Haven't been to a Zaxby's in awhile. Wanted a salad so this was a better option than Wendy's. Grilled chicken was hot & juicy on the cobb. Lots of cucumbers not a lot of bacon. Fortunately I. Like cucumber Very clean. Love all the 'local' Florida stuff... And classic decor of movie posters and stuff. It makes this place more than a fast food grab & go.. stay awhile and rememisce. Friendly & prompt service. Fyi the 'lite vinegarette' has high fructose corn syrup in it. read more

I just left the drive thru. the man refused to give me a dipping sauce for the food that I just ordered. I think that's absolutely insane. I could understand if I was asking for EXTRA sauces but I just wanted 1 for the food I ordered. I won't ever come back. my experience was horrible was going to used the restroom walking into the restroom i almost fell and coming out i almost slipped in fell again. Went to employe Kristina to let her know that the floor was wet that she may wanted to put something down before other people come in ending up hurting themselves. Last visit to Zaby's. Quality and and quantity have really declined. Went today and the tenders were so small and burned so bad you couldn't chew them! Fries were cold and not toast. Wouldn't recommend this location in BELLEVIEW. read more

I'm always a fan of Zaxby's. When I'm on the road they're one of the few places I know I can trust to get good fast food, that my body doesn't react badly to. And they have the "Good" Ice. You all know what I mean. Crushed ice. It doesn't melt too fast and you can eat it too! Anyway, I ordered one of their chicken finger meals, 4 fingers, slaw, fries, toast and a drink all for one price. Everything was perfect, but even that much food was too much for me. I've been to this location many times over the years but I've noticed they are rapidly declining. Twice already I've had to throw away my salad due to being given rotten lettuce and rotten cucumbers. The first time it happened I said nothing because I thought maybe it was an off day, but the second time was ridiculous my entire salad was rotten! DO NOT COME HERE! read more

I got stuck in the bathroom stall because there was no toilet paper so I called and they immediately sent someone in there to chuck me some toilet paper. The food was good the boneless chicken is very good, that's what I got, but overall a good place other than not having a restock on toilet paper. read more

This location is horrible. After spending $35 for lunch, I get home and my kids meals have 12 fries. When I called to ask them they said that's standard and they had recalibrated the scales. The grilled cheese sandwiches had a black oil substance. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. read more

First & Last time coming here.. Went thru drive-thru ordered original wings with original Buffalo sauce & chicken Fingerz which comes with Zaxby's sauce (ugh, rather odd flavor). When I got home opened the small styrofoam container with the wings & found 4 strips of celery with a packet of Ranch Sauce on top completely covered in sauce. The celery was now warm (ugh) & also covered in sauce. It took 4 napkins to wipe off the packet enough to handle. What a mess. Sauce looked kind of funny & didn't really taste right, but was edible. Wings where not that good. Since they asked what sauce I wanted & I said ORIGINAL but they just went and gave me what they wanted.. I got *Tongue Torch*. Not very good. Why bother to ask if you aren't going to give me what I order. Chicken Fingers were OK. But wouldn't waste my time as other places have better. Really disappointed in Zaxby's. This can honestly explain itself. A simple grilled chicken sandwich came lathered in some type of honey mustard, lettuce tossed carelessly in, and the tomato actually tucked half way under the doused buns. I don't think there's any way to make up for this atrocious presentation. Not only the meal being a sign of disrespect to a customer, the taller caucasian female working the drive thru at this point in time was fairly rude, interjecting mid sentence to put forth suggestions, and no customer hospitality upon face to face interaction. The food is great but do not, I repeat, do not order food with their on line ordering. Have ordered 3 different times on line and I have yet to have my food ready at the time they said. I'm addicted to Zaxby's! A majority of the time I order the four finger plate. I can always count on fast, fresh, affordably priced delicious food. I have told my friends and co-workers about my Zaxby's addiction. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The restaurant is always clean. My only very minor concerns...the coke machine most of the time is out of at least one flavor. The other..the ketchup dispenser is out too often. Zaxby's yum!!!!!! read more
