I did mobile order pick up at this Starbucks and had a great experience. It was a Thursday morning around 8am and wasn't too busy (it was also Thanksgiving, so probably less busier than usual). I didn't have to wait very long for my order to be ready. The inside was clean and festively decorated for the holiday season. Lots of merch available for purchase + grab and go snacks. The people working were very nice and friendly. I ordered a sugar cookie latte and cranberry bliss bar. Both items were delicious! Perfect treats for the holiday season! I would stop here again if I was in the area.

    Very clean store.

I usually support local businesses and I haven't cared for Starbucks coffee, in general. However, our local shops either close too early, 3pm, or have employees who don't care if I'm there or not. Today, I met Gabby and she solidified why I come to this Starbucks. After we ordered, my dad said to me, do you know that girl? You two have been talking like you've known each other for 30 years. (Not possible because I think she's about 23!) All of the people at this Starbucks greet you with a smile, whether placing an order or picking up your order. I feel like I am appreciated for coming in. They are also open until 7pm and I am a later in the day coffee drinker! This is what customer service looks like and why I will keep coming back.

Here's the deal... Starbucks will always be the best road trip coffee! Here's why... 1. It's convenient. There's more an equivalent amount of Starbucks to gas stations off the highway. You can easily pop on and off the highway to get this pick me up. 2. It has what you like. We all have a starbucks order on lock. There's no need to be ashamed or shy about this fact. It's comforting to know that no matter what city or state you're in, you can go to a starbucks and get your coffee the way you like it. 3. The coffee, the restrooms and the cashiers are better than gas stations! The first two are obvious so I'll expand the third. Starbucks employees are typically in great moods, give great little present convos and end the transaction with a smile. Will we be back? We may never pass this Starbucks again, but we enjoyed our half caf lattes very much! Big thank you to the two kind baristas who helped give us the boost we needed for the next leg of our trip. :D

To begin, my coworker picked up my Matcha tea order, but unfortunately, the Starbucks staff overlooked including the coffee cake with the tea I had ordered. This caused some inconvenience as I had to leave work to pick up the coffee cake up. Upon arrival, I found that the cake was cold, so I kindly requested a replacement. The employee was very quick and accommodating, immediately exchanging the cold cake for a freshly warmed one without a question. She was both professional and pleasant throughout the whole interaction. Additionally, without me having to ask, she provided me with a $4 gift card as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. I was pleasantly surprised by this generous and excellent customer service. Furthermore, the location itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed and would rate this Starbucks location five stars. I will definitely be returning! Thanks to all of the staff for being so professional. I wish I would have taken down the employee's name so that I could specifically address her, but, it's not a problem because all of the staff were great anyways!

There is only one Starbucks in Boulder City, NV, and this is it! It's located just before "Historic Downtown" on Nevada Way and situated behind Habaneros Taco Grill. About a 5-minute drive up from Lake Mead. Unfortunately, there is no drive-thru, so be prepared to either pick up at curbside or walk into the store. No seating available inside of the store at this time; None outdoor either. Not too many mugs or tumblers on display, but it could be because I visited after the Christmas holiday and things were simply sold out. I just like walking into a Starbucks and perusing their merch though! Service was nice. I ordered a hot Matcha Latte and like always, it hit the spot! Temp was spot on, hot, and perfect in this chilly weather. My goldie, Fiji, earned a puppuccino (a tall cup of whipped cream) after hiking nearly 8 miles at nearby Historic Railroad Trail. Yup, she finished it and had no complaints! ;-) Cheers!!

Eight years ago I stopped by the Starbucks on my first ever trip into Nevada. It's held a special spot for me ever since and I'm sure to stop by for my green tea every several months when I am back in town for work. Got my Venti jade citrus with five teabags today and the staff were prompt and courteous, in the bathroom was clean. That about checks off all my boxes.

Headed out of town from Las Vegas on Interstate 11 or US 95? This Starbucks will be your last shot (no pun intended) for at least 90-200 miles to the nearest coffee shop. And, by the way, none of what you'll find further on are much good in any direction towards Laughlin, NV Needles, CA, or Kingman, AZ. For me, on my motorcycle long hauls or even just going a few hundred miles into Arizona or California, this is the last stop to grab a good cup of coffee, and I always do. The parking lot is small, so on my bike, it works well. The baristas here are friendly enough, and the travelers don't over-run the place most of the time, so lines aren't long on the weekends. The coffee is Starbucks, and so is always reliably good to me. If you don't want to have coffee withdrawals for at least the next 100-200 miles, it's a good idea to stop here.

