While watching my usual morning local news channel- a wonderful segment of Pizzabilities popped up. I was about to leave the house for work & the segment caught my attention. What makes this local business extra special is how the owner wanted to create a safe work place for those with special needs. His inspiration, his daughter! This is the kinda news feed that I wanna see and hear! As soon as you walk in, you will see a ceiling to floor wall dedicated to Grace, the oldest daughter and Pizzabilities mission statement. We figured since that batch of winter rains have cleared up- it was time to jump on our motorcycles for a sunny Sunday cruise. Plenty of tables & chairs outside. But- we enjoyed hanging inside this time around. We were greeted by staff and it took a few minutes for the rest of my group to figure out what they want. I like how the menu options aren't overwhelming. You can pick from their pizza selection or create your own! From reading Yelp & Google reviews- plenty of people raved about the pizza crust. Although my order was the Caesar Salad & chicken wings... I knew hubby was gonna order pizza. :D As I was placing my order at the counter- I couldn't resist Cheesy Bread. The plate of cheesy bread came first- and whoaaa! It was like an order of pizza, but with cheese! I knew there was no way in heck I was gonna finish that! I had the smallest piece & insisted my friends grab a slice! I had no space on my motorcycle to haul leftovers! The Caesar Salad was delicious! And a huge serving. And the wings! Oh My Lanta! These weren't janky lil chicken wings! The were meaty and the breading wasn't too thick. The buffalo sauce just clung onto the wings. I was using my fork to rip the meat from the chicken bones to use in my salad. Being so careful to not lose grip of the wing! At any pizza shop, there are "standard" speciality combination pizzas, and they're here, but I've never seen one where customization is taken to this level. It's like you're making your own pizza at home without all of the work! You can choose each part of your pizza - one of four types of crust (gluten-free is available), sauce (between six of them!), and toppings galore! My daughter and I drove 2 hours to visit this business after seeing a family member visit and finding them on Instagram (a literal coincidence, on the same day!) I have to say that it was worth the drive for us. There wasn't anyone else inside of the restaurant at the time that we visited, but there was a steady flow of to-go orders while we were here, it seems they have quite a few regulars. Everyone was so nice and had smiles on their faces, the employees seem to truly enjoy their jobs. For the New Year holiday they were offering a 16" pizza deal, which Maddi made sure to tell us about while we considered what to order. That was great to know. On top of the wonderful service, the food was fresh and delicious! My daughter and I shared a 10" pepperoni and black olive pizza, as well as the Sicilian sandwich. Both were perfectly cooked. The pricing was VERY reasonable. The restaurant was clean, the women's restroom was also, everything was well stocked. We were slowing down on the pizza and were asked if we wanted a box, before we even had to ask! Maddi was on it by asking! And Grace brought it over to us. From the food to the staff - GREAT place. I can't wait to check out the new Santee location. Locally owned and operated and it's an AMAZING cause! Food & service is good. Liked the bowl of 3 lmeatballs. Very tasty! Only a 10" size pizza is offered. It's a little expensive when you start adding different toppings - comes with two & it is 75 cents each for any additional. The seating is roomy indoor & there are a few tables outside too. Their business was based on the idea of their daughter who has DS. Her disability has not held her back, & her parents have helped fulfill her dreams. Another build your own personal pizza place. The taste is there, but that's about it. Toppings are too heavy for the dough used, hence the dough in the middle doesn't properly rise and it just creates a soggy mess of a bottom when you try to eat it. Pricing is also very high for a 10 inch pizza. Two pizzas was $32, and that was just the pizza, no drinks or add ons. read more

Service was friendly - and they even brought the food to the car when it was ready - only 10 minutes for a pizza! Not sure if I went in on an off day or not but this is the nastiest pizza I've ever tasted. I order two pizzas and a salad. The ingredients or toppings are no where near the quality you would expect for the price you pay. Also, we order both pizzas well done and the crust was no where near crispy. My partner and I both took a total of two bites of our pizzas and instantly threw them away. I'm not sure what everyone else is getting from this place to be raving about it so much but it was not even edible in my opinion. Service on the other hand was great! read more

The place is clean when you they're always checking on you to see if you need anything which is really kind and caring. I love the design and the layout of the building. Went there today for a fundraiser related to the DSA of SD Buddy walk - love that they hire workers with disabilities mixed with regular workers - the service their is awesome along with the yummy food - they have a variety of pizza crests for everyone Including gluten free pizza crust ( Which I would never go for -but it's good for some peoples) and the ambiance with the orange chairs is nice - I am a person/individual with autism and other disabilities and honestly its' a chill vibe - not too loud - I had the Scilian Pepporini pizza with regular pizza crust , a diet coke ( Fountain Drink ) without ice and a Cannoli to top it off - I would go there again just for the heck of it and Haven't thought of it until now -but might be quit the place to celebrate my 041st B-day next year on the 05th of February read more

Amazing! Ordered a custom pizza for pickup, time was estimated at 20 minutes. I arrived at the 20 minute mark and waited less than a minute to receive my fresh out of the oven pizza. It was amazingly good. The crust was crispy on the bottom, firm so it didn't droop when picked up and so very good. I ordered a custom pizza that had plenty each topping and, well, I just can't say enough about how wonderful it was. The service and staff are both excellent.
