Super easy Starbucks to access right off the turnpike and they are fast! I've gone in to order before, but usually I do mobile orders. Again, both have been fast. My drinks always taste great and any food I order too! Easy to park in the lot as well. Staff is welcoming and friendly! My most recent visit I ordered the iced lavender cream oatmilk matcha and it was perfect! Exact taste and it actually had the layer of lavender cream. Most locations have only been able to get the layer in the center of the drink so this looked just as good as it tastes! My fiancé ordered his usual iced mocha and it was delicious as always. ZERO stars if it were possible. WORST service I've ever had at a Starbucks the 6 ft dude w a pedo stache made my drink I watched him over fill it then process to try and out the lid on and after it did not click on to my drink he still proceeded to bring it to the counter to serve it to me. When I tried to put the lid on myself the drink shot up on my hand and made a mess. I brought it to their attention they didn't say anything jst grabbed the drink and "made a new one" although the previous remnants were still covering the sides of my beverage. The cockeyed fellow tried to look at me crazy and then didn't even call the name for my order when it was done. I've never had a bad experience in a Starbucks. read more

Okay, so I broke down while visiting my bestie in Florida. I know that I am doing my "coffee quest," this year. However, there are not that many options near by and I refuse to drink "Dunkin." That is where I draw the line on chained coffee shops. The "Iced Shaken" Espresso with Brown Sugar and Oat Milk" is definitely my new obsession. Even though we are in the pandemic, they had most of the items. We ordered a buttered croissant, and a tall vanilla cream coke brew -the barista was so nice and told us we had rewards for a free bakery item so we got a pumpkin muffin as well. I love that Starbucks's has large print menu items for those that need it. I also like the decor in this Starbucks especially the clock! I am happy to see people sitting inside and outside. Ordered 2 drinks and they went 0/2. Didn't even bother saying anything because they all looked like they wanted to kill themselves as it was. Asked for a drink made with coconut milk and they made with lemonade... then got a frappe and the tall dude pours it out, looks at his co worker and goes why does it look like this. Proceeds to put the lid on and give it to me. Keep the negative energy at home and learn to smile when you work, would also help to know how to read and make drinks properly. read more

First time at this location since it was close to my kids dentist. A little tricky to get to because the turn is kind of hidden if you're on the same side. Only one way in and one way out as well. Although there was a long line we were in and out in 10 min!! Great team they have working here. The turn around time is everything when you are rushing to get to work or anywhere else in the morning. As always my hot chocolate cake out perfectly hot and yummy with extra cinnamon powder. Replacement offered tasted like battery acid, though it was lukewarm. I gave it two stars because usually the coffee works, if not the cashier. Several people had a the same idea. Get out of the rain and get a coffee. I ordered a white chocolate cappuccino but I got a regular cappuccino. No problem. One may ask, why people write reviews on Starbucks, after all, most of us go there and know how great their product is. Before I wrote this, I read some of the reviews from different locations and there seems to be a BIG reason to write a review on Starbucks. There is quite a difference in personal experiences everyone has at different Starbucks locations, some good some bad. There are even differences of opinion within the same location. This particular Starbucks location to me is worth 5 stars for a couple of reasons. One is that because I go there often, I walk in the door and some of the employees automatically know me by name because they made a point to remember me by writing it on the cup, and only sometimes they do that. They always greet me with a smile , even at 7:30 in the morning, and get ready to make me the same Skinny Vanilla Latte I always order, but check with me first to see if I want the same. Some will suggest trying other Fat Free Lattes, which I have tried, and now also order the Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte. Point being, they are personable, make a point to remember their customers, and I watch and see them greet many by their first name as they walk in. The second reason I love this location is because it is situated right on Glades and the Turnpike which is where I get off in the morning and get back on when I go home back to Ft. Lauderdale, so yes,, there are days I go twice, which is probably not good. I love the Starbucks App and the Starbucks reward program they offer on the app. You do not have to carry cash, just your phone and scan you purchase which gives you STARS towards your next free item. Once you collect 12 stars, you get a free item once you reach the Gold Level. The card is just like a STARBUCKS SUNPASS, it keeps taking money from your credit card automatically and will email you to tell you when it does that. Not sure if that is so great either, but it is surely convenient. Just think!!!! You can check in on Yelp, then open up the Starbucks app and buy your latte all with your phone. Hey,, if you don't like your location or the service, tell someone there. Starbucks runs their stores pretty tightly and won't take bad service lightly. read more

