Poor customer service. After waiting patiently in line, a lady cut in front of me to place her order. Instead of making a scene with the customer, I addressed the issue with the cashier, Josh, who allowed it to happen instead instructing the customer to get in line like the other customers. Josh was unapologetic and rudely said, "What would you like to order!" At this point, I put my money away and told him that I would rather spend my money elsewhere and left. Very small Starbucks right next to DSW. It's good for a quick in and out type deal, but not a place you want to sit down and do work at or study. However, the workers are quick, friendly, and get the job done! They haven't messed up any of my orders yet, surprisingly! read more

Drinks are always good, too bad they come with bitchy-face-curt-Asian-lady barista and occasionally a snide spiky-haired-glasses-wearing barista who both always find a way to charge me the most they possibly can (i.e. they charge me for a black tea latte, rather than charging me an extra $0.60 when adding soy milk to a black tea; $3.25 v $3.95....less than a dollar difference but I'm poor and one of the few extraneous things I allow myself once a week is Starbucks). This is the filthiest slowest Starbucks ove ever been too. The floors are dirty the fixings counter is dirty the sink outs dirty and they dip the blender in a solution and I mean slosh it not even to the top, no rinse and use it again. This place is uber small compared to other SB, however they can get my drink right EVERYTIME! Did I mention they know what customer service is too?!!! This is probably one of my least favorite Starbucks. They are close to my chiro so I almost always want something. Unfortunately the last 3x I have stopped in they were either out of the cold brew, or had watered it down so far that it tasted more like water than coffee. Best customer service ! I wish I would have thought to get their names at the time but I had my 1 year old and 5 year old with me. One male and one female. The male took our order and took the time to ask my daughter what her name was to write on cup which in turn made her feel special. The female that made the drinks made the whip cream in my daughters drink resemble a cat. It was awesome they took some extra time to make my daughter smile. Thank you guys! read more

This is a very popular location. Right by the entry/exit of the 57 fwy and right off Imperial. Very small location with a lot of businesses around it, on top of that Mercury Insurance is right behind the shopping center with hundreds of employees! This Starbucks is always busy. Drinks, I feel are made quickly but no correctly. I fell my local Starbucks strives for great customers service and quality over quantity (how fast they are making drinks) better to take your time and get it right other than rushing and my drink isn't done right. I normally get a "sick tea," every Starbucks I go to puts the honey in for me, this location gives me the honey and I have to ask for the scissors and put it in myself. I understand if you are busy but what is the prodigal on honey? Seems silly, I know I know but it's the little things, that I recognize. read more

Just went here to pick up my mobile order which was wrong. Left the store and tasted it, realized they hadn't put soy in it. No big deal, so I go back and tell the girl who laughs and says it didn't say it on the cup. Another girl said their sticker machine wasn't working. Understandable but it wasn't even busy and my order wasn't complicated. What bothered me most was the lack of apology, the wait I still had to go through to get it fixed and the lack of caring about your job. She then made my drinks (took about 10 minutes) then when I was leaving a group of 4 people walked in and I heard her say "no, no, no" under her breath. An old friend of mine and I met up here to have some coffee and tea and catch up after years of not seeing each other. We then sat and talked, drinking our drinks. I had to go to the bathroom so I got up and asked if I could use it. The employee rudely told me I couldn't and to "go to one of the other stores in the shopping center." Interesting Starbucks. Tiny little shop tucked inside a strip mall. Not the prominent anchor style fixture you normally expect. It's more of a Subway location and space. Outdoor seating looks small but its actually not bad and gated and enclosed so you're not just out in the sidewalk. Something about this location is unique. read more

This Starbucks has horrible customer service and employees. The worst part of my experience at this Starbucks was when the red head barista was EXTREMELY rude to me. I simply asked for some extra ice in my drink after I received it and thanked her for it when she gave it to me. Then she went on to say "I'm glad those three ice cubes made a difference". I don't know if she was having a bad day but I don't think she should take it out on paying customers. Little Starbucks nestled between Which Wich and DSW. Quiet at night which is usually when I make my way on in here. The night shift is friendly and talkative. The barista asked me how my day was and actually showed interest in my answer. Little hopes for humanity . It gets pretty crowded here during the day so I come with that in mind. Well we were talking when I noticed a couple of Asian students glaring at us. I ignored it but there was another man who also did the same! As Starbucks' go, this one is pretty consistent. The baristas know their stuff and service is always friendly. I once complained about Pike being the only coffee they have after morning. The barista offered me a pour-over. To this day, I've only been offered that here, and without asking, told it was the same cost as drip coffee. read more

This place is always a hit and miss for me. Sometimes I get amazing customer services and sometimes they just take me order and send me on my way. I was a Starbucks partner for 7 years and I feel like some (not all) of the partners only give the regulars a "connection". Once they gave me the wrong bagel and when I told them they let me keep the one they messed up on and gave me the original one I ordered, so that was nice. If I could give less than one star I would! Not the first, but second time I have experienced extreme rudeness and unprofessionalism AND from the same barista, "Alyssa". First time she was rudely talking down to my mother in front of me that she didn't know how the app or her card worked and my mother talked me away from doing anything, now it's directly at me! I come to pick up a mobile order, not engaged by a single staff and stand by the counter looking for my order. Eventually "Alyssa" finally makes eye contact and asks me if I am the customer with a mobile order, I said that I was and was given my drink by another employee. Then Alyssa thinks I apparently can't hear her from where she is standing and mutters under her breath "Maybe say something instead of just standing there stupid". So I've had enough. Not once but twice this woman has been rude to me and my family and then upon requesting the managers number or information I am simply given the store number and refused any more information.
