Pizza Hut buffet is alive and well from 11 am - 2pm daily. We were there on a Tuesday and there was pasta, salad, many varieties of pizza, bread sticks, and cinnamon sweet sticks. Vonnie was amazing taking care of many customers all at once! She was so sweet and friendly and accommodating. It was neat to experience the buffet. We miss eating inside Pizza Hut. Honestly, I was super excited about the buffets coming back to Pizza Hut! It had the red cups and looked like the old school Pizza Hut. Got there and felt like a balloon being deflated. There was hardly any pizzas on the buffet. I inquired about it with the waitress and she informed me that they don't put much out during the week. So, why have it during the week if you aren't going to ACTUALLY have food on it?! While standing there a guy walked in, asked if they had the salad bar and when I told him, "No" he said, "F--k this! Only 4 breadsticks on buffet and they were so hard you couldn't rip them apart Alfredo was empty, had to ask to refill pan and it took 20 minutes . $22.43 plus tip for 2 people . Ate at Pizza Hut buffet in Bellview, Fl today. The pizza selection was great and each slice was delicious. But the real gem of this restaurant was Debbie, our server. From the moment we came in the door, she made our visit all about us being happy. She was so polite and nice. It was so great to have that kind of service now, as so many restaurants hire servers who act like they aren't there to help you. Not Debbie. I even asked about a specific pizza I like being on the buffet line. She went out of her way to find out. Sure enough, that pizza was on the buffet within 10 minutes. I have ordered from this pizza hut for years and always had good service but the past few times, my pizza arrived 30 mins late. Last nite my pizza was delivered and looked like it was stepped on. Chees was stuck to top of box. Apple pies had no sugar or cinnamon on it and that container also looked like it was stepped on. One order I paid for the frosting and did not receive it. read more

Pizza Hut in Belleview charged $2,99 extra for salad on the buffet. They never informed us when we ordered to give us the chance to reject the extra cost. They hid the bill until it was rang up at the register and when we questioned the price told us the cost of the salad was added. This just is not right. They should inform people of this change. read more