This is a family-owned, family-run staple breakfast and lunch destination for locals and people around the globe. It has also been featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. I had the Papa Con Chili Verde with hashbrowns. This dish is made with Pork Chili Verde, cheddar cheese, pepper jack, pico de gallo, and flour or corn tortillas. I added an over-easy egg as well. The hash browns had a really nice crunch and good seasoning. The egg was cooked perfectly with a nice runny yolk. The cheese added some gooey texture, a little salt, and a bit of bite, while the peppers added a nice crunch to each bite. The pico also added a bright, fresh texture to the dish. The Pork Verde was beautiful, with great spice and juiciness, tender yet with a good chew. The entire dish works well together, and it was hard to stop eating it. I also sampled their biscuit with homemade gravy. The biscuit was light and airy with great texture, chew, and flavor. It was buttery and fresh. The gravy was seasoned really well, with big chunks of well-seasoned sausage that weren't overpowering, along with sage and other seasonings. The gravy was thick enough to stand up in its own, but not so thick that it had the consistency of glue. Perfect, flavorful, and amazing are about the only ways I could describe it. My wife had the B.L.T.E. on sourdough with home fries. This sandwich is served with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and egg. The sourdough was thick-cut and lightly toasted, with a light flavor, crunch, and great chew. The lettuce and tomato were fresh, bright, and both had a great texture. The eggs were well fried and seasoned. The bacon was medium-thick, cooked to perfection with crunch, chew, and a great salty flavor. The home fries came in a huge portion, were well seasoned, but were undercooked and had an unwanted crunch. They also came with grilled onions, which tasted good, but I'm not sure why they were put on top of the potatoes rather than cooked along with them. Coffee Cup has a full menu for both breakfast and lunch. They serve loads of burgers, wraps, sandwiches, plate meals, burritos, omelets, diner classics, and sides. They have a full bar and serve beer. The staff was extremely nice, and the service and food were quick. The Fat Man says that The Coffee Cup Cafe is Fat Man Approved with 3 chins.

Thankfully the location was perfect since there was a lot to see around the area. The place looked cool with a ton of decorations of skis on the ceilings and a lot of photos on the wall. We order the OG breakfast sandwich and the pork chili verde omelette. We came in really hungry so I thought it was going to hit the spot. My husband and I really tried to like the food but it just wasn't as flavorful as it looked. The croissant bread wasn't as buttery as we hoped for and since the pork chili verde omelette was seen on food network I had high hopes for it, just for it to taste bland. But I did enjoy the wheat toast. We were kind of disappointed because of all the good reviews this place has but it was at least a great experience to try it out.

I was first turned on to CRCR by good friend and former owner of Bread and Butter Chris Herrin. A few months later while dining at Eat in downtown, I enjoyed that same delicious smooth cuppa joe,(unfortunatey, both B&B and Eat no longer use them) and knowing that they were in Boulder City, I knew one of these days I HAD TO go straight to the source. Pulling up to their storefront, it looks like nothing from the outside but as you enter, the smell of roasting coffee beans hit you like WOW!!! We met Don and Erik Anderson who are responsible for making some of the most delicious coffee you will have ever tasted(if you haven't yet). They were even nice enough to give us a little behind the scenes tour and explain their delicate roasting process using state of the art equipment (infrared heat, not open fire) and even offered tips on how to enjoy their product in the best possible way. We decided to grab a bag of one of Eirk's favorite blends-Bolivia: Amor De Dios, a 12 ounce bag for $10. If you're looking for a specific characteristic, flavor, etc. they have other blends available and Erik will be more than happy to point you in the right direction. If you haven't had a taste of Colorado River Coffee Roasters, places like Grouchy John's, Great Harvest Bread Company, and Sambalatte have their own blends from CRCR that they serve up. You may also purchase coffee from CRCR online which will be delivered right to your doorstep, or better yet, take a drive to Boulder City and go straight to the source and get an even fresher product! Here are some helpful tips that Erik and Don suggested: COFFEE: DO NOT grind the beans fine...a coarse grind is suggested WATER: DO NOT boil your water!... 200 degrees Farenheit... no higher! EQUIPMENT: No fancy equipment/gadgets here- a FRENCH PRESS is their weapon of choice, and how Erik and Don enjoy the fruits of their labor.... DOSAGE: Start with an equal ratio of 1 gram beans to 1 gram water and steep for 4 minutes...if it isn't strong enough, increase the beans to your liking STORAGE: Store beans in a cool, dark place....DO NOT refrigerate or freeze!!! BEST BY: Enjoy within 1 MONTH of purchase Erik and Don have also been chosen as one of the top seeded companies to compete later this year on the National level in Seattle with the best in the country. Best of luck to Erik and Don who have single handedly put Nevada on the coffee map, and forget the big chains....BUY LOCAL!!!! ALOHA!!!

