Until today, I was a faithful customer at this Dunkin location in the Shores by Skate Mania; since it was built. At my visit today I was cursed out by the manger on duty after making a complaint about the attitude I received from the associate. My two nieces, who are 5 and 3 years old, were in the vehicle as well and was subjected to this inappropriate and disrespectful behavior. I maintained my composure and just pulled off. I used to come all the time for the Coolatta until it contained Trans Fat so now I get Starbucks if I want a cold coffe drink. I do have to say my girlfriend and I have discovered a awesome tasting breakfast sandwich here though. We definitely aren't the type to like drive thru breakfast now that it all seems to contain more grease than food BUT we decided to try their Angus Steak Egg and Cheese sandwich and WOW was it amazing! It wasn't dripping in grease yet still had taste. And I mean real taste the Steak was Steak not fake Steak Patty, the egg and cheese also tasted real and not fast food'ish! I ordered breakfast this morning in the drive-thru at this location. After checking the bag's contents I discovered I had been shorted one sandwich so I went inside. The staff was polite but took their time waiting on me, and after talking to the window crew told me they had not charged me for the sandwich, and that I'd have to pay for it. After checking my recite I saw that I had not been charged for the sandwich (which was strange since I had received the coffee and hashbrowns that came with the combo). All in all, I don't mind having to pay for the sandwich but considering that it was their mistake and I had to get out of my car after a long wait at the drive-thru I think it was rude not to comp it. I wish there was a zero star!!! I have tried to give them so many chances to make things right and they have not. Once I ordered a bagel with cream cheese at Drive thur...I was on the road and started to eat my bagel and there was NO cream cheese. I turned around and went inside and told them it was missing the cream cheese. ( I should have Checked it before I left that time) Once again I started driving and went to eat my bagel and they still did NOT but any cream cheese on my bagel. I did not have time to turn around again because I was already late. I tried to call the store to see what happened? No one answered the phone in the store. I called corporate to let them know I was charged for an item I never received. They told me they would have the store manger call me... but he NEVER did. A week later I was at that location in the drive thur and a manger was actually working at the window. I had said to him how I tried calling him because I was wanting to speak with him. He walked away from me and someone else finished my order at the window. This is ONLY one of the countless times I have had wrong orders. I kept going back because it was the only DD I pass on my way in the mornings.
