tall iced coffee and grande sweet cream vanilla cold brew
Kimmy L.

Note that this Starbucks location IS OPEN for TAKEOUT and DRIVE-THRU during COVID. If you do takeout here, order ahead online on the app. My mom and I came here for drive-thru after going for a walk in the Lake hills area. This was our first time having Starbucks since the virus outbreak. We came at around 2pm. The line had about 6 cars in it, but we were in and out in about 15 minutes. I ordered my usual grande Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew with light ice and half sweetened. My mom ordered a iced coffee with light ice, but the barista mistook her for no ice. So my mom ended up with a no-ice iced coffee, but oh well haha. The barista at the window was wearing a mask. The process was completely no contact; the barista didn't even handle our credit card. Instead, she stuck the card machine outside of the window for my mom to insert and remove her card. Then she handed us our drinks in a tray which she also stuck out the window. The drinks were refreshing after a long walk. It was also nice to have coffee that was not made in a Keurig. Overall: 4/5 for drinks, 5/5 for service, 5/5 for safety precautions

First of all I had a free drink card for a bad drink they gave me at a different location. My drink was $8 originally. Today my drink was only $5 so they except accountability for having a bad drink the last time but with these free drink cards they will only pay up to four dollars despite the fact I paid double that no big deal right I'm not gonna let it affect my day so I decided to go ahead and get a bagel with sour cream and butter and of course my bagel looks like it's two weeks old it's supposed to have everything on it and it looks like crap it definitely does not look fresh and it didn't taste the best look at the pictures what do you think pretty bad huh I should've known Starbucks wasn't a great company when they didn't support black lives matter now when the last $45 is gone off my balance on my app I'm supporting only small coffee stands

My food was completely smooshed and when I went back they gave me something even more smooshed

Highly recommend this location -- at times it gets busy but its worth it because of the customer service and accuracy of your order.

Be aware that the drive thru lines are long in the mornings but they do work pretty fast to keep it going.

I was in the area for a doctor's appointment and needed a quick coffee fix. When a spot popped up…read moreon Yelp with some great photos, I figured I'd give it a try. Parking ended up being a bit of a walk, which had me second-guessing the decision at first--but I'm glad I stuck with it. The moment I walked in, the space felt thoughtfully designed. The flow of the café is one of the best I've experienced--open, comfortable, and easy to navigate. As soon as the door opened, the barista greeted me right away. The counter is positioned close enough that you don't feel awkward hovering like in some cafés where the bar feels miles away. It immediately felt welcoming. I visited on a weekend during a slower period, but since the café sits right next to a college, I can imagine the line spilling out the door during peak hours. At quieter times though, the layout works well--there's enough space for a couple people to wait without crowding the entrance. I ordered a cortado and an almond croissant. The croissant came warmed, and the texture was spot on: fluffy, layered, and not overly greasy. The almond filling had a really nice balance--nutty with just enough sweetness and a hint of salt to round it out. I was told the pastries are made in-house, and it definitely shows. It tasted like something made with care. The cortado itself was solid--pretty classic, nothing overly fancy. One thoughtful touch I appreciated was that it came with sparkling water, which was great for cleansing the palate. The space itself is fairly spacious and works well if you want a quiet moment to sip your coffee. That said, most of the seating is high stools, so it doesn't really feel like the type of place to settle in and study for hours. Overall, I really enjoyed the atmosphere, service, and quality of the food. The one thing that caught me off guard was the price of the croissant at $6.50. It tasted great and I understand prices in this area tend to run higher, especially for house-made pastries--but it's a bit outside what I'd usually spend. So while I definitely think it's good, it might not become a regular stop for me simply due to location and budget. Still, a great find and a pleasant surprise during a routine coffee run. Great limited variety of drinks and desserts, not too overwhelming. I look forward to trying more items next time, crepes, and shaved ice. They have soft serve ice cream- earl Grey and royal tea, though machine is not in function until the summer (per person working there). The drinks are not too sweet, Asian style, just right for me. ** soy milk- just like childhood, would we even better if they had Chinese donuts to eat with it. ** M1 royal milk tea with black sugar boba- neat presentation. Tea, not sweet + boba, slightly sweeter than usual = great balance. Service- nice, straight forward. No line, got drinks within minutes. They have a loyalty card- 10th visit you get 20% off. Ambiance- clean style area, casual location to chill. Value - Fair. Example- crepe cakes are $7.99/thick slice and mango sago $6.50, milk tea with boba $4.99 are fair market prices. Location- next to dim sum factory, across from old location of Kid's museum. Plenty of parking. Recommend- most absolutely if you're in Factoria marketplace, and in the area!

Moo Desserts and Teas - I thought the side was brown sugar but it's actually the gooey boba stuck to the edges or the cup.

I was afraid that the thai tea would be sweetened already and the soft serve would only overly sweeten it but if anything, letting the soft serve melt into the thai tea was what gave the drink it's sweetness (along with the marshmallow-like foam). It was so GOOD! I thoroughly enjoyed this drink, especially on those rare warm sunny days we get here in Western Washington. Dare I say that I dream about this float! The self-serve kiosks made ordering seamless with detailed descriptions of menu items. The servers were pleasant and friendly, immediately welcoming us into the storefront. It's a quaint store with outdoor seating. I will definitely be back especially with the Summer days approaching!

You order your drink at the indoor kiosk and the service is pretty quick.
