I ordered McDonald's chicken nuggets and specifically asked for extra barbecue sauce. When I got home and checked the bag, there was only one sauce. It might seem small, but it really affects the meal, and it's something that happens pretty often at this location. The food itself was fine, but the lack of attention to simple requests is disappointing. I just want to get what I paid for without having to double-check the bag every time. Hopefully this gets fixed, because it's an easy issue to avoid. read more

2nd time going through the drive-thru in the last month or so. Ordered two Happy meals. Got home (5 min drive) everything was cold. Fries,hamburger, and nuggets. Had a mobile order that couldn't be fulfilled by store due to machinery issues. Was refused a refund despite the McDonald's website stating that a refund is not issued through the app and must be done by the specific store. Was told by manager " it doesn't matter what the website says" and that I needed to request it through the app. Manager was really rude and unhelpful. After speaking with customer support it was confirmed that the store has to issue the refund. read more

If you want to dine at a futuristic Prison with real prison quality food then come here! They built this McDonald's right next to the villages and multiple retirement homes. But they built it into a technology only McDonald's. You don't even see a single person. One person might yell out your food and leave it on the counter. If you struggle with smart phones which most of this county does then don't come here because no one will help you. Then you have to spend all your time deposits your cash if you don't pay with card. Takes a LONG time to order food when talking and paying to a cashier and seeing a smiling face is a lot faster and more personal. Why would I go into a building and buy meat through a vending machine quality experience. Thanks. There used to be a lot of great workers here that I would come in the morning and see and they'd sit with all of us and others. Should have started with making the bathrooms fully automated and not the cashiers. read more

This McDonalds houses the last Play Place in the county so let the kiddies play wildly while they can. Soon this store will have it's remodel as most of the others already have. The Play Place will be gone and they'll have a sleek new design entirely. It's always kept immaculate and has a good amount of courteous employees. I love that they're thoughtful enough to have a separate handicap seating area as well as a large ordering area up front. Often that counter area can get jammed with a number of customers and can become unpleasant at other stores. I don't know what the future remodel will entail but it can't improve much on what they already have. read more

I stopped by this McDonald's on the way home from work, instead of going to my normal one on Wedgewood Lane in wildwood, out of convenience, as it was on the way. Thinking it would save me some time, boy was I wrong!!!.... when I pulled up to the drive-through speaker, I was met with "Go wit yo orda wen ready," so I started to tell the woman what I wanted, 3 quarter pounder meals with no onions and Hi-C for all 3 meals, also a happy meal, and 4 medium oreo Mcflurrys. I was then told in a very careless voice, like, I don't really want to be here, nor really care what you order, "Three quarter pounders... I stoped her to tell her, no, not just the burgers but the meals. After I said this to clarify my order ( because I have gotten only 3 burgers before when I've ordered the same thing) there was about a 15 second pause, and the woman got an attitude with me, she said, "Pull around." I then pull around, pay for my food, drive 20 minutes to get home. Walk through the door, and realize, they forgot my daughter Sarahs Happy Meal. Not only that, my wife looks at the quarter pounders and says "Ewwwww!!, honey look at this, this is grose!" She shows me the meat in all 3 burgers, it looks like their should be worms in it. So, in the car I go, all the way back to Summerfield to get a refund on the food. I get back to the McDonald's and tell the lady at the drive through window what happens, she says to pull up to the 3rd window, I sit and am met by a woman asking if she can help me. I tell her the story, and halfway through she interrupts me and says "I have your refund here, and hands me a receipt to sign to get my money back. "Just sign the bottom" she says, and "Give me back my pen! It's my only one!" I take the money and drive away. Now having invested 1 hour more of my life into this McDonalds food deal that was originally supposed to save me time. I will stick to the Wedgewood Lane location from now on, the people there are very friendly and they always her my order right with "Good Quality" empty calories. The Summerfield location seriously needs to get it together. The only nice person there was the woman the took my money at the first go around. She should be the manager. read more

I got no napkins or straws for my order and there are none out where customer can get them you have to go back to the counter and ask where nobody is even paying attention to people at the counter so you have to scream into the kitchen to get someone's attention. They have a play place for children but when you have a child in their restaurant they treat you like you are scum of the earth. They told my child he was being too loud and he could not walk around. He is 2 and they refused to open the play place even thought that's the only reason we came out of our way to this horrible McDonald's. The workers including the manager is rude and has an attitude as if I just walked into Ruth Chris. And then "fast food" it took over 20 min to get my food. at the 2nd window they hand me a bag and i noticed it had big mac boxes in it. I said to the woman at the window that we didnt order big macs and the man standing next to her screams at me to open the box. In it is my filet o fish. I told him there was no need to yell and he yells again at me. I drive off with my food and call the manager. He tells me his name is Andrew. This mcdonalds is privately owned and not a franchise so there is no district manager to complain to basically he is the top. So I told him about this encounter with his employee and the last encounter I had with the same man who shut the window in my face when I asked for a receipt a couple of weeks ago. 2 strikes then i get home and i had ordered 2 filet o fish sandwiches and one is so overdone that it is inedible. Every time I visit this location after 10 pm, which is often because I also work in the service industry, the wait is crazy. Tonight I waited 20 mins to be told to go to the back of the line, because my nuggets would take another 3 mins. I obliged, waited behind two cars that arrived after me, got to the window to find I was missing a sandwich. The cashier told me the sandwich would take another 8 mins, did I just want my money back?!? No apology, threw my change on the ground and closed the window. Cheap, easy, convenient, and fun. Great place to take the kids or to go to by yourswld for super quick food. Shitty quality food, surprisingly most of it tastes pretty good though. You just have to be able to block out actually thinking about the reality of what you are eating ...and be able to not think about how horrible the conditions the animals they uae are in. I hit the drive-thru today for a late lunch. Cheeseburger with pickles and mustard only; small order of fries; and large sweet tea. The tea was awesome. Actually sweet. I loved it. The fries were okay, but seemed like they had been "out for awhile." The cheeseburger was warm, not hot. It was okay, but please make the burgers hot enough that it actually melts the cheese. Went inside to check out the new interior of the remodel. Very unsatisfactory!! The kiosks are a joke, there's no way to get your cups for the self serve drink machines to sip your drink while you are waiting over TWENTY MINUTES for your food. The food "runners" are passing the food trays off to the busser who is constantly cleaning the tables and touching the trash. Very unsanitary!! We waited twenty minutes for our food and the fries were ice cold, when we returned the fries and asked for fresh ones they were piping hot and unsalted. Some other customer waited 30 minutes for 2 McFlurrys!! There was also an employee on break on her phone and headphones walking around the restaurant the whole time.
