First I made an order that I never received then they tried to comp me for the meal made a small order and it actually showed up . Fast forward to today I used half of the money that was comped and they said if you didn't use it on the first order the rest of it is gone. I'm currently u/a to walk without use of a walker because of a fractured leg. When I asked, the delivery person was very kind in actually bringing the food into the kitchen so that I could better manage it without the chance of falling. As I told him, his small act of kindness mattered a great deal to me. It made all the difference in what I'd come to expect from most people. I almost didn't place the order because of what I expected would be my problem (in carrying the food into the house) and the likely refusal of the delivery person to help me. His kind assistance made it much more likely I will place additional orders during my recovery. The delivery person is an excellent representation of this business. Unfortunately I don't know his name but I'll never forget ha kindness in what I'm sure for him was an otherwise insignificant act. Not worth your money.Unfortunately for our community this is one of the few places that offers delivery. We deserve better for our Alpine community . At this point even if received a free pizza offer, I'd hand it off to someone else . Worst operations for a fast casual place. I am not sure if this is a franchise or corporate store, either way feel bad for the owner . On 4.18.20 I placed an online order for delivery at 9:55pm, closing time is at 11pm. I spent $85 dollars , Big Box Dinner meal and Wings. Received a confirmation email and it said delivery time 20-30mins. Once 10:50pm rolls around , I decided I would call and check status especially since it was way over the quoted time. The phone rang and rang . My Husband and I took turns calling non stop for about 9 minutes . At 10:59pm it did sound as someone picked up the phone , we heard what sounded like a sigh, and then they hung up. Called back 11pm and the system switched over to the pre recording saying it was closed and after hours. We hopped in the car , drove down to the location . It was 11:10pm. My husband starts to knock , we can clearly see the employees . They look out at us and VISIBLY LAUGH! My Husband starts to bang on the doors louder , finally a Smug male employee comes out and told us that they never received an order or any phone calls in the last hour . We should him the confirmation email and call logs and he said that he can't do anything for us and we can try our luck in The morning. Awful practice and very poor service . Not a fan of the Pizza here. We have tried it twice and it just isn't good. I literally threw out a half of a pizza because no one wanted to eat it! Sad! But what they offer that is really great are the wings. Nice large meaty wings with great sauce options. My only complaint is they are a little stingy with the sauce. If you know how to order the right pizza, they make bomb ass pizza. I'm personally a fan of the thin-crust and make sure to ask them to put garlic butter and the parmesan on the crust, I think it's like .50cents for that upgrade. People who give them bad reviews are people who don't know how to order a proper Pizza Hut pizza. I don't really like the thick crust pan pizza and the stuffed crust is meh too but I never order that anymore. The hand-tossed and traditional crusts are OK, but the Wing Street is where it's at. Boneless wings (glorified chicken nuggets, which are VERY glorious) are GREAT here. This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The pizza is always paper thin and drenched in grease. They forgot our brownie then decided they didn't want to drive t back to our house so they credited me for it instead. Then I ask for a refund for the disgusting paper thin pile of grease and they gave me five more dollars as credit and that's it. When I tried to call back for clarification on whether or not that credit will go back to my credit card or if it's an in store credit and I cannot get through to a human being for the life of me. Since they changed management about six months ago, everything has been great. Friendly service and their stuffed crust Hawaiian pizza is the best. It has actual chuck's of ham versus just thin pieces of Canadian bacon. I think those who had a bad experience should give it another try. read more

Ordered tonight (I order about 1-2 times a month) and was missing an item when my boyfriend got home. I called and the girl offered me a credit or to have it brought to me, I opted to pick it up (not the delivery drivers fault and not like he would've gotten paid for the delivery, plus I really just wanted the wings) so anyways picked up my wings and not only were they perfect (sauce smothered) but the girl doubled the order. Just a nice gesture for the trouble! I've never been a fan of they're pizza but continue to order from here because any time I have ever encountered a problem, it has been apologized for, corrected and usually compensated for the trouble. I came in to something that was really a shack. There was no one at the front counter to serve me for at least the first 5 minutes. I was not familiar with the area. So I waited to be served until the person came. She was very uncourteous and asked what I wanted. The menu was small, nothing other than pictures were posted on the back counter and the back kitchen was close to the service area and with filthy. There was also no dining area. I really had no choice. I ordered a medium Supreme that cost. $12.99. I figured it wasn't all that bad. With the service charge and tax it came out to !$17.99. I have two say! My boyfriend and have order pizza twice within two weeks! When he ordered the pizza was amazing! Thick crust and cheesy how I like my pizza! This time I ordered a Hawaiian pizza with extra cheese with the orginal pan crust! Amazing! Thick bread and the correct amount of cheese. I just discovered they just shortened you with bread when ordering stuffed crust. I don't why and I never had any other pizza hut do that but I will not be ordering stuffed crust anymore. This time around the breadsticks were a lil hard and that was the only complaints I have this time around. Where do I start... I ordered the pizza on the phone, went in to pick it up...bill was $29.xx for 1 pizza and $10.00 box...that doesn't add up. The advertisement is $10.00 for any med. or lg pizza any way you want it, right? Well, I asked what happened to the special and I was told advertised pricing is only given to the customer when the customer requests the special price. ISN'T THAT CALLED BAIT AND SWITCH??? Okay, I have to start off by saying I am an absolute wing fanatic. Seriously, I'd have buffalo every day if I could. That being said, the wings here are great, and very consistent (which can be hard to find). On the non-wing side of things, the cheese-bread is another great thing to try. I ordered a pizza online and arrived at the time which it said it would be ready and when I arrived which was 12:15pm the store was not open yet even though it said would be open at 11am and I could see people in the back ignoring me and another customer waiting for their food.
