We stop at least 3-4 times at week at this Dunkin location. Each and every time Sarah is there we are greeted with a smile and she always tells us have a great day see you next time. This started even before we were regulars. Very rarely have orders been wrong and if something isn't right it's corrected immediately. Not enough praise is given to the people that show up and do their job so thanks again Sarah for going above and beyond. read more

Walked in. Someone behind the tall counter yelled out that they aren't serving anyone inside (so lock the doors!) Only drive through and mobile orders! Seriously?!!! Drive thru line horrendous so opted to go inside and have a seat to enjoy some coffee. Poor guy with 2 little kids behind me. Who gave the employee the right to turn customers away in order to give preference to drive thru customers???? This place isn't worth my time or money! We need a Starbucks nearby! read more

Went through the drive thru. They asked what I'm ordering so I asked if they knew how the turtle latte was built. One lady said they're out of butter pecan which was fine. Then another ghetto rude chick came on in the background saying I couldn't order the turtle latte and how they discontinued it. Meanwhile any other Dunkin I go to knows how it's built and doesn't give me an issue about it. Anyways I ordered something else but asked if they'd put no ice. They said it wouldn't be filled to the top so I said I'd pay extra if they would fill it to the top for me. Have gone 3 times for cold brew, every time it wasn't cold brew. Asked for 2 hazelnut swirl 2 cream and got regular cream every time with reg iced coffee. Mind you, cold brew costs more. Husband went today to get jelly munchkins, didn't have jelly in them at all. I used to work for a Dunkin, this is a management problem with teaching their employees how to correctly make things. If i could give one star i would. I got a cappuccino, didn't think i has to ask for cream and sugar. It was the worst one I've ever had. Every single time we go here (which is usually a daily occurrence) they can't do things they did the day before. Today they can't put almond milk into my coffee, but yesterday it was just fine. The staff has no idea what's on their menu or how any of their drinks work, it's almost like the manager tossed them out onto the floor and said "Have Fun!". This has to be the only Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to where you cant even get a single glazed donut! I have been there at 8am. 3pm, and 9pm, no glazed, no sour cream, no vanilla frosted, no coffee rolls? I would think you would always have glazed for they must be the most popular donut... Employees are rude including the management. They don't care at all. They cut me off while ordering. I spent $30 and didn't get a receipt and the manager at the window wouldn't even speak to me. We live about five minutes from this dunkin and every experience I've had here is horrible to food, drinks and customer service.

I've been here pretty often since its opening, since its in prime position going to and from work. The employees have never been rude to me personally, nor have I had any mixed up orders. The cashiers have always been quick, polite, and professional. I typically visit around 7-8am, and almost always through the drive-thru. I don't know if this accounts for the disparity with other reviews. Overall, my experience has been a solid and generally positive one. Nothing about this location in particular stands out as exceptional, but nothing has cast any negativity over it either. 4 stars for consistently handling my complex and changing orders without hassle, and always getting everyone through the line quickly enough in the busy morning hours. read more

I have noticed big changes since the new manager took over. I used to visit the other store on 484 near 75 but since this location changed managers, i refuse to go to any other store. I love the ladies that work here and I am an avid DD customer, I use my app to make all my purchases and I always feel welcome, most of the time i go through the drive through and i see the same shift leader who is ALWAYS kind to me, i have my 2 large dogs with me and they offer them a small treat, this is excellent service in my opinion it's just the little things that makes someone feel welcome. Before these management changes this place was a nightmare, between running out of product and customer service, I refused to ever go back but here it is I go every day. The new manager needs to be recognized for excellent service. read more

Just not happy with the way the staff treated me at this location. The service was very slow and extra money was added to my bill for a cup of tap water. I would have gladly paid for bottled water if I had known tap water was going to be almost just as pricey. Think it was handled poorly once I pointed out the extra charge and the staff at this location just didn't care at all. read more

Uhm wow....awful. They are ALWAYS out of the only two donuts i go there for. Today i went in and ordered 2 flavored iced lattes, 2 bacon egg (taco shaped things lol), 2 orders of hashbrowns, one donut, and 10 munchkins. They were slow so they definitely weren't going to mess the order up due to being rushed. Well they once again did not have either of the two donuts i came in for. The iced coffees tasted days old and had not even a hint of caramel flavoring. The tater tots were soggy from the amount of grease but were also black around the edges ... the sandwiches were so gross and bland that i threw mine out... and they even managed to give me the wrong type of munchkins.... HOW??? HOW THE HECK DO YOU SCREW AN ENTIRE ORDER UP LIKE THAT? ....smh ....my god... Oh and i hadn't realized any of this while still in the store , exvept the coffees. SHITTY customer service first of all. Secondly 8/10 times me and my boyfriends coffee's are completely wrong. I'm not kidding literally 90% of the time I have to go back in and by god the people are not nice when you have to go back in because THEY messed up. I always get a large iced with cream no sugar and he gets the same but with cream and sugar. We either get smalls or his without sugar and mine with or both with or they're completely different. To the point I have a 20$ gift card and still haven't used it because this Belleview one is the closest to me and it's terrible. When you go back in they make sure to act like you're an inconvenience busy or not. Haven't been back. I don't mind going back in but the rudeness of the staff is just ridiculous. read more

I have waited over 2 weeks to get a reply from Terra the district manager about my poor service from the Belleview Dunkin Donuts. They gave me a large iced latte missing about 30% of its coffee. I took a picture of it before the guy at the window tried to give it to me. Iam like dude I buy the same drink everyday for $4.23 and iam not going to pay for this unless you guys top it off. When i say top it off, we are talking like .10 worth in coffee. The manager Vanessa refused to fill it up, so asked for my money back and then she proceeded to toss out the order. So I question the logic in throwing my business over .10 cents... because I will never shop at this franchise ever again. I ended up going across the street to Winn Dixie and buying some Maxwell House coffee and brewed my own in my Keurig for less money then a single drink from them. Was in there this morning (around 5:45) and the donut selection was not very good. Only a few types to choose from. The staff was solely focused on drive thru customers. Never was greeted or acknowledged while waiting for service. Finally walked out dissatisfied. The reason for two stars is because at least last time I was in, there was better service (waiting for 5 mins to place the order, I was acknowledged - again focusing on drive thru). I guess they should close the inside and make it a drive thru only with their app (phone) ordering system so they don't have to deal with people. The staff is always rude and they have never once got my order right. I always have to get my coffee remade. One time I was even given TEA with cream and sugar because they were out of dark roast. I usually go out of my way to avoid this store, even though I'm five minutes away. I've submitted several complaints with corporate and still have gotten no response. If you can, I definitely suggest making the extra drive to Maricamp or to 484 instead of dealing with the headache here. read more

This Dunkin is usually pretty good about the way they make their drinks. Many times you get drinks that don't have enough syrup, sugar, cream, etc. in the drinks. Here, it is pretty good. The service is usually very quick, and the one manager guy is always very nice and helpful. This is one of my favorites to go to! read more

I go in about 5 day's a week 3 out of 5 times they get my order wrong. They are more concerned about the drive up than walk in customers. Which is a shame.
