Solid place and probably your best option at the food court overall. I had never thought there was a good Italian restaurant in the small Viejas food court, until we checked it out. My daughter has had the fettuccine Alfredo and loved it, and I believe we once tried the lasagna many years back and were impressed with the authentic taste. The pizza has been so delicious here every time! Pretty much cannot go wrong ordering any pizza. Super tasty with top notch ingredients and they never burn the cheese. Which some (but not me) prefer of course.. We've tried several types of pizzas over the years, and what I love is we visit very occasionally and it has been consistently good. Years ago, had the torpedo sandwich and was impressed by the size and quality of the meats. I now always incorporate a visit here every trip up to Viejas!

I've had Adriano's pizza grotto prior; a few years back. This time I decided to order to go instead of dining in. I stopped by after ice skating. There were a good amount of customers dining; I ordered at the counter. I had the fit for a king 8 inch pizza (personal size) which had cheese, sausage, onion, mushroom, pepperoni, black olives and bell pepper. It took about 25 minutes to get the pizza. It was quite a bit of a wait. Once I got the pizza, I sat on the outdoors seating area. The pizza was so fresh, that the cheese and ingredients slid off the dough lol. It was delicious, fresh ingredients and the dough was perfectly cooked. I ordered their ranch on the side as well, it tasted great and you can tell it was homemade. Perfect portion for $1. Fit for a king 8" pizza ran about $13. Customer service, staff and the cooks were great. Dining area had a good amount of table and chairs. Decorations were nice. Clean restaurant. High chairs available for toddlers. Plenty of restroom throughout the Viejas outlet.

This place is an adorable, family-run business. I like all the food items I've tried so far. My favorite is the white pizza or Hawaiian pizza. The thin crust is not as good as the regular crust. I'm also a big fan of their homemade soups, which flavors change daily and come with a side of sourdough toast. They have good service as well, whether ordering takeout or dining in. Not super fast like a fast food place, cuz it's a sit down place, so you know they are making the food fresh! The family is also very friendly

Came to Adrianos on a whim, didn't expect much. Turns out the pizza was... delicious!!!! We ordered a salad and a pizza. The salad came out quickly and the pizza was piping hot! The pizza had great flavor, the cheese was amazing and the fact that it wasn't greasy, this now will be my favorite pizza joint.

If you come on a Wednesday get the potato bacon cheddar soup it is really good and service is nice deja is the best employee there atmosphere is really good

We were coming back from Mount Laguna looking for a place to take a restroom break and grab some lunch. This place is located within the Viejas Outlet center which I've noticed to be pretty quiet, low traffic the last times I've been around. With that said, Adriano's was full of people waiting in line to order so that was a good sign! My fiancé and I shared a 12in meat lovers pizza and a half order of lasagna with the meat sauce and meatball. Pizza was delicious and had a chewy crust and thick layer of cheese - kind of reminded me Filippi's pizza, if I had to compare it to something. Only issue was that the cheese was so thick and not cut through that when you pulled a slice, the toppings would get stuck the rest of the pizza and you'd be left with the crust. Lasagna was really good with the meat sauce (you could also choose marinara sauce) and the added meatball was the highlight. I did ask the girl at the counter if the meatballs/sausages were made in house and I thought it was strange that she didn't know. There was a section that was just a thick chunk of hard cheese so I had to throw it away, but other than that the rest was good. Overall, it's a nice little spot in the outlet so if you're in the area, definitely stop by! The pizza and lasagna was more than enough food for us and we had leftovers for a couple days!

    "Garlic Bread"

I'm sorry but I was expecting much better quality for 3.8 stars. The marinara sauce had no flavor. We got the works pizza and the pizza was not terrible, but a marinara sauce can make or break ur pizza and it did not help. I ordered garlic bread and I tasted no garlic, just bread. When I approached the employees about it they said they use garlic butter but this is all it had. I attached a picture. It was flavorless. We ordered a giant salad and it also had little to no flavor. The dressing was tasty, but also pretty watered down. All in all this place has a lot of potential. With a couple of tweaks to their ingredients I'm sure they could knock it out of the park. As for the employees everyone was very polite and serviced everyone in a timely and friendly manner, no complaints.

