When I walked back into the building, it was 11:29 all I wanted was to order one of the pre-made breakfast bagels, it had just turned 11:30. Even though the bagel was already made and sitting there, I was told they wouldn't serve me because breakfast had ended. There was absolutely no flexibility, despite the fact that I had been at the counter just moments before. As I was leaving, frustrated, I said, "Thanks for nothing." Another employee asked what was wrong, so I explained the situation. She then said she could give me the bagel after all, but immediately followed it by saying there was "no need for the comment." By that point, the damage had already been done. Instead of acknowledging why I was upset or apologizing for the situation, I was made to feel like I was the problem. Between the poor-quality coffee, the dry and flavorless scone, and the rigid, unfriendly customer service, this was one of the worst coffee shop experiences I've had. There are plenty of places that value both good food and good customer service. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere

It tastes sweet but you can still taste the coffee, which I really like. I got it iced and it was perfect, especially on a hot day. The first time, I asked for two separate flavors of Italian ice -- they mixed them together anyway. I complained and gave them another chance. Yesterday I went back, and what I got was absolutely disgusting. The cup was filled with ice chunks and watered down like somebody ran it under the faucet -- or worse, spit in it. It was gritty, slushy, and had no real flavor or texture. I paid for Italian ice, not freezer-burned soup in a cup. You can tell they don't take pride in what they serve. No quality, no care -- just sloppy. I added pictures so y'all can see I'm not exaggerating. Jeremiah's: Do better. I won't be back, and I don't recommend this location to anyone.
