New huge Starbucks with lots of space to hang out and work, lots of plugs to hook up your laptop.

Proof I bought something per policy.

Stopped by on 02/19/26 about 10am to grab a drink and catch up on some important classwork. Grabbed a table trying to decide what to order and received an important phone call. While I was on my call, an employee named Trish approached me and asked me if I was going to order anything, then began to lecture me on how the tables are for paying customers only making me feel very uncomfortable. Ended my phone call that she had interrupted, and ordered my drink. The encounter made me upset and uncomfortable. Ordered my drink and sat back down to finish but I guarantee that I will not be back as I was made unwelcome to begin with. Posting a Pic just to prove I wasn't a vagrant.

They have fun with their menu here; you can find a seasonal menu every now and then, and have menu items like their Pandan Vietnamese Coffee, which is delicious by the way, to a creamy Dubai chocolate latte, to a sweet citrus peach green tea and smores chai. I told you they are fun, right? They also have the standard fully customizable menu with Americanos, cappuccinos, mochas, cold brews, etc. My fiancé chose Pressed + Flower to be our Sunday morning treat, knowing I am a sucker for anything cold and sweet while the sunshine is out. We got a Cold Brew w/ Cold Foam + Pandan Vietnamese Coffee to sit inside. Originally we were just planning for a quick to-go order but decided to stay to enjoy their ambiance. The interior is decked out to be just like their menu - fun and whimsy. Upon entering, I was immediately distracted by all the shoppable decor items like their huge mugs, candles, glassware, stickers, and crocheted animals. See, aren't they fun? I would've stayed in this shoppable section for longer and bought something if I weren't so coffee-deprived, but didn't end up purchasing a crocheted animal, although I really wanted to. I will save this thought for my next visit to make sure I can take one home. They have a variety of comfy chairs, and tables for guests to chill on and take a relaxing break while enjoying their coffee or tea. There are games in the front of the store if you want to entertain yourself with friends and hang out. The staff we interacted with were both friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be back to enjoy more of their fun seasonal drinks and next time, I'll stay awhile longer to enjoy more of the ambiance they curated here. :)

Anyways, I went earlier this week and when I walked in, there was shockingly no other customers there. I was greeted when and the woman asked me if I had any questions. The horchata iced latte is what caught my eye. And the $7.32 is what pained my heart. Definitely on the pricier side...but what isn't these days? I got my latte and I was give a cute pink heart shape straw. Its all about the details! The drink itself was strong in terms of the horchata-y taste. I didn't really taste any coffee (I don't even think there is any in the drink I ordered? Lol) I didn't try any pastries as I had already eaten at that time. Although I wish I would have brought a book to read and soak up the sun from the window. It was clean in there and peaceful. I definitely cant wait to go back and try another latte!

It's sweet and creamy with a sesame flavor through the matcha. Also got the Van Nuys sandwich. It's made with a cheesy sourdough and they grill it so it browns and crisps oh so perfectly. It was my first time at San Fernando Coffee Company, and it won't be my last! They have great coffee, breakfast options, and an awesome team making it happen. I went on a Sunday around 11 am, absolutely needing a hot coffee and a breakfast burrito. They have both here, thankfully! I've always known they were here for a while, and I finally remembered I wanted to try it out. They were packed and had multiple customers inside, so I opted for using their digital kiosk so I can calmly browse their menu. I got a Hot Vanilla Latte and their Breakfast Burrito (Egg, cheddar, hash brown, bacon) for myself, and a BLTA (Bacon, tomato, greens, avocado) sandwich for my fiancé to-go. They have an awesome, well-thought-out menu. It's not too overloaded with options that I couldn't make up my mind (like me most of the time), and had everything for anyone who wanted a drink and a meal. Everything was ready in about 10 minutes. They also had comfy tables to the right of their entrance if we wanted to sit down and eat, or sit and wait for our pick-up order. Their breakfast burrito tasted great, I just wish it was just a smidge bigger for the price, especially since Azusa has a lot of huge burrito options for less of a wallet burn. Buuuuttt that may be because I spoil myself with huge burritos I can't finish when I want to treat myself. It still tasted great, though! Their take on the BLT was their BLTA with bacon, tomato, greens, and avocado, which I thought my fiancé would like, but he is much more of a classics guy and said he wished they made the classic bacon, lettuce, tomato sandwich he wanted with mayo. Its a preference thing, and we just have to try other things here! I definitely want to come back here and try one of their lattes again with cold foam this time, and one of their waffles!

