The scoop was chewy due to the quantity of nuts. The creamy consistency was nice but the flavor lacked a real intensity. I had to HOOVER the scoop due to the sweltering heat. My gelato was quickly becoming a liquid treat. BellaLinda Gelato has a captive crowd at Lake Las Vegas. The gelato was decent and packed with a huge quantity of pistachios. My main concern has to do with the odor that radiated from the shops around the water. It is a result of the drainage of the complex not each indivdual shop. The complex management needs to address this as it is NOT a positive for these businesses.

I am neither a fan nor detractor of the famous Pumpkin Spice Latte, but it just seemed like the right drink for the moment. Sadly my definition of "light ice" and the store's were not in synch.
