The cup size we got was pretty small and even though everything was good I am not sure I can justify the extra charges for using almond milk or 1 pump of syrup. Another thing I don't understand is why they call out the drink name instead of the customer's name when orders are ready. On a previous visit, someone else grabbed my drink because we had ordered the same thing. Calling customers by name would make much more sense and would help avoid this issue. What really frustrated me today was that they don't put lids on iced drinks before handing them to customers. The lids are difficult to snap on, and when I tried putting mine on myself, I spilled about a quarter of my drink. Two employees saw it happen and didn't offer to help, apologize, or replace the spilled drink. That lack of customer service was disappointing.
