The avocado toast order was awful. plain white, grocery bread barely toasted with an avocado smash (container spread from the store or costco?) and dried grated parmesan cheese (like from the plastic container in the grocer) not as advertised and definitely not what one expects for this dish. The side of bacon was forgotten. The eggs benedict looked ok however the hollandaise sauce was barely existent and what was there was split. Making it barely edible. The other breakfast dishes were just ok. Biscuits and gravy looked good. lots of it and chunky. scrambled eggs and hashbrowns are hard to mess up. But for one person, the hashbrowns were pretty much cooked to a crisp and a lot of grease on the plate. that person left those to the bin. And had a hair on the plate. We had to ask for the bottomless mimosa to be refilled. The server took the glasses, and when they came back, one was orange, one was cranberry and THE GLASSES WERE REUSED! Unacceptable!! if the server didn't know, the bartender should know NOT to reuse glasses. Even if it is our own glasses, you don't reuse them. If you want music, average food, and drinks - this will be ok. The band was really good. The food experience was dreadful.

The windows are covered in greasy fingerprints, clearly from little kids, and the floors under the booths are visibly filthy. This is not a one time issue, it has been consistent over multiple visits. To be fair, I have not experienced the order issues that other reviewers mention. My food has always been correct, and the food still tastes good for fast food, especially for takeout. I will continue to come back because I do like the food and want to support this location. That said, cleanliness really matters to me, and customers should not have to clean their own tables. I truly hope management sees the feedback and makes improvements, because this place has the potential to get back to the great experience it had when it first opened.
