However, the standout feature of this location is its ice, distinct from other Starbucks establishments. They are round like boba balls. If you're here, stick to safe bets like refreshers and frappuccinos, which tend to maintain a consistent taste (albeit occasionally overly sweet). Avoid cold brews and specialty coffees, as they often come with missing ingredients, without any notice from the staff. If an item is out of stock, they'll substitute it with something entirely unrelated without informing you. The inside has plenty of space to sit, outside as well. Always clean. read more

I was told that a lot of the drinks they were out of, they only had creme Frappuccinos, or coffee based drinks. Not sure if they were really out of it or if they just wanted to make simple drinks since it was only 8:40pm and probably wanted to leave as soon as they could. It takes one act of kindness to brighten someone's day. My day started rough this morning. As my day went on it got worst. I decide to go workout and increase some endorphins to help me feel better. I stopped by to get a small black coffee and while I waited in the drive thru I just couldn't hold it all in and cried. Just couldn't even move the car and cried some more. When I got to the drive thru window to pay for my coffee with all the anxiety I had difficulty grabbing my wallet. The cashier at the window gave me the coffee and told me "it's ok. Don't worry about it. I hope whatever is going on it gets better." I cried some more took the coffee and drove away. But I have to honestly say that it truly does take one act of kindness to help someone feel better. I did not get her name but THANK YOU. Your kindness made me realize that God is worked through you to give me the strength to continue my day. This Starbucks was a bit cooler than most I go to. With leather couches, cool round tables, larger round tables with chairs, a nice outside to sit. The baristas were very friendly. Wanted a tall iced coffee with almond milk - no problem. Asked how I was. Sometimes even the little things count for a lot. Really like this Starbucks location. It might be my favorite. The inside has a cozy feel and the outside is relaxing. The outside tables and chairs are very nice and I've never seen that kind at a Starbucks before. The best part about this location is the drive thru. When I'm in a rush I order through there. What is it with the lousy attitudes I've encountered in every single SE FL SBucks the 2-wks I've been here! I needed ground beans only. Was the only one in line in the store yesterday around 4pm, but the drive-thru was fairly steady. 3 employees were racing about at breakneck speed, harried & stressed, trying to make drinks for the drive-thru, which was strange as each order seemed to be 1 drink only... they struggled to keep up & didn't do so without displaying a great deal of unhappiness & biting at each other. Sadly, SBucks doesn't seem to offer the mandatory, 2-wk, 70-hrs of coffee training I had when I worked for them in the mid-90s in a downtown metropolis, where you moved at swift speed all day long... & sadly, that seems to be the case all across the country. When properly trained, there's no stress involved, cuz you know what you're doing. Today, these are just PT jobs for students who need extra cash & don't care about a future job reference & those who can't do much else... imho. It's painfully evident in the struggling on the floor... the cashiers often don't know SB's products (I was once told, "We never carried FR Roast beans"... Huh?! That's ALL I buy from your store... since 1993), don't always know how a drink is made & it's even obvious in the way they don't properly roll down a bag of pricey ground beans... jeez, bang the bag firmly to compact the beans & roll the bag all the way down & secure it like you're locking up kruggerands at a bank, don't just fold it over once & tape it... that means my hard earned cash is getting stale & spilling all over my car on the way home. The afternoon I visited, the cashier needed to be told by the manager that she needed to help me... she was just wandering around behind the counter, mumbling to herself. Honest question... is SBucks involved in a new campaign to hire the learning disabled, cuz many stores seem to have several employees, who seem to be, have extraordinarily poor people & customer service skills, talk to themselves, can't perform simple tasks of their jobs? Is that why they're staffed at the registers? If so, fine, good for you... but, train them better & support them at the store level, cuz they're overwhelmed, miserable & S L O W. She stood at the register, staring straight ahead, waiting... then mumbled something. Since she was wearing a headset, I had no idea if she were addressing me or the drive-thru. I then asked if she were talking to me & with no eye contact, acted like I was an idiot with a "Uh, yea..." I handed her the bag of beans & said I needed them ground for Turkish. She paused a long time, then still staring straight ahead said angrily, "Well, you mean you're buying them?" Thinking she might have some learning issues, I said, "Yes, I want to buy them & have them ground for Turkish". I finally got them, but in an effort to keep this short, it took no less than 2 confused employees + the mngr to get me my beans & receipt. I prefer the cheaper but tastier beans at either World Market, Sprouts or Whole Foods, in that order (all 50% cheaper than SBucks), but I'm on the road & have to take what I can find. I used to like SB, but in the last 15+ yrs, they've become ridiculous... it's no longer an espresso bar, it's a milkshake/sugar drink/pricey food hangout for oddsters grabbing free WiFi. I liked it when a few espresso drinks & adults where di rigueur & the teen Frappa/rainbow/fructose drinks were only found at 711. 2* out of 5. I'm no longer a fan & spend my $$ elsewhere... but, if I need backup beans, I'll take it. read more

Can't go wrong with Starbucks in the morning except for the long lines either inside or drive thru especially in the morning. I went for my typical Venti black iced coffee with shot of espresso and Blueberry oatmeal to get energized start my day before work. The Oatmeal came with a packet of mixed nuts and raisins as well as packets of agave syrup which I mixed in all together to make it yummy. read more

I went inside to get my drinks and nobody greeted me for the first 5 minutes even tho there were 4 girls making drinks right in front of me. After getting 2/3 of my drinks the third one I waited for wasn't even my drink while the drink that was mine just sat on the counter on the other side of store by the drive thru. It was quick and easy to drive in and put in my order. The service was friendly. I was out of the line within three minutes. Everytime I go into a starbucks I always think, alright that was the last time. I am a previous partner, thankfully, and going into this starbucks solidifies that. When I walked inside I wasn't greeted until waiting at the register for a few minutes. Then, when a lady finally came to help take my order she was horribly rude. I then received my iced matcha green tea latte and there was still chunks of matcha in it. As a former partner I try to be understanding however, certain things are unacceptable and not abiding by the starbucks mission and being rude is something that is unacceptable. read more

It's along busy congress street in a plaza with a publix,chase bank and a few other businesses so you can get a coffee plus grocery shop. It seems busy but there's enough parking I really like the decor inside. Nice patio on the side and spacious seating with leather chairs inside.its clean inside an so are the restrooms. read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. The first coffee they gave me in the drive thru didn't have the top on, and it went all over me and the inside of the car. They gave me a second coffee, which also didn't have the top on. This one went all over my shirt in the parking lot -- yes, I had to go inside to fetch the second one so as not to hold up the car line. When I went inside to get the second cup, the drive thru attended sent yet another drink back that was not made correctly. Maybe they could make the drive thru run quicker if they didn't screw up every other order. While inside I noticed the food case *crawling* with flies. One of the several employees doing something other than serving customers mumbled something about how they had tried and failed to get rid of them. Um, yeah, not sure how this place hasn't been shut down by the health department. Not on my list of favorite Starbucks locations. read more