I wouldn't recommend to go in the morning. They open at 8am the place gets packed they get lots of online orders expect a long wait. Every time in the morning same thing 2 days ago this man waited 40min for his sandwich! I waited for my peppermint Mocha which was awesome but had to wait another 15min for a cake pop for my kid!!! Sorry but I grade my Starbucks locations on a scale I made up. I came up with it to describe the frustration and applause I have for certain ones. It's really a balance of trends. If they have good coffee (I'm talking machine quality) and good staff they can often pull off a worthwhile experience. Lately, many are failing yet some still set the mark. Glades Turnpike 1). Taste of Coffee - Excellent. Good burned in machines. Like a guitar that has been played enough to break it in. 2). Food - Normally pretty tasty and fresh 3). Employee attitude - Awesome, friendly people 4). Environment - Normally quiet - people are chill here, respectful of space 5). Outdoor space - the light to leave is a long pain but worth the trip. White Worms! I'm very disappointed and disgusted with the fact i just ordered a Venti Strawberry Açaí Refresher at this location and i came across several little white worms in my drink. I come to starbucks on a daily basis and today has just disgusted me to even get it again. I contacted starbucks and all they could do is refund me 10$ for this inconvenience. I'm frustrated and would think starbucks would consider giving me a bigger credit or something more then this. Check your drinks!! read more

This Starbucks was kind of dirty and on if the restrooms ( the ladies one ) was not working. As for the food, the plain toasted bagel and cheese danish we had were good, toasted and tasted yummy, perfect with this cold and rainy weather. The staff in here was nice and sweet. They made My coffee latte exactly how I requested; extra hot, non fat, decaf and grande. The background music was delightful, thank you!! 2 star default for being Starbucks. Same great food and coffee. Baristas ruin the experience at this location for me every time. One who works often (a 45-60 year old woman with brown hair / heavy set) hates her job and the people she works with... On most days. I prefer the coconut creek promenade, lyons road or even the new location on Hillsboro 100% more. Sadly this location is close to my gym and the highway. Typically I opt for good service over convenience. I avoid this location if possible... I can't deal with unfriendly people. My drink has been overflowing with coffee dripping down the side and the lid full of excess more times than not. read more

I love Starbucks (and coffee in general)! But this location is not the best. I have gotten sick from their drinks a few times or have received the wrong order. Their staff is a bit flustered much of the time and I usually have to email the corporate office to solve the issues that another location can solve in-store. I went to this location Sunday morning for an iced london fog tea latte. The cashier was very nice and asked me if I had time to wait so they could steep the earl grey tea bag to make the drink correctly. My usual starbucks would just make the drink with black tea to get it done quicker and it wouldn't taste right. The two ladies working that morning were very kind and provided great service. They told me if I would go there regularly they would know how I liked the drink and make it for me like that. I didn't express that I was previously unhappy in any way with drinks, but they took the initiative to make sure they did things right and it was a pleasant surprise to see such lovely individuals! :-) read more

It's obviously a Starbucks that knows it caters to caffeine-starved travelers hopping off the turnpike hoping for a strong brew. Definitely not a Locals place. Crappy parking, hard to get into, and tiny. Markedly unfriendly baristas, as if they assume they'll never see you again, and don't care. Starbucks in general gets an automatic 3 stars in my book, so this one definitely takes it down a notch. My advice? Find another Caffeine Fix. read more

The staff here is amazing; they are always working hard and having fun. They have even brought my order to my car for me when they saw me pull up in the rain!!! I go here often and they are unfriendly, but worst of all the milk station is usually filthy, over flowing garbage through the small hole. Spilled coffee/ cream.