Wait Time: Between all three visits, there was an average wait time of 20-30 minutes. When we arrived to the window to pay on our first visit, we were told to take a lap around the drive-thru and that our order would be ready upon our return. It turned out we arrived to the window and waited about 20 minutes before we received our order. Order: With the wait time in mind, please remember that Rome wasn't built in a day--so don't expect a quality meal to be ready within five minutes. With that being said, we ordered the 1). double cheeseburger with fries, 2). crispy chicken sandwich with fries, 3). fish and chips, 4). chicken tenders, 5). a strawberry shake, and 6). a chocolate shake between our three visits. The quality across all three visits was consistent and detailed here: 1). The Double Cheeseburger was cooked to our doneness preference. The bun was toasted with light butter and a slight crunch to the bite. The patties were juicy and well-seasoned. The cheese was evenly melted on the patties. The condiments did not overpower the patties' flavor. The toppings were the standard lettuce, tomato, and onions--which worked harmoniously with the rest of the burger, making for one of the best burgers I have ever had. Upon first glance, it meets my expectations of what a burger should be. 2). Much like the Double Cheeseburger, the Crispy Chicken Sandwich was of excellent quality. All of its components worked collectively to deliver in flavor and texture, including the toasted bun with the slight crunch. It was a perfect Crispy Chicken Sandwich. 3). The Fries were flavorful (fry seasoning, salt), crinkle cut, and evenly fried throughout (i.e. you did not have some hard pieces and some soggy pieces). We recommend a side of ranch for dipping. 4). The Fish and Chips were your standard Fish and Chips--and I mean that in the best way. They were fried until the classic golden and served with tartar sauce. Again, everything you would expect out of Fish and Chips. 5). While the Chicken Tenders were good, they were not outstanding. We would not order them again due to the other superior items on the menu. 6). The Strawberry Shake was flavored with fresh strawberries and like the Chicken Tenders, it was not outstanding. The Chocolate Shake was a classic Chocolate Shake. If you are craving a shake, then go for it. Otherwise, there isn't anything that would separate these shakes from another good quality shake. Both shakes leaned toward a thicker consistency. Note: The medium sized shakes are huge. If we ever get one again in the future, we will order a small instead. Service: We felt welcomed during each visit and did not feel rushed at the intercom (all three of our visits were through the drive-thru). Prior to visiting, we were unsure of what to expect with the mixed reviews and ultimately decided that we would just find out for ourselves. We are so grateful that we made the choice to try Chilly Jilly'z, because it is now one of our favorite spots in Southern Nevada. We definitely recommend that you give it a try!

There are about 3 small tables outside and about 5-6 tables inside. Each one can sit only about 2-3 people, so unless you are picking up to go, this won't work for a large group. The decor was fun and colorful. The kitchen area had a lot of open/extra space so I'm guessing this was a bakery before and the new owners didn't remodel much to keep the cost to open down. They could probably get another 4+ tables in here if they did. Not a negative, just an observation. The menu was filled with interesting stuff. We landed on 3 very different things. There was a sweet potato bowl on the menu that looked tasty, and while reviewing the menu I watched one get delivered to a table and it looked delicious and it was ENORMOUS! I wasn't sure I wanted to each that much so I went with a chicken wrap, my wife ordered a pizza, and my sister in law ordered a "small" salad. We decided to sit outside and they brought us our food and a sample of the soup of the day as a complementary treat (or it was included with our orders, not 100% sure) the soup was a ham/lentil/bacon recipe and it was delicious. My wrap was pretty tasty too, it could have used something to add crunch, maybe wonton strips or something like that. The flavor was great though. My wife's pizza was a bit too cheesy and slightly undercooked, but it was still tasty. If we ordered that again I'd probably ask they cooked it a couple minutes longer. The "small" salad was HUGE! I can't imagine what the large is like and I can't believe the price for what you get there. It looked amazing and fresh. My sister in law said it was very good. Overall I do think they have a couple things to work on but I loved the experience and I would come again if I was in the area. It was an incredible value for the quality of the food and that's why I'm still giving them 5 stars. For about $35 it was an absolute steal for 3 people.
