Horrible Customer service, my husband went in today and not one of the girls acknowledged him. They were too busy conversating with no customers but him. My husband just walked out very upset and couldn't believe the service. Starbucks is always great but this location gives them a bad name. Already called corporate and filed a complaint, the manager better get on his employees about their service. Horrible! Not ever going there again. We have always gone here and there really hasn't ever been a problem with our orders! They are great! There are a few seats inside and outside, and they have a bathroom. The food is great and the drinks are amazing! The food has gotten smaller but thats really at any Starbucks now. read more

Staff great, and friendly, but the internet speed is in the 1980s, and all the powerpoints for customers along the main seating are not working, and have not been working for over a year, despite repeated highlighting to the manager. In 2024, this is the worst internet speed I have ever encountered in the US, and its comparable to dial up. Managers do better to upgrade the internet speed and get the power points fixed, and Area Managers - SUPPORT your local managers to get these BASICS resolved. read more

They proceeded to say they don't give out water, treating me rudely for asking I was shocked and offered to pay! I have been going to this Starbucks since the day it opened in Alpine. I'm not sure if it's the new generation of workers or what but i am about to stop ordering at this Starbucks specifically because of how crappy the coffee has been the past 6 times I've been here. The taste of the coffee is getting worse and worse. It either tastes burnt or like there is no coffee at all. My girls order this morning literally tasted like warm water with a splash of soy milk that was rotten. I'm not from Alpine, but I was passing through. I love the small town vibes that remind me of my home town in North Carolina. The workers and baristas were so friendly and helpful. Jasmine was probably one of the rudest and most offensive baristas I've ever met. As we approached her coworker was obviously having issues handling the orders by herself and ask for help asked for help and so Jasmine said I"'m off clock!" And I understood that so if she was to leave I would have wait for my order and expect just a little slower but pleasant service instead Jasmine made me the wrong drinks then when I asked her to make them correctly with heavy cream she was very upset I kept thinking her she kept on frowning I was very happy that you could see the girls making all the food because at that point they were showing me that they did not care for me at all. My food was cold all of the sandwiches and egg bites as well the coffee was not correct and she forgot to make one my fiance decided he wanted to just leave without his coffee because of the atrocious treatment and the fact that they were looking down on us because we had to use EBT because of the power outage we are allowed to use it for hot food and she just treated us like as if we were homeless vagrants off the street she needs some sort of training I don't know what it is maybe it's just the new generation but I have never had anyone treat me like that using EBT any other location. read more

This is not a bad Starbucks, they make a good product, but their customer service needs some refining. Most Starbucks I visit, I receive at the least a simple greeting, and service at the register is always sincere and sometimes out right peppy, but here my experience was okay, with limited eye contact and no small talk whats so ever. Coffee... More coffee! Funny story... I stopped by at my regular Starbucks but I must have been tired since I needed a refill. I was craving for the Salted Caramel Mocha so I had to stop at another Starbucks before getting to work. I have been in this particular location a few times and since I was so close to work I decided to get drinks for my co-workers. Service: it was average, not your typical Starbucks. I ordered four drinks and I wasn't offered a tray or stopper when it was ready. Only Starbucks in Alpine so it can be pretty busy at times, especially in the morning. Most of the baristas are very friendly and fast. I use the Starbucks app and preorder before I go in. Most of the time my order is ready when I walk in. A few times things didn't go so well... my order was wrong, my ham and cheese wrap tasted off, they forgot to make the second drink, but all in all it's a great Starbucks and I'm glad it's here. read more

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to! The kid that took my order, Klayton was nice. Waited 10 minutes for my drink while seeing everyone else that ordered after me get their drinks. Alpine Starbucks, one of Alpine's friendly coffee houses in town. Clean it is and they have plenty of mouth watering goodies to pick from in there glass case. The hot chai latte is my favorite drink from them. They make it taste the same every time so they have it down on the recipe. Wait time is about 5 minutes unless it is busy. Easy to get to, this location is about 5 minutes off the Freeway. You can exit off Willows or Tavern exit depending on what direction you are coming from. I was so happy when they decided to open a Starbucks in Alpine, years ago. I love the friendly team that works here. My husband and I visit so much that they all know us and great us by name. My husband orders the same drink everytime. Before he even tells them what he wants, they are already making it. My drink changes, so they usually wait for me to order. Alpine, CA., Starbucks, Not the one in the grocery store: So, I got 2 $20's back at the grocery store because I did not have any cash. I then walked across the parking lot to Starbucks for my coffee and pastry which came to $8.50 and handed her a twenty. She grabbed my twenty and in a blink of an eye shoved it in her drawer and handed me $1.50! She put the twenty not in the regular cash drawer but in anohter compartment. Then when I challenged her she has her manager open the regular cash drawer to prove she did not have a twenty. Needless to say I lost. Really? I probably spend around $500.00 a year at Starbucks with about $400. 00 that store buying sometimes coffee and pastries or breakfast for five or Christmas and birthday gift cards. I don't know what my family spends there. And they chose to lose my business over $10.00? So I am enjoying my $18.50 coffee and blueberry muffin. I will now go out of my way to buy from anywhere but Starbucks. I left my phone number but they'll never admit they have an extra ten at the end of the day. Every time me and my family go to this Starbucks, the employees are very friendly and helpful! It's not often they mess up our orders. Though of Friday's we go to Starbucks, particularly this one. We always order on the app. One time they had mixed up our order and instead of two cake pops we got some type of pastry- otherwise the few times they have messed up they are very forgiving. This is quite possibly the slowest and poorest running starbucks I've ever been to. There's always a line of people waiting to order and an even larger line of people waiting for their order, which of course during a time where we should be practicing social distancing isn't comforting. They always mess up orders and don't seem to know how to correct them either.
