I came to this location to get my 'red holiday cup' and I was successful. (Though I had to repeat myself to get the cup!). The african chick at the window is in a bad mood saying she wants to throw the scanner. And when I asked for light ice they filled the cup up more than half with ice and barely any drink. it's like they do it out of spite. This is the only Starbucks that you go in and the vibe is off like everyone is in bad mood. I would avoid it unless you want your day ruined. read more

This is not my local SBUX, as this is an area I do not frequent. I'm only in the area when I've had an appointment at a local orthodontist, and his office is in the same center. But for those who are in this area, I'd recommend you go here. It's always immaculate, and that impressed me. It's easy for a SBUX to get messy, fast. A lot of people seem to behave like slobs when thy are in a SBUX. Leave tables dirty. Mess up the condiments area and don't clean it. Why? Are they like that wherever they go? The service is efficient and friendly. There are lots of seats inside, well designed. And great original artwork on many walls. And nice shaded seated are outside. Only drawback is the parking is a challenge. It's in a center which has a Publix and is close to it. Not their fault, but it's worth mentioning that parking is a challenge. read more

Have no idea why there are always very big dogs roaming in this coffee shop. And people that think it is ok to let them come to you. Today there was a huge dog inside and another one left to roam the patio. The owners are regulars. If there was another Starbucks or coffee shop close I would avoid this location. read more

This location is VERY high traffic so proceed through parking lot with care. Store is always kept filled an clean. Two baristas who are an absolute asset to this company is YAZ and SABREEN. Drinks are made perfectly and espresso shots are never burnt. They're phenomenal. They great you with such love and sincerity you feel as though you're the only one in the room. I called around 3pm on a Friday to ask about the cups they have in stock. It forwarded to a generic voicemail (like it's not even clear that you've reached Starbucks). Additionally, online it says the store closes at 8pm. I arrived at 7:07p to find that they have earlier closing times this week. More transparency about hours on your website or google would be helpful. read more

This Starbucks location has decided they can open/close whenever they feel like despite the hours listed online or on their door. For example, they took my mobile order as I was walking here. The location says it's open at 6am and at 7:30am they're closed. They refused to let me inside. I had to call them to tell them they accepted and I paid for my mobile order and if they could please let me inside. They told me they were short staffed? Short staffed or someone didn't wake up on time? Ridiculous. read more

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER. they are so rude. if you're order us wrong they tell you to suck it up. the man with the black longish hair was extremely rude. we were waiting to ask them for a cup of ice and he looked at us and goes "what are you waiting for" with a terrible attitude. they should not be treating costumers like this. i got a matcha pineapple drink and the matcha wasn't even mixed. there were chunks of matcha just in my drink. i ask them to mix it they said no. why am i paying money for a drink they messed up and won't fix? worst costumer service ever. read more

For someone who spends almost $50 every two days on Starbucks coffee this location but a very bad taste in my mouth I ordered two drinks one hot one cold the hot one came out really fast the second one took almost 25 minutes after I asked if my second drink is ready they said it's in line if it was in line it should've come out with the hot drink. I still waited almost 30 minutes to get the mocha frapp. I will never go to this location again I rather drive an extra 5 minutes to the glades location and grab my coffee or the 3 Dukin donut coffees I pass. This was really really bad. Oh and on top of that the hot drink is cold and the cold drink well tastes so bad I am barely drinking it. Also the person next to me that was waiting didn't get her order because the employee said she got a phone call and she got side tracked. Really! read more

Dunkin has the App but little by little they are doing away with everything no more free coffee Wednesdays. They did away with lemon for the iced teas extra money for butter on a bagel Years back they used to put butter on the coffee rolls and heat them Dunkin has certainly gone downhill the doughnuts are skimpy not much filling in the jelly or cream filled doughnuts and more money for everything.Terrible proposition ! read more

I love the staff at this Starbucks! They are always so kind and warm even when their customers are not. Located on the outskirts of West Boca, I've seen this staff deal with some rude and picky customers. They are professional and efficient. The store is always clean and they always get my drink order correct. There isn't much parking so I suggest biking or parking farther away and walking to avoid the headache. read more

This Starbucks is super close to my house and therefore for convenience I will continue to visit this store because I LOVE their coffee. It's quite simply the best coffee out there. They have a nice selection of food items and I especially love the little to-go boxes of protein selections. I don't think this location serves alcohol or appetizer type items at night like other Starbucks(yet). Maybe they will in the near future. Like I said, I come here for the coffee,not necessarily the friendliness of the staff. I just haven't experienced anyone very friendly. They don't smile much. I realize in this area the clientele can be tough. I would love to see a smile when I pick up my online order. On another positive note, I absolutely LOVE using my Starbucks app to order ahead of time, pay on my iPhone and skip the lines! IT IS THE BEST. read more

The music can be WAY too loud. Which is annoying if you're trying to have a conversation with someone else or trying to get work done. Some of the baristas are amazing and very friendly, while some are just alright. They usually always make my drink right and when they don't, they are quick to correct it. I once accidentally set my work down in a puddle of milk that collected on a table which obviously hadn't been wiped down so that was annoying. I like that there is plenty of natural light coming in through the many windows, so the space feels light, open, and airy. Overall I do like this location and with some tweaks it would be perfect. read more