I was kinda shocked on how good the pizza was, Especially the cheese! Walked in with low expectations and needed some drinking food - lol They do not sell slices but a small pepperoni pizza was about $10. I bit the bullet and it was made fresh. Took about 10 mins or so. Wasn't that busy at all. They brought it over to our table and it looked really cheesy. They don't skimp on cheese here at all. The crust tasted fresh as well not frozen. Small was 4 slices just enough to fill us up. Friendly employees and they even checked up on us afterward to ask how the pizza was. The place Is a lot larger than it looks and was very clean. I would eat here again!

This restaurant has a nice Italian feel, could be family owned. Upon entering, you can smell the delicious food and it is delicious!! It's in a great location, it is in walking distance, directly across from the Viejas Casino. You walk in, place your order, seat yourself, and they bring your order to you. Great service!! My husband and I shared a meatball sandwich and a small mushroom pizza...We thought it was a great choice!!

Super light and non greasy pizza. Would return if in the area. My dad loves about an hour away and loves this place. When he is in town he buys like 4 pizzas at a time, then freezes them. Note I only have tasted the vegetarian pizza so can't speak to the the other options. It's not heavy and is pretty addicting. Not the best pizza ever but up there. They follow covid restrictions!

The employees in the kitchen could be faster since it took 35 minutes to get 1 pizza. And the cheese didn't even stick onto the pizza.

Had such a great dinner tonight at Mediterraneo in Alpine!…read more We started with a few appetizers and honestly...they were the highlight. The MELENZANE RIPIENE (eggplant stuffed with ricotta, parmesan, and cherry tomatoes) was incredible: rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The calamari fritti was crispy and delicious, and the TONNO ASIATICO (seared ahi tuna with sweet chili glaze, ginger, teriyaki, and wasabi) was a huge hit at the table. We also had to try their house-made mozzarella sticks, don't skip these...the cheese pull alone is worth it For the mains, we had the CAPELLINI ALLA CHECCA and the RIGATONI ALLA NORMA, and both were fantastic. You can really taste the difference, the pasta is imported from Italy, and it shows in the texture and flavor. My husband also ordered the margherita pizza and said it's the best he's ever had, which says a lot! The space itself is big, welcoming, and super versatile. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, plus a large bar with a full menu. We tried a couple drinks from their spring menu: the pistachio espresso martini and the berry margarita both were so fun and tasty. The staff was also incredibly friendly and attentive, which really made the whole experience even better. Bonus: they have a great family-friendly area with arcade games and a pool table, which makes it perfect whether you're going out as a couple or with a group. Definitely a spot we'll be coming back to!

Honestly, it felt like the restaurant was magically reserved just for us. Cozy, romantic, and straight out of an Italian dream The decor is unreal. Vintage and wildly creative in the best way. There's a cork ceiling feature in the center, floral wallpaper that feels like a European café, chalk drawings of famous Italian landmarks, glowing green glass bottle lights that double as art, and, wait for it, an actual old Vespa sitting proudly inside the restaurant. It's whimsical, nostalgic, and charming without trying too hard. My husband chose this spot specifically for their cheese wheel pasta, and WOW was that the right call. The cheese is imported straight from Italy, and Monday is their famous cheese wheel night (10/10 recommend). The pasta changes weekly, but ours came with sage and wild mushrooms and tasted like an elevated, sophisticated fettuccine Alfredo. Rich, creamy, aromatic, and indulgent without being heavy. It felt fancy in the best ways without being pretentious. I ordered the short rib gnocchi, and while I personally wished the gnocchi was a touch less al dente, the flavors absolutely delivered. The meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender, deeply savory, and perfectly paired with the sauce. Great comfort food on a rainy night. And now... let's talk about the real star of the night: THE GARLIC BREAD. We ordered TWO because it was genuinely the best garlic bread we've ever had. Perfectly toasted on the outside, soft and fluffy inside, seasoned to absolute perfection. Surprise: it's drizzled with their house-made balsamic vinaigrette. I didn't know I needed balsamic on garlic bread until this moment in my life. I will never be the same. The service was just as delightful as the food. We drink a lot of water, and for funsies our waitress brought refills in different whimsical containers -- including a literal glass fish We were cracking up the whole time. Attentive, playful, and warm service that made the night feel special instead of rushed. This is officially one of our favorite Italian restaurants. We wished we lived closer, but even with an hour drive in the rain, it was 100% worth it. Romantic, cozy, creative, and absolutely delicious. Come hungry. Order the cheese wheel pasta. Or try any of their weekly specialty days. Do not skip the garlic bread. Trust me.
