This is hands down the worst pizza I have ever eaten !! Disgusting !! We had my sons birthday party here because the kids love the arcade . But the food is horrible . I was very embarrassed to serve my family the food . And I felt ripped off , because the quality of food does not match the price at all . Came here on the fifth for my grandson's birthday party. Party room 3 was reserved for him as well as having their own party host/server. The pizza and salad were pretty good. They have new games but a lot if them take four tokens. That is a bit expensive. They also require tickets or coins to play in the jumper with five minute intervals. That is doing way too much! Brought my 2 year old daughter for the first time with the intentions of buying the wrist band so she can play on multiple rides they literally had most closed... the soft area play place the frog hopper all out of service!! So all she could ride was the carousel and they expect me to pay the same price for all rides that don't even work! Update your prices online and remove all rides out of service! Wast of time! We met some friends at the Boardwalk tonight - I'd been there about 15 years ago, but had never taken the husband & kids, and actually didn't even realize that it was still there! The pizza was a lot better than I expected, and came out pretty quickly - in about 15 minutes. They had some promotions going on, so we took advantage of that & got a large pizza, 4 drinks & 25 tokens for 20 bucks, which is a pretty good deal. I saw a sign about deals on tokens on Mondays & Tuesdays too: 6 tokens for 1 dollar - though I'm not sure what the regular price is. There was a large variety of games, rides & attractions for all the kids. My biggest complaint would be that a lot of the games had Out of Order signs on them, and more of them SHOULD have had signs on them - we lost quite a few tokens in games not working correctly, but it was easy to find employees to help, and they were generous in replacing the lost tokens. The place also looked like it could use some lovin' - it wasn't the cleanest or best-upkept place in town. Overall, I was pretty pleased with our family night at the Boardwalk, and would take my family back there again. read more

I have been coming for awhile with the family and we do miss the buffet portion of the eatery. But now, the food is abit over priced, but not bad tasting. Customer service is good and very helpful. I would suggest maybe making the combos more worth your money. The games are good and the rides the kids enjoy, so I can't complain too much. I suggest heading in to get tokens on Mondays and Tuesdays, because the you receive 2 extra tokens per dollar on those days and maybe use them on a Friday. read more

One does not simply come here for the food. Simple cheap fun for the kids. Seems as if there multiple games out of order or are older video games. They don't count the tickets for the prizes, but rather, they weigh them. read more

The Pizza is great! Everything made from scratch. Dough, sauce, even shredding the cheese! Onion rings, and other food were awesome! Games, and rides were not long lines... and prizes for tickets weren't unreasonable or unrealistic :) The restrooms NEED to be cleaned, and maintained more frequently! In a place for kids it should be "CHECKED" every 30-45 mins. Overall customer service and hospitality is stellar... Just needs work on keeping the restrooms up to code and sanitary! read more

The pizza was okay. I honestly think I could had have something better. I ordered the usual, pepperoni with cheese and it came it pretty grease plus the dough was rough. But I feel like it can be better, maybe it was just that day. I would consider coming back here and trying it out again. But in all honesty, it wasn't a great experience. read more

Fun place for the kids. It's really not about the food. Don't come here expecting delicious pizza. I brought two kids here (aged 7 and 11) and we had some pizza and played games for an hour or so for around $45. I think it's a decent price and a decent way to spend some time on a rainy day or in the evening. Support this place. read more

I have never had a problem here at the Boardwalk ! Always have had great service. It is very understandable that you are not able to bring your own food in to this establishment. It is the same way at Boomers & Chucky Cheese! The manager there at the time was very helpful and courteous. The Bday party we had there was great service I would defintely go there again for any bday or special function. If you bring your own food in how does the buisness make money? It is simple I am not a customer that complains about every business that I walk into. Everyone has to earn money. What a great place! The pizza leaves something to be desired, but the games and rides for the kids are great. It's much better than some of the other places. I took my daughter and her friends for the unlimited laser tag on Mondays and Wednesdays. The staff was fun and the kids had a blast. I even had fun too. I am a fan! read more

I was here last weekend with my kids for my first time. I've heard my friends talk about this place a lot. It's a bit pricey, but it's worth it! The food came out in under 10 minutes and was really fresh. The drink I wanted was out, but they quickly fixed it for me. My kids loved the popcorn and dessert pizza, along with the pepperoni pizza. The blonde lady up front was very nice, and although I didn't get to interact much with the older lady and taller guy in the back, I could tell that they were working hard. My kids loved watching them make the pizza dough while I ordered! I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you have kids. read more

My family and I were visiting the area last month and stopped by Boardwalk Pizza to have lunch. I remember was a Tuesday and they happened to have a buffet available, which the kids were absolutely excited about (partly because of the all you can eat pizza, partly due to the arcade that was there). It was rather busy at the time with many people about, but the staff there were still excellent in giving people customer service. There was a lady named Melissa who was cleaning near the front of the store, but took the time to greet and help us with anything we needed as soon as we walked up to the counter. She was very courteous and professional, and didn't mind the kids trying to tug on the little black apron that Melissa was wearing while she explained the available specials for the day. She informed us of the buffet and we decided on that one. The buffet was wonderful and filled the restaurant area with a delicious smell (which attracted us to this restaurant in the first place). You could tell by looking at it that the pizzas were freshly baked and there was a very nice variety of them in the buffet area. We let the kids pick out exactly what pizzas they wanted while I gathered my own plate. I tried out the Pepperoni and the Hawaiian pizzas that were absolutely fantastic! The kids of course went straight for the dessert pizzas, but there was only 1 slice left and they nearly started fighting over it. But, just as I was about to tell them to split it, the cook (I don't know what his name was, just that he was a guy much taller than Melissa) came out with 2 more pizzas, one of them being the dessert pizza the kids were going to fight over, so all was well! We had a very enjoyable lunch and Melissa was there for anything we needed. If we ever visit the area again we will definitely stop by here again! read more

This place is so fun for kids. I Had my kid's party here and it was great. We had it early on a Saturday and it wasn't busy at all. Not to expensive either. $8 wristbands for the kids. My son had a lazertag birthday party here recently. One of our host (K) is very friendly and helpful, bu she did not get much help from her co host (L) who spoiled our party due to some food restrictions which I was not informed during reservations. We have a birthday party 2 years ago, did not have issue about this, but the party was a disaster due to this host. I am the customer and was treated like a criminal. Our guests did not even enjoy the party since they noticed this host (L) acted like a cop. This place only serve junk food, no healthy food except salad. Our party kids did not even ate the pizza. Fries are cold & taste old, sodas served we have to guess. No help from both hosts to serving the pizza etc...Anyway, L, this boardwalk host REALLY RUINED the party. Overall, Never again!!!! We paid enormously for the package and a generous tips(despite of this) but got a horrible service. Boardwalk NOT WORTH IT! Waste of money. Horrible service! Recommended Boomers and Pump it up. Poor service like Boardwalk can never be forgotten! I was completely traumatized by this host L and most of all this devastating treatments and experience - extremely unsattisfied customer. read more
