I have given this location the benefit of the doubt about 3 times.... today was my 4th visit in & I really hoped I wasn't going to have a bad experience again...... I was wrong. I specifically asked the gentleman at the front to repeat my order & when I got my drink at the pick up area, the barista said my name & with a total different beverage description. When I let him know it should have been something else he kindly grabbed it and apologized and offered to re make it for me. Just as he was about to toss it, the guy who took my order rushed up to tell me the drink I got WAS correct & handed it back to me!? I wasn't in the mood to argue so I just said okay and walked out. Got into my car and sipped my drink & Of course.. it wasn't what I ordered :) Not only was it was the wrong drink... but it spilled all over my floor mat when I turned out of their parking lot & also splashed all over my new WHITE converse. Apparently they didn't have hot sleeves or drink stoppers?? It was just the cherry on top of a gloomy Friday!!! Small (awkwardly long/rectangular) location, not very many tables, but there are friendly baristas - always a plus! :) I came in today (Halloween 2012) as Batman (OF COURSE) and the lady gave me a weird look at first when taking down my order + name. Don't sit at the table right in front of the cash register , because patrons here won't mind sticking their asses pretty much right at your face thinking it's okay to enter your personal bubble while they wait for their over price drinks. This lady with a giant ass was one inch away from knocking my drink over with her bus size butt. I was pretty pissed off. Other then that a pretty whatever starbucks. I have been going to this Starbucks for awhile and it's a little bit on the smaller side. My drinks have always been great! One time the barista gave me the wrong size drink so she gave me the wrong size one and a one that was the right size! I scored two drinks!! Looking to study here might not be the best idea due to its size. But it's possible if not all the tables are taken. The baristas here are super nice the only complaint I have is it is a hit or miss how fast you get out. Some days I have been out super quick and other days I felt like it took forever just to order my drink. The drinks here are the same as any other Starbucks, but the customer service makes it a great place to pick up your cup of joe. The staff is very attentive and personable which always makes for a pleasant experience. Additionally, they have a nice patio for patrons to enjoy the sun and fill up on caffine. read more

With the 6 locations surrounding my house, I seem to frequent this one the least. Not for any solid reason, I guess I just always forget that it's there. But today was my first time using the app to order, and my first time redeeming my free drink from the stars thing. I sent my order to this location since I was headed that way anyway. I used to go to this Starbucks when I worked near by all of the time. I transferred work locations for about 2 years now but continued going there occasionally. I go to Starbucks every single day. I'm a very avid goer and addicted! I am usually in a rush every morning. So I typically use the pre-order feature. The last few times I had gone in I was very displeased with their service. They didn't have the food item I ordered on the mobile order, which was fine if it was their first time. But they don't even offer this food item at this location... EVER! (Ham & cheese savory) Then someone took my drink. Which was fine I understand it was a mistake. But then the barista said to me as I was leaving "Today just not be your day!" I recently had consistently poor experiences at another Starbucks nearby. I switched up my drive so I could pass by this one instead and I am very glad to always receive great service. I wont typically review large chains as everyone knows what they're about. In this case there's reason for an exception. I've been going to the Associated & Imperial Starbucks daily at 5:00 AM since I retired about a year ago. I'm an espresso drinker and I enjoy reading the LA Times. The paper gets to this store two hours earlier than my home, so I cancelled my subscription and get it here. Staff at this store is excellent. They know me and make me feel at home here. They know my order and begin preparing it in the little ceramic cup that I prefer as soon as I walk in he door. I truly appreciate Chris, Gabby, Amber and the whole morning crew. Came here to grab some tea and chat after lunching with an old friend at the nearby California Fish Grill. The barista was overenthusiastically friendly. It is a small small location with only a few little tables, and one big table near the front; during the course of our time there, several people walked in, looked at the full tables, and walked out. The little tables are awkward to sit at if you are tall (not my problem, but my friend was trying not to trip up people who were walking up to order), and have limited access to outlets. The patio is also pretty small, and shares space with the next door cafe. I wouldn't pick this particular Starbucks for an extended visit due to the space constraints. read more

This Starbucks location is pretty small, but pretty nice. Items in a busy shopping center in Brea, and if you come at the wrong time, it's hard finding parking. This Starbucks has almost everything you can find at any other locations. Unfortunately, the only drawbacks is that seats are hard to find here and there is no drive through. Other than that, this place rocks. The staff here is really nice (Chris is always awesome, especially in the mornings!). I love coming to this location in the morning on the way to work. It's conveniently located close to the 57 freeway entrance, so it's easy to just jump on the freeway after grabbing a cup of coffee. read more

Pretty standard Starbucks compared to other locations I've been. Quality of the drink has been pretty consistent. Staffs are generally nice and will greet you. Some are more lively and bubbly than others, you usually can catch them on the more bubbly side near Xmas. The only downside to this place, is as others have mentioned.....its small inside and out. read more

I'm here Monday-Friday getting my coffee fix before work. Everyone is so nice here and they really take the time to get to know you and your drink. I love the greeting I get in the morning and without even having to say it, they're already taking down my drink order. Service is very quick, they seem use to the morning rush and are really quick with getting everyones drink to them right away. They are the only ones that can make my drink right. read more

The girls that worked this morning (Wednesday) are super sweet. We all know starbucks is great, so it's really the customer service that we rate...I mobile ordered my drink off state college and ball and had a soy based drink, I grabbed it and hit the road driving to my hour in chino hills, 5 min on the 57 and a a sip later I realized the Starbucks i Mobile ordered at had messed up my drink. Not wanting to turn around I google mapped the next closest starbucks and this little gem popped up. I got out of my car (not really wanting to cause I was bumming it with a bright orange ducks shirt and sweat pants), with my mobile app receipt ready and stepped in line to speak to the cashier. The cute blond with long hair smiled at me and asked how she could help. I explained the situation and she took my drink no questions asked. The other cute blonde with shorter hair (kick ass cut) took my drink and remade is super quick. I was really grateful, but not just because they remade it, but because they took my work and was sweet about it. I get it, mistakes happen, I'm not mad at the other starbucks, but this one really shined because I didn't order my drink here and they still made sure I was a happy starbucks customer. Hands down, my new favorite Starbucks location in the area! I've been to all the others, but this is definitely where I will be going from now on. This store is much smaller than others, sure, but what keeps me going here are the baristas. They are EXTREMELY quick and efficient, they are super friendly, and they have consistently conjured me up a perfect drink every time I go. Decent little, major emphasis on little, Starbucks. The drinks are all made in a decent fashion. The one main thing that I have noticed that is lacking in this location is staffing. Rarely are their enough staff to properly handle the traffic through the small area that happens to be the queue line. Best Starbucks ever. The baristas are all friendly -- and they can take a hint if you just don't feel like joining in their chatter. Seating is a bit tight here, at least inside, where most of the seats are bar stool height with high tables to match. Today was my first visit to this Starbucks, and they left one of the best impressions I have ever had. I had ordered a mobile order for 3 drinks, and they were ready when I arrived. When I went to pick them up, my clumsy self spilled some of the drinks and made a huge embarrassing mess. I felt awful, and they offered to make the drinks again. The sweetest barista that helped clean up was so nice to me and even apologized for the wait (which was obviously not their fault!).
