this location is USUALLY ok. there's been multiple occasions curbside orders will take 20-30 minutes. today they wouldn't accept multiple mobile orders in the drive thru and told us to go inside, which we've never had to do before. the overall reviews speaks volumes! read more

I usually love McDonald's but this location is woefully inconsistent. The food is either great, expertly made, hot and fresh or old, cold, hastily thrown-together with soggy, dead French fries that make you want to lie down in front of a bus. I honestly don't know how it happens that you can have Instagram worthy food one day that tastes like it was helicoptered in, its so hot and the fries so crispy and fresh and the very next day the food is so sad that there are tears on the napkins from the assistant manager who cannot believe this is their life. I'm giving it two stars because I still have hope, though it diminishes at a rapid pace. read more

THE BEST MCDONALDS IN TOWN!!! The atmosphere and the food was fantastic. The bad reviews are just haters. Specifically the chicken nuggets were the best I have ever had. Man ... eff this place lmao. Listen. I've ordered through the app and each time I've had to wait at least one to two hours just for them to bring my food out. Is that an issue? No. I get it. They're short staffed. They're busy, things get crazy, it's easy to miss an order. I've gone through drive thru and they messed up my order several times. Is that a problem? Nope! Again, I get it. We're living in crazy times and things get hectic and it's easy to misread the order screen. I was ready to overlook all of that until recently. I ordered through the app again, pulled up to the drive-thru and said my order code. The woman at the window didn't hear me so I repeated it and when she repeated it back to me, I misheard her. So of course, I said it again just to ensure that we were on the same page? GOD FORBID I DO THAT! Cause she had a whole attitude with me on the mic AND when I got to the window to get my receipt. Everytime I visit this location wether I order a 10pc 20pc or 40pc meal or any type of fries size they always steal chicken nuggets from the order last time in all the boxes there was missing nuggets from the 40 pc which was ordered that way for 4 different people 2 boxes had 9 nuggets another had 6 nuggets another one contained 7 nuggets I was robbed of 9 nuggets in total which would make up almost another 10 pc the fries are always cold and half way empty when ever I get a custom order it's never what I order the staff just does what ever they want. read more

Can't seem to process the fact that I do not want cheese on my breakfast bagel. This place is on my way to work so I stop often and I will say that they mess up my order at least 50% of the time. This Cashier at MC Donald's drive thru didn't give us are right stuff. The food had a hair in my sandwich, and bandades in the bag on my FRIES. The lady that gave us are food she mixed are order up and charged us extra for her mistakes. She also didn't even say sorry or anything. This is a bad MC Donalds don't go there. read more

This place always gets a tough rap but they always get my orders correct and their drive thru staff is always friendly (especially in the busy morning hours). Food is always fresh and if there happens to be an issue they correct it immediately. read more

I like this McDonald's, it still has the $1 menu items (the true Dollar Menu), the self service kiosks, fast table service, fast free WiFi. I enjoy dining here for breakfast and reading my online newspaper. It used to be at Oak Road, a lot closer to my house, but worth the extra distance for a morning out. read more
