I had not been to this Starbucks location in a long time and had no idea it had been completely redone. What a nice surprise! The space now feels very modern and refreshed, and the whole place looked clean and well organized. The baristas were very pleasant and efficient. I ordered a venti iced latte with whole milk to go, and the process was quick and easy. It's always nice when a place runs smoothly, especially during busy coffee runs. Overall, a great update to this location. I'll definitely be stopping in more often now that I've rediscovered it. And I'm so glad I did! read more

WORST STARBUCKS!!!! I have ever been to. Will never come here again. The customer service is horrible. They are SUPER SLOW!!! You will get your drink in 2 days basically! They have no sense of urgency! The guy making the drinks is looking as if he is high on drugs if how slow he is. The line was long. No one bothered to attempted to speed things up. Clearly there was no manager. I told the lady who was chatting with another customer about personal things with no care in the world, that I was in a rush and she did not bother to help. Sometimes fast, sometimes slow. Just really depends on if there is a rush of orders and understanding if they are short staffed. The taste of my go to order is consistent. Food and drink is always typical of any Starbucks. That being said they have employees who don't know time management and have ignored the line at the register causing a massive backup. I had to ditch the line to use the app because no one bothered to take orders despite seeing the growing line. Very pitiful experience at this location. Really disappointing experience. The gentleman taking my order clearly wasn't trained. Took forever to order my drink in the store. Then I waited 25 minutes and my drink never came out. When I asked when my order would be ready, I was told it wasn't placed correctly and they had no record of it even when I showed them my receipt. This has been the worst experience EVER! I ordered two items through the app. received a text they were being prepared at 10:11am. my drink was provided at 10:18. After still waiting on my sandwich around 10:37 I asked and was told it's not available. It was the most important part. Get this. They then asked if I wanted a refund I said yes for my entire order. They only refunded the sandwich. Normally it wouldn't be a big deal but I went out of my way bc the app stated it was available and charged me. I repeated I needed the entire refund given the inconvenience and wait time without notification. They stated I had to give the drink back. I did however I had no idea a business was allowed to take food back behind the counter. Given Mathew and Stacey's rudeness I asked for her name. Mathew has on a badge she did not. I called the store she answered and when I asked for her name she hung up in my face. I called back and mat here answered so I asked for the manager and he sat the phone down Stacey picked up minutes later and when I asked for her name she hung up again. I called back again. Someone different answered who was nice I explained what happened She placed me on hold and the person stating her name was Stacey finally stated what she says her name is. Horrible customer service. Came here for my coffee fix a few times. It's located about 10 minutes away from my office, which is a good thing. Sometimes I just need to get away from my office and relax, and does not make sense to go some place close where you might run into your co workers...LOL! This place is pretty small compare to other Starbucks I've been to. They do have outside seating but just a few tables. Cash register where you will be placing your orders is right there when you walk through the front door. The store is long and narrow so they just have a few tables along side the wall and that's basically it. I got my drink orders pretty quickly in my visits. I pretty much order the same thing every time: tall mocha. I have not tried any of the cold brews yet but I might give it a try next time. Maybe I'll try a few chocolate cookies too. read more

This Starbucks is really convenient for me since I pass it on my way to work. I am a fan of their salads and protein boxes; they make the perfect lunch to eat at your desk. I work through my lunch hour so anything that's not messy is perfect for me. I stop here early in the morning when they first open and the baristas are always friendly. Even on the days when I can't make up my mind, they remain patient and helpful. This location was one of the three Starbucks I stockpiled water from when hurricane Irma was approaching. I know your thinking that's crazy expensive and I was out of my mind. The thing is, the night before I got off of a plane and realized there was nowhere to get water. Granted, I should have stayed in NY but I foolishly didn't. So what does a self sufficient independent woman do? She hits up all the local Starbucks! Yes, the water was expensive, but I was able to get about twenty bottles. So much easier than trying every Publix or CVS. Doing what I did was costly but stress free. I remember when this location first opened, because I lived and worked down the street in the corporate area. Nothing has seemed to change, because the place was hopping and packed. There is no drive through, and the parking lot can be a bit crazy so just keep your eyes open for crossing pedestrians. The staff was very kind on my most recent visit. 1-Star isnt even what i would give this location. Ive ordered from this location many times for hot breakfast sandwiches but I placed an oder today and they gave me a frozen sandwich. When i called the location they informed me i didnt select the warmed up option, I said thank you and asked how do i eat it and the lady informed me to heat it up in the microwave 10-15 seconds. I wanted to double check and on the starbucks website and the uber eats app it does not having a warming option for any of the breakfast sandwiches. Doing a U turn at rush hour is no small feat. I decided on the Mango Dragonfruit Refresher. I just loved this drink. It wasn't too sweet and had chunks of dragon fruit in it.
