This has been the best Starbucks in Boulder for me lately. After all the turmoil is recent times at so many stores, this has the best all round experience. The "new" manager is actually a veteran of another Boulder Starbucks that was lost in the pandemic and has been reassigned to this one. She has the skills that Starbucks has always been known for. There is an exceptional staff, well coordinated in providing service, friendly and careful with the quality of the drinks. The store is clean and customers respectful. The parking is not as difficult as it used to be, the shopping centers seemed to have modified their joint accessibility and some of the previously icy areas are being better handled. Close to home too, with little traffic most days.. A lot of these things are not as well packaged together at the other Boulder corporate stores. Another, close to where I live has a good veteran manager too. But the environment with respect to some of the other customers can be a problem for me. There are some very good baristas there, one who has been in Boulder for years. But the some of the other customers can be rude, their outdoors environment often feels unsafe for me and the stock more variable given my preferences of items, not as commonly appreciated by other customers. But in summer, will be better I am sure and I will try again. The other 2 remaining corporate store have different issues. One is a bit far, never has been convenient. Another has such a changing staff that the service is sometimes an issue and also has some availability issues. Traffic to and from is often difficult. Though when we are in that part of town, we still go there. A few very friendly veteran baristas that I will not abandon. But it needs some stability. I am still a fan of Starbucks, no matter the political turmoil, they still make the best products for my specific needs. read more

This Starbucks is a great place to study while also enjoying some coffee or a snack. I would come here often when living in Boulder, the staff if typically friendly, and the ambiance is quite nice with both indoor and outdoor seating. The food and drink here is up to Starbucks standard (3 stars). The one downside is at certain times this location can be extremely crowded. read more

This store is fantastic! I am a partner and know it can be difficult from the barista point of view during the holidays and can not rant and rave enough about this store! Max and Joel were very friendly at the hand off and I didn't get the name of the other baristas at the register but they were very friendly and great with connection! I'm having a terrible finals week so I go to Starbucks to treat myself to a plain black coffee. I walked in and Wendy immediately said hello and was super friendly. She got my order and was super quick. When I left she said bye to me and called me by my name, which was the cherry on top. The interaction wasn't a long friendly conversation and definitely wasn't anything extraordinary, it was short and pleasant and it's worth mentioning that it's not every day that a stranger calls you by your name. Our interaction was legit just me ordering my plain black coffee, but I could tell that she wanted me to have a good day. I feel like an old grouchy man say this but you really just don't get service like that anymore. In conclusion, Wendy made my day today. read more

This was the dirtiest Starbucks I've ever entered in my 40 years on this planet. I placed my order and then went over to the bathroom. I walked in and there was a giant puddle of pee all over the floor, not allowing me to access the toilet without walking through it. The toilet itself was disgusting and there was absolutely no toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom. Clearly they are not checking bathrooms, or perhaps choosing not to clean them? Appalling! I've been to this SB a few times and each time they're pretty fast. Most Starbucks don't have a person manning the mobile order pick up area but it seems this one does. Usually by the time I get there (usually ordering 5 minutes ahead) my drinks are already done. The staff is pretty friendly too. read more

We went for coffee today. The door was on the streetside, so you have to walk all the away around the building past the Einstein's to get to the Starbucks. I asked the cashier to leave room for cream. He acknowledged me and filled the cup all the way up to the top. The station with the cream and sugar was all the way on the other side of the store. Many of the tables needed to be wiped down. There were crumbs and straw wrappers on the tables. The women's bathroom was completely out of toilet paper and had papertowels and toilet paper on the floor. There was a downtime where the guys could have wiped down the tables rather than standing around. read more

The guy making the coffee made my drink with milk instead of soy, and when I called him out on it he poured out the cup and started pouring in soy in that same cup. Sure Starbucks is more a necessity than a preference when it comes to coffee, but these guys are awesome. Very helpful. Pretty standard Starbucks. Baristas are friendly, even at 6am which is definitely a plus when you're non-functional due to that wicked all-nighter you just pulled. Inevitably, being close to CU attracts a lot of people, but it's seldom packed. Love the bar-height seating in the corner - a perfect perch to survey everything. Also, there are plenty of outlets if you bring a computer to study. Even if you can't find a place inside, the outdoor patio is really nice! It's kind of small but there are a few tables (including some with umbrellas) and plenty of shade. The only drawback is that it's nearly impossible to find parking in the teeny lot they share with Einstein. If you can't find a space just... go to Taco Bell "for a taco." read more

This is a nice Starbucks to head to when you need a place to read or study. The tables are usually clean, and the staff is usually very courteous. Most of the time their drinks are made extremely well, and if it's not so great it's still drinkable and worth the price. The only issues I see customers having is the lack of seating available due to the wave of students coming from the nearby high school and university. There's not much that can be done unless the company itself builds another location nearby. read more

Last time I went asked for an iced coffee with just a little ice. Was told thats 'very light ice'. Waited 10 minutes for it. This time asked for 'very light ice iced coffee, large'. Its annoying having to describe in ounces how much a large is as there are 3 large sizes in some foreign language made up by starbucks corporate to sound hip. A woman made my large, super iced coffee, and it waited behind the guy making everyone their super-venti-cream-mocha-trenta-espresso-frappucino stuff that takes 5 minutes a cup to make. It took like 15 minutes to get my incorrectly made drink. This place is not efficient and i payed 4$ for 2 ounces of coffee and a pound of ice. read more

A very conveniently located Starbucks on the corner of Baseline and Broadway. A great place to grab a cup of coffee before you drive to anywhere on the CU campus. A very standard Starbucks that shares a building with an Einstein Bagel store. The coffee was good and the service was fast and friendly. They have a very small parking lot with only a few space. The lot looks larger because the property is actually separated by a wall from the adjacent shopping center parking lot. read more

I love starbucks so it hurts me to rate it so low. I understand this location caters to college students as it literally is across the street from the university but it should not be dirty, tables not cleaned at 8 in the morning. The parking is chaos. There was a tiny sign that said line this way. There are about 6 people in line yet people walked in and walked directly to the register. What bothered me is the cash register employee didn't say anything. The people in the line had to direct the caffeine withdrawal person to the line. A few times they just took the person who walked up to the registers. Please have a better system. read more
