This is my go to location for Starbucks! it's active but there's not constantly people around and it's a chilled out location. I'm always looking for new drinks to try and i had the Caramel ribbon crunch (decaffeinated). i've never had their decaffeinated frappuccino's before but it was pretty good! I have to say that I'm disappointed in this particular Starbucks. This is the 3rd time I have been hugely let down by them. The first time they fixed the mistake. The second time they didn't secure the lid on my coffee and it ended up all over the front seat and floor of my car resulting in a costly cleaning bill. The third time was today when they gave me a cup that looked like it was taken from the garbage can. It was so dirty, stained and splattered and unfortunately I didn't notice until I had already driven away. The employees are always pleasant but it doesn't make up for the lack of caring. I won't be returning to this Starbucks and am contemplating switching to another coffee franchise. read more

The absolute WORST Starbucks in the area. Not a single person greets you or acknowledges you if you need anything at the end of the counter....like if your drink is wrong, which it has been each time I've been in. I waited FOREVER for an iced coffee refill with not a soul in line inside. That being said, there were about five cars in the drive thru...and about the drive thru, it wraps around the outdoor seating area so you can't sit there without breathing fumes. Not the employees fault, just bad design but worth knowing if you planned to sit there. The parking lot is a total nightmare. Don't park in front or the right side because you'll likely get stuck there because of the drive thru backing up. There's a great store a few blocks away without a drive thru and worth the extra time to go. It's on Gateway and Congress. The people there are great. read more

I love Starbucks! This location takes it right down the drain. I have had yet another horrible experience. Today I get my usual venti iced latte w almond milk.... they hand it to me black and argue with me saying this is how it comes. Then they state how they forgot the almond milk and will add it, then give me it back with a splash of milk. NO. Then on top of it all they gave me my banana bread that I requested NOT toasted and it was warm. SMH awful. read more

What's the difference between a Starbuck's Iced Caramel Machiatto with an extra shot of espresso... and just an ordinary glass of milk?? There is NO difference (Well, other than 5 bucks). I have tried way too many times to have them make a decent drink... you know, one that has sort of a coffee taste. I have fallen into the trap of paying for an extra shot... and then I started paying for two extra shots... and even 3 (!) on one occasion. I had ordered my first a couple of years back and it had a nice and rich 'coffee' taste. The second time I went back I got mostly milk... threw it out.... and the third time I gently complained to the lady taking my order. She suggested I order it with an extra shot. I did... and it was still 'weaker' than the first. So, they've managed to get an extra $20 or $30 out of me but that is the last of it. It'd be cheaper to just buy a cow. I hate giving negative reviews, especially since the employees are all so nice.... but it seems impossible to get a good drink at this place. Kind of like paying a premium for a top shelf margarita and it not having any tequila in it. pfffft ! read more

I don't have a good reason to go here...well, maybe for a date because the ambiance is not as tacky. There is a dunkin donuts in the same plaza which is undoubtedly cheaper. A little down the road is a cumberland farms gas station that sells any size coffee for 99 cent and I can't tell the difference in taste. The pastries at starbucks are good, but seriously expensive - same with the coffee. I don't need a hotshot barista for some simple coffee and I don't have extra money for tip. One other thing I have noticed is it's a little bit pain on the backend because there is so many options on what I want in my coffee. Jesus, just put some milk in it, but then again there's probably some yuppie customers who freak if their ten directions are not followed accordingly. Of course I'm yapping about the chain in general and the employees at this particular location were friendly, so if you are a fan of starbucks you should have no problem here. read more

Just got my first Verismo here and I am hooked! This is hands down my favorite Starbucks in Florida. (In New York, it's the Times Square store with TWO Clover machines!) this store will strive to make you happy. They THRIVE on making you happy! Love this location! I stick to the following drinks: hot white chocolate mocha with whip, iced passion tea lemonade, strawberry acai refresher, iced caramel macchiato! I can do no wrong with those drinks! I love a plain bagel with butter or a chocolate croissant! The service is great and baristas are friendly! This is my favorite location! Horrible service and horrible drinks. Had them remake my strawberry frappe 3 times, it still tasted like lake water. Gross. And to top it off the drive through people are god awful rude. 4 out of 7 I frequent suck. Go to okeechobee, gateway, or lake road, because the other 4 I know of between boynton and west palm are horrible. read more

This is easily the best Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff is friendly, the line moves quickly and the drinks are always perfect. Slightly larger than your average Starbucks, the layout is cozy without feeling cramped. They do have a bar-height natural wood table that I love; the placement makes it well suited for short study sessions. Its positioning in front of the counter being less than ideal for longer meetings. Outdoor seating is perfect for a Saturday morning cup, and the drive-thru can clear a line wrapped around the building in 5 minutes on most weekday mornings! Great customer service every time I go there! No matter how busy they are there is always a smile on their faces!

First thing I noticed walking up to the counter was how nasty and dirty the floor was, looked like it hadn't been swept all day/morning. It was so bad I said something to the batista and he said they'd "get to it". Meanwhile, as I had that vision of filth in my head, I had a question to ask one of the other two batistas but they were so involved in their personal conversation, I was completely ignored until I had to apologize for "interrupting their conversation". I finally got my question answered and was able to enjoy my breakfast and coffee. Just not the same Starbucks vibe here, maybe it's the area, idk but that floor was nasty and would hope that the rest of the place isn't a reflection of how nasty that floor was... read more

I've been going here for 3 years but lately it's been a training ground with new people. They don't listen to what you order and they don't know how to make any drinks. Hopefully your not allergic to dairy because you will wind up with milk when you clearly ask for nondairy. Don't waste your time or money going here. It's just a social hour.
