I usually go to this Starbucks out of convenience but I will no longer even bother wasting my money here. It's like rolling the dice with the drinks, one day your drink is okay and then the next time you get the same thing it's so bad you have to ask to have it be remade. I don't like to be nit picky and ask for things to be remade but the drinks can be that bad here. Today I was the only one in the store placing an order, a food item and a drink. Drink was made right away, but incorrectly. In the meantime mobile orders were being made and a few other ppl came in to order but my food still wasn't ready. So much so that the person that took my order asked if I was still waiting for my food then grabbed at least 10 other food items that were just sitting in the back getting cold and brought them to the counter. By that point I had waited 15 minutes and my drink was so bad that I thought I might as well ask them remake this. Still nothing like what it's supposed to taste like and lacking the foam that's supposed to be on the drink. But I'm not here to tell someone how to do their job and ask a third time for this to be made. At this point you just don't know how to make it. I gave up and just left with the drink cause at least it was edible at this point. Then 10 minutes later I noticed a hair on the inside of the drink on bottom of the lid. Must have came to the drive-thru at the right time! This is the Starbucks I usually go to if I need a pick-me-up and since it was the first day of our virtual CM Week, I thought, I should probably get some stronger coffee than what I can make it my own home right now. Usually, when I see this drive-thru, it is wrapped around the building twice and spills out into the gas station area that is right next to it. It does go pretty fast, but it is also such a long line. Today, I went around 8:30am this morning and lucked out. There was literally only one car in front of me and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The girl that took my order was super sweet and let me take my time trying to figure out what I was going to order. I definitely appreciated that. I ended up ordering two sausage and cheese breakfast sandwiches, banana bread (not warmed up), a venti black iced tea unsweetened, and a grande iced caramel macchiato. Everything tasted delicious! The man that met me at the window where I paid was also super kind and we laughed about how 89 degrees was weirdly cold this morning! I appreciated it :) He was also wearing a mask and they had me put my card into the chip reader myself, so hardly any contact at all, which was great. read more

So I order my usual matcha latte with soy milk like I have for years and I get told that the matcha powder has changed it is now unsweetened. So the barista says we can add syrup to sweeten so I ask why has it changed and I was told because customers are asking for unsweetened. Well let me tell you the drink tasted horrible it's not the same it tastes like bitter coffee. Some customers like it sweetened matcha powder should be offered sweetened and unsweetened. This is a great Starbucks location. It's off of Horizon Ridge parkway. My colleague and I were on our way to Phoenix. We decided to stop by this Starbucks to pick up a few goodies before we went on our trip. As we entered the Starbucks, we were greeted with a "hello" from all team members. The restaurant was spotless! All of the tables were clean and all of the inventory was well stocked. I ended up getting the following [1] - Banana Nut Bread [warmed] [1] - Pumpkin Bread [warmed] [1] - Grande Strawberry Acai I was quite pleasently surprised at how good the Strawberry Acai drink was! It strawberry infused with their own mixtures at Starbucks. It tasted fresh! It tasted well with the Banana Nut Bread and Pumpkin Bread. The pumpkin bread wasn't overwhelmed with the taste of pumpkin. The Banana Nut Bread was cooked well. The nuts were on-top of the Banana nut bread, but not inside the bread itself. The price wasn't too bad either, around $15.00 for all of the goodies. Great location, great food. I'd come back to this Starbucks location again! read more

I've been here a bunch of times. It's a little crowded inside and not very big. This last time I went in specifically looking for a bag of espresso beans. Well, they only had decaf espresso beans! Who in their right mind even buys such a thing. That would explain why there were like ten on the shelf. I was disappointed but decided to get myself a latte so the whole visit wasn't a waste. It ended up taking a real long time for my one drink. At least they always get my order correct. Aside from the espresso disappointment, I like the outdoor seating at this location, especially when the weather is nice. It's nice to grab a drink and chat with a friend for a bit. This is a perfectly good (if small and quasi cramped) Starbucks location. The parking lot is busy with people zooming around, so be careful about that. The interior is fairly standard and doesn't have any unique or notable differences from other Starbucks. The staff were quite friendly and good at recognizing their regulars which is always a nice drink. I just got my usual drink (iced coffee with sugar free cinnamon dolce and whole milk), but it seemed very well made at this location. The milk was mixed throughout giving the drink a creamy appearance, consistency, and taste. The sugar free syrup was also mixed throughout giving the drink a flavor that lasted. It tasted great and better than usual, so they get an extra star for that! read more

Use to go to Starbucks mostly at this location everyday. Over a year ago I stopped because my drink the only drink I order upside iced caramel macchiato with oatmilk was always hit or miss, mostly a miss. Today I decide to give them another try. I inquired because my drink was light in color so I questioned why maybe the coffee wasn't added in. I was assured it was. Tasted the drink and sure nuff no coffee. So I am changing my review to a one star for the bad experience that I had the other day. I went on Thursday the 12th at 2:10 PM for that buy one get one free deal. I ordered everything just fine my coffee and the cold brew Irish cream. I got my coffee and then two minutes later while I'm still waiting,the new guy came up and told me that they don't sell the Irish cream syrup anymore. So I had to either choose a different drink or have my money back. So I spoke to a manager and I told her that they are still advertising the drink on the the menu without it saying sold out or anything (Like Starbucks normally does)She gave me a smirk and said "I know"and I asked her "why don't you guys just take that down, if you don't have the flavor/drink anymore?" She ignored me.. The guy told the lady that I paid a little bit on my debit card and she totally ignored him and put the money onto my Starbucks card without my full refund. So then I asked her if there's a way that they can call the other store down the street, if they can have my cold brew ready to go for free because I had to go to work. And with an attitude she told me that they didn't have the phone number and that they never answer their phone so they never seem to care to ever call them. What really made me upset that they didn't even try at all she just kept ignoring me. So I went to the other store and realize that I lost my buy one get one free deal because I used it over at that location. Came here twice since I was staying nearby. One evening I came in and asked for decaf coffee which they didn't have but the young female Barista said no problem I'll make a fresh batch for you. I was taken back BC usually other locations won't be as customer service oriented to this was a pleasant surprise. Second visit was after hitting the gym up and I tried the strawberry smoothie which hit the spot after a decent workout. This location has a drive thru if you're in a pinch for time also.
