I came to this location fairly frequently while living in a short-term rental within walking distance. I was always pleased with the service here and the quality of my orders. I only order one thing at Starbucks, a chai tea latte, but it was always done correctly, and the one time it was messed up (made cold instead of hot) they corrected the mistake right away. The staff is pleasant, the store is always clean, and there are enough staff members scheduled to keep the lines moving. I don't live near this location anymore, but it was a nice place to come regularly when I was closer. read more

The drive thru is ridiculously slow most days, but I will say they always get my drink order correct! They have wifi, like all Starbucks, but for some reason I don't get great reception there on my IPad- not sure why! Great drinks but awfully high prices- yet, I keep coming back- dang you Starbucks!! Ah, Starbucks again. Why? I've said it before and I can repeat. The coffee is solid, not high end, not artisinal and certainly doesn't take me away to a far off land but...when I'm in an area where I don't know my way around and want to sit and read where do I go? There on every street corner and don't make me wretch. Part of me wants the local place, the small coffeeshop to give my money to but until you can compete with the power of starbucks you're going to have to fill another niche. In this case I had a green tea, warm. $3.00 I can easily have tea at home of higher quality for 50 cents a cup but guess what? I'm not at home. I am addicted to starbucks. Lately though they have been making me angry. I go through the drive-thru so I can limit the amount of people I have to physically see before 8am. The times I have gone inside I have been greeted with a cheerful person at the register and in the background the manager (I think she's a manager) yelling. Not at someone, just yelling about everything. There is something about loud people that grates my nerves, but before 8am, it's worse. It really made me angry that someone thinks that its ok to exhibit that type of behavior in a customer drive store. The other thing is the drive thru itself. It's at times difficult to maneuver because people want to try and get into the line from the opposite side (if you've been there - this makes sense). Sooo its difficult to leave when you want to leave. Instead of say, painting lines on the granite saying "Drive Thru HERE" which would help direct traffic in one streamlined way, they decided to physically put some in the lot to take orders and direct the traffic. Who is it? The yeller. So this 1) doesn't allow me to look at the menu to see if there are any seasonal items (poor new customers can't even browse) and 2) makes me talk to another person. Get it together starbucks! This system does not help at all! On a positive note, this will probably limit my visits which is good for my pocket book and my belly size. read more

I like the convenience of the the drive thru at this location, and the inside is pretty nice, but I have to dock two stars for the crew. The guy in the drive thru is nice, but another male employee has super long hair, and they don't make him put his hair up, and he's constantly running his fingers through his hair and then touching the drinks. The other issue I have is that on several occasions when I've been there, the crew was arguing quite loudly about work ethic, not barring fast enough, etc. I don't really enjoy hearing fighting when I'm getting my drink, just saying. All in all, it's okay. I'll still get coffee there when I'm in a hurry. read more

If you want a $4 + coffee this is your place. I much prefer my $1.08 Mc D's coffee. But, sometimes I want that Little bit extra so I stop here for my $5 an some change "venti" whatever.. I have had them mess up my order about.. uh. I'd say 5 or 6 times. I order one thing and it magically appears in my hand something different I drive off expecting a nice hot upside down caramel macchiato and I end up with a chi tea? or I order a venti hazelnut cappacino and end up with yet another Chi tea... or I order a venti something else and end up with.. well you get it. Ok, I have to add an addendum to my previous review. I did give this one a try again and I have to say I saw a definite improvement. They remembered my drink and are more fully staffed. I also saw an employee walking around the drive-through taking orders and that was really cool. I also saw that two employees were communicating in sign language with a customer and I thought that was pretty awesome as well. I am starting to like this place! read more

These are my neighbors so I find myself going here often recently. Everyone working here is chill and has always gotten my order right. The place is kept clean and you will often see people kickin it on their computer, reading, having casual business meetings, working or just friends hanging out. Sometimes random conversations erupt between strangers. Very laid back atmosphere. Nice outdoor patio area with shade too! The only criticism I have is that Starbucks doesn't allow you to tip on your credit/debit card so bring a dollar for the tip jar if you are a tipper! read more

Yes, I know I should buy from a local coffee shop, but this Starbucks is on my way to work for me and has a drive-thru! So its a Starbucks, you know what you are going to get. There are no surprises. The reason this particular location is a fave of mine (besides convenience) is that the guy who takes orders at the drive-thru is the happiest mo-fo I have ever seen. I almost expect to pull up and be greeted with a "Hey Girlfriend . . ." He makes me happy every time I go there. Its an extra perk to my coffee. This is *MY* Starbucks. I'd go somewhat out of my way to hit THIS one instead of any other one. The reason is the staff. This is the only Starbucks that always makes my husband's complicated drink correctly. And even when I haven't been in for a week and a half, when I come in they still recognize me and have my drink ready before I hit the register. We just had a really bad experience here. Ordered 2 coffees and 2 breakfast sandwiches in the drive through line. Barista gave us the wrong coffee. We gave it back she gave us the right coffee. No big deal. Paid with a gift card. We Still owed $8.and change Gave barista a $20. barista gave us $1 and change back instead of a $10. We had already started to drive off so we parked and husband went back in to explain what happened. They acted like they didn't recognize my husband and treated him like he was trying to scam them. This establishments manager apparently doesn't know customer service. I go for Starbucks for the experience and only just started going because I can make better coffee at home for a fraction of the price. I started drinking coffee at Starbucks because I received a gift card from my doc's office. I asked for two shots espresso and suddenly the manager became the milk Nazi. She told me I would be upcharged for me pou ring cold milk on my espresso. There is no limit on cold milk and there is not supposed to be an upcharge. This was confirmed by corporate and me going to the next closest location. I went to the next closest location after the lady attempted talking to me like a child when I pointed out that they allow people to use as much whole milk as they want for there coffee. This is my regular Starbucks, it is on my way to work. They are always prompt and courteous. Can't ask for much more than that!

Enjoy the patio and music. I try to come in the morning and get a coffee or frappuccino for the drive to work.

Love the staff, hate the long lines. The drive thru has a long line 9 out of 10 times and the inside does too. But this coffee fiend will wait in those long lines since the staff is so friendly. I've only had one bad coffee experience here but I stop almost daily for my Pikes Place. There were coffee grounds at the bottom of my cup and I didn't notice until half way through my coffee. Again, only once so that won't stop me from my morning routine. read more
