Unfortunately the Manager at Westgate Starbucks, if very gruff and rude. When asked for a coffee sample she gave me small cold sample and said " Thats all you get!" My family and I went to Starbucks Drive thru as we were driving around looking at Christmas lights. I ordered the hot chocolate with whipped cream. The woman at the window greeted us with a smile and was very kind. She offered us a drink holder but we didn't need it. The hot chocolate was good. It was hot but not overly hot and it was sweet but not overly sweet. I'm not sure of the inside as we went through the drive thru but the parking lot was decent and the Starbucks exterior was lit up by the sign on the building. We did go at night about an hour before closing so there was just one car ahead of us and we moved through the drive thru quickly. read more

I've been coming to the Starbucks for a few years, and will be going somewhere else now. There is a woman who works there named Sara, she has rainbow glasses, and short hair. Every time you go to the drive-through, she basically screams at you and pushes you to finish your order as quickly as possible. Today, she kicked off the day by fighting about what my order was. The gentleman at the drive-through window was very kind, and she was yelling at him that I had asked for something different than what I wanted. Maybe if she wasn't pushing so hard, and was less confrontational to customers, it would be a much better experience for everyone. If I were the manager or the owner, I would fire her immediately, she is not meant for a customer facing role, very rude and aggressive. read more

It's like any other Starbucks, tattooed, woke people serving sleepy early morning customers their libations. Currently also serving non stop Latin music over the speakers. some of it good, but some of it loud and in your face. I'm Latino and couldn't possibly stand to listen to it all day so I feel for those behind the counter. Maybe this is the extreme Hispanic heritage month locale. I'll conclude this review by offering a tip. You can have unlimited free refills of tea or coffee, hot or cold, as long you pay with the Starbucks app and use it for the refills. The drive thru at this Starbucks is awkward although it does move quickly. I'm not a die hard Starbucks person and I don't even drink coffee but I do enjoy the other drinks on the menu like the teas and refreshers. Clever "no-contact" method to give you your coffee. Coffee. Thought I'd treat myself to coffee vs making my own (afterall, it was Mother's Day!). This day's "bold" coffee was Kimono Dragon. I ordered a medium/"Grande." (If it was Verona, it would've been a large/Venti). The coffee was hot: about the only thing positive about it. It was muddy, burnt (perhaps old?), and so disgusting that I poured $2.65 down the drain. I get from this location frequently. i usually get a shaken espresso, but they consistently mess it up so sometimes i just get a macchiato. very disappointed today when i picked up my espresso and it was just drowned in oatmilk and cold foam. there was no espresso taste or anything. they basically sold me a cup of milk for $8. i guess my point is that some days they make super yummy drinks and others days not so much. my guess is its the staff, some know how to make particular drinks and some dont. although the staff is very friendly this tends to be a sorta busy location so i personally try not to make big stinks. read more

This Starbucks has the scariest smallest drive through ever! I will park and get out and walk in before I go through it. The store itself is nice and the coffee is Starbucks. I don't feel like I get anything special from here just average service and average coffee. The employee's were nice enough but I felt like several people who came in after me got their drinks before me and I tried not be frustrated but at some point I broke. This is my neighborhood Starbucks, so I will defend it on behalf of all the bad reviews!! With that being said, it is true that this location in specific does "randomly" close down the dining area and only focuses on drive-thru orders for various days and hours at a time. They still, however accept mobile orders at all times so capitalizing on using the app is helpful. Other than that I've had nothing but great experiences with the staff and I always feel welcomed when I walk in or drive thru. The only comment I have on the ambiance is that the drive thru (which is kind of nestled in between two old buildings) could be a little more well kept, for there are always empty boxes and trash lying around outside. read more

We stepped into your location to do what most, normal patrons do at any and every Starbucks across the country - to sit, chill, chat, and enjoy a cup of coffee. Instead, we were turned away by your staff of 6 crew members, who curtly explained they were "short-staffed". Now, here I'm sitting in another Starbucks- 8 minutes down the road, where a staff of only 3 crew members happily took our order and I'd prepping our drinks as I extend my energy writing this review. The probably with the first location scenario is that you have that location staffed with lazy, non-custoner service oriented, kids who need to grow up and value customers much better. The second location at William Cannon should be rewarded for being ACTUALLY understaffed and still perform their duties, stellar. Whereas, the first location, who is not understaffed at all - needs to focus on the customer, who pays their wage. read more

What a rude drive thru staff! My family and I were on our way to a funeral this morning and we stopped in to get coffee. I let the order taker know that I had a large order(6 coffees) and to please be patient with me. He was already yelling that he couldn't hear me. After each coffee, he rudely shouted "is that all?!" - of course not, I said I had a few coffees to order but he was rushing me. I asked him again to please be patient with me, but he seemed to be in such a hurry. Not to mention the screen was broken so I couldn't tell if he even was getting my order correct. I spilled my coffee here one day and one of the associates insisted they give me another cup for free even though I was willing to pay for it. They also helped me clean my mess and my awkward coffee footprints, reassuring me that it happens all the time so it wasn't a big deal. I frequent this store and not another, not because my store is located next door, but because the team is AWESOME! As someone who teaches customer service, I am very impressed. They told me that it was never activated at the store and I got frustrated because I thought someone removed the funds that were put on there. Mmm..I'm writing this review as i'm sipping on my triple white mocha from this very location. I love this location. They are super friendly without being fake. They also make fantastic coffee. The drive thru can get a bit hectic and there's not a lot of room for the drive thru people to form a line so the traffic there can get a little chaotic. Luckilly the baristas are quick and efficient so you are in and out pretty quickly. Tip the baristas cause they definitely deserve it at this location. read more