There's limited free street parking and there's a free parking garage not too far. It's a small place that's definitely to go only. I was very disappointed to hear thay since that was the main drink I wanted to try. I ended up getting the cookie butter latte and it's so good! The espresso balances well with the sweetness of the cookie butter and it might be the best cookie butter latte I've tried. My friend got the hot mocha and I tried it and it was also really good! It tasted like the espresso melted an actual piece of chocolate. I usually don't like mocha drinks so this was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely return for the latte and to try the matcha!

Kristos is behind Lemon Zest, so it's in your best interest to turn onto Sixth Street and park in the lot there. The shop is very small, but clean. Service was good. We ordered the iced dulce de latte, iced baklava latte, and kids' hot chocolate. The baklava latte was good, but nothing crazy. The kids' hot chocolate my kid finished it, which doesn't happen often. Unfortunately the iced dulce de latte wasn't good, it had a very thick layer of dulce de leche that was difficult to stir and the mixture wasn't enjoyable. I would probably come back again to try something else on their menu, but I wouldn't go out of my way to do so.

I genuinely want to like this café because it's a local small business, and I prefer supporting local businesses whenever I can. Unfortunately, today's experience was disappointing. :/ I ordered a double matcha latte with vanilla, and it cost $10 for what looked like a 13-16 oz cup filled to the brim with ice. It felt like there was very little actual drink, especially for the price. I expected much better value. Another thing I don't understand is why they call out the drink name instead of the customer's name when orders are ready. On a previous visit, someone else grabbed my drink because we had ordered the same thing. Calling customers by name would make much more sense and would help avoid this issue. What really frustrated me today was that they don't put lids on iced drinks before handing them to customers. The lids are difficult to snap on, and when I tried putting mine on myself, I spilled about a quarter of my drink. Two employees saw it happen and didn't offer to help, apologize, or replace the spilled drink. That lack of customer service was disappointing. I really wanted to enjoy this place because I like supporting local businesses, but between the expensive drinks, the excessive amount of ice, the confusing pickup system, and the lack of customer service today, I'm not sure I'll be back. I hope they make a few small changes because I think the overall customer experience could be much better.

We parked in the structure behind the restaurant. On weekends, parking is free for an indefinite amount of time. When we entered, we were greeted by the friendly staff and got a table by the window. The space is bright and filled with calming green accents and plants. The menu is simple and well curated. I briefly read some of the reviews while at the restaurant and they didn't lie, the crispy pork belly is a must. We ordered the Chili Oil Toast which comes with pork belly and avocado. If you're into numbing spice and a lot of chili oil, this dish is definitely for you. My tolerance is pretty weak, but the flavor is amazing! The house-made bread was extra crispy and delicious, but the pork belly... you'll just need to try it for yourself! My favorite was the Breakfast Burrito. This item was healthy and easy to eat. The egg was fluffy, the avocado was fresh, the turkey bacon added the perfect amount of salt, and the sweet potato balanced the salt. For the drinks, the Spanish Latte (hot) was a clear winner. The Matcha Latte was equally great, but needed a bit more syrup, which they kindly provided on the side. Highly recommend checking this place out when they have live DJs too! Customers are also free to sign up to DJ. The sets for sign ups start from 3PM to 9PM on Saturday.
