I love a good blended green tea and Starbies makes a pretty tasty one! I usually order a green tea frap with 1 pump of classic syrup, vs the 6 pumps it generally comes with. In my opinion the original recipe is nauseatingly sweet. I also get oatmilk vs the standard whole milk. Today I ordered my usual on the Starbucks app for pickup through the drive thru at 11:40 am. My order said it would be ready by 11:48 am. I was first in line in the drive thru but ended up not receiving my order until 11:59. The barista was very nice but I've never had to wait that long, unless there was a long line. My drink was mediocre and definitely tasted much sweeter than usual. The drive-through here makes it super convenient, and quite honestly, hard to pass up, especially during Pumpkin Spice season. The barista was very accommodating when I ordered a grande, fat free cold brew with a splash of sweet cream, only 2 pumps of pumpkin Plus 2 pumps of sugar free vanilla, and a dash of cinnamon. Literally the worst customer service i ordered my drinks OVER AN HOUR AGO and my dasher has been waiting to pick up my drink which were only tall ribbon crunches when i started driving myself on the way and asked if they could make them or possibly a refund and they just then told me my drinks got finished and told me they couldn't do anything it shouldn't take an hour to make drinks that in the longest slowest way possible that would be done in 5 min less 10 min on a super busy day i will never be coming back to this place and they should have better customer service i wish i could give half a star thats how outrageous this is read more

We went inside to order two basic coffees and waited over 25 minutes before we had to cancel our order since this place is so poorly managed. They had employees only working the drive thru which did not have a line and only one person handling online orders and walk ins which also only had two people waiting. I would not recommend this Starbucks, especially ordering inside. read more

The reason for my terrible experience at the drive through at the Canby, Starbucks is for a hateful employee named Joel. He barked with utter agony at me in the drive through speaker, and I was rudely greeted by him and he failed his duties as a barista. He hates his job and it is clear as day. Usually I love my everything bagel from Starbucks. But recently I'm not sure what happened to their cream cheese. But two weeks in a row it has been sour, nasty, and not good tasting. If they changed the type of cream cheese it's absolutely horrible. read more

Wouldn't come here unless you want your mobile orders always to be inconsistent and not completed. Inventory not matching to what available on mobile ordering system. Drinks not made properly, skipping out of toppings and having to be reminded. Waiting on orders they are out of stock of and putting your order sticker on a wall but not telling you, so you have to wait 15 mins on nothing. Putting your order in the wrong place for pick up and "losing" it. read more

I go to this location almost every morning, everyone is so nice but the drinks are always sooo inconsistent. Today my drink was genuinely probably half the cup filled with caramel sauce... I'm not sure how that's even possible to add so much caramel sauce? I appreciate everything else from them besides the inconsistency and just overdoing the sauces. read more

I am here from out of state and I am staying close to this Starbucks and have come now for three mornings in a row and wanted to leave a review because I was very happy with the drinks that have been consistently made very well! The staff are all so friendly and helpful! The only thing I would want changed is some thing I have seen at every Starbucks I have gone to early in the morning. I don't understand why they start out the day with full trash bags and restrooms not so clean. I don't know why they don't empty the trash and clean the place the day before at closing or do it the next day before opening at least. read more

Went here this morning with my boyfriend really wanting a good drink and something to eat. I order an iced vanilla latte with oat milk which when I pull way and tried it was actual milk and I'm lactose intolerant and didn't appreciate I had to throw away my coffee. My boyfriend order a hot chocolate that tasted like water and a ham and Swiss panini he couldn't eat because is was as hard as a rock. Ordered a typical grande white chocolate mocha, my typical drink because I don't know much about coffee. When I first drink it I noticed the taste was really off. I drink about half of it and then couldn't take it anymore. I went to go pour it out and there was about 1/8 inch sludge of chocolate syrup at the bottom of my cup. Never have I ever seen that much chocolate syrup in a coffee before. You would think if somebody is spending five bucks on a cup of coffee, it could at least be made right. I'd rather drive all the way out to Oregon city to get coffee or chose to go to Dutch Bros right across the street. read more

Myself and 2 friends went there last night at 8:20, I remember that because I had just looked at my watch to make sure they weren't closed.. The website states that they close at 8:30. We pull up to the screen, no answer. We pull up to the window and there are 3 kids inside just standing around. 2 of them look at us and turn around, the third, a slim red headed boy, pointed at his watch and mouthed "we're closed." He didn't even take the time to open the window to tell us. I will be speaking to corporate about this incident. Instead of paying $15 or so for 3 drinks, we went to McDonald's and got 3 coffees for 3 dollars. What a shame... read more

I understand Starbucks is not doing plastic straws anymore but when you give me a lid that requires a straw (Not a strawless lid) how do you expect me to drink it? At least have paper straws out that customers can get. I was looking around for straws for awhile until I told the barista they were out of straws. Staff is very friendly and overall do a good job. I just ask that they be more consistent with their drinks. Depending on the day, the same drink will come very differently. I also would really like the staff to look at the breakfast sandwiches before serving to make sure they're not lopsided and to fix the bun. Love you guys but please fix this! read more

I love Starbucks, but unfortunately this location never impresses me. I'm a regular - I get the same coffee every morning, and 5 times out of 10 they hand me the wrong drink. It's frustrating and inconvenient to have to come back and half of the time just for a drink. read more

Sure they can make coffee. It's Starbucks - it's not too difficult to do that. What stood out is the service. Each time I've come here when I'm in town I have not been greeted with a simple, "hello." I want to avoid coming to this location because of the service alone. The worst part, though, is the drive through window. The design makes it really hard to actually drive up to the window when you drive around the corner of the building. People often need to backup just to position their vehicle correctly. The hassle of driving though this place would be worth it if the staff was friendlier, but this place leaves a lot to be desired. read more
