friendly, and usually the younger kids are! While waiting for the smoothie another gentlemen comes in upset with his smoothie order - his feelings were all valid. And she was just NASTY to him. He politely asked why every time he goes in there that she's nasty to him. And she just gave him nasty looks and ignored him. I was baffled - Because he wasn't disrespectful in the slightest. Next time we go I'll be sure to turn around when she's there. I cannot stand bad customer service like that. There are too many options around here who have great service. WORST tropical smoothie cafe I have ever been to. I have traveled a lot around Georgia and Florida. As some of the other reviews said, it is one employee that makes this place horrible. My family and I love getting smoothies everywhere we go. This is by far the worst. The smoothies made at this cafe don't taste at all right. I would give zero stars if I could. The absolute worst service you'll ever receive. I had the same experience as many others pertaining to the employee (older lady) that is rude, won't speak, or even acknowledge you. I went in to place an order and she stood there and said she wasn't taking orders and I'd need to place an order online. No explanation was given. Her tone was extremely rude. I do not recommend this establishment. Went in for a sandwich last Monday (Labor Day) and while they were making it I used their restroom. It was disgustingly filthy. Their hours say closed at 9:30, but we got their at 9:18 and the doors were locked and the open sign was off. We just wanted a smoothie!
