Following a quick 'WiFi+Coffee' search in the Alpine area, The Well Cafe popped up - so off I went. Formerly a tea house where a rare customer was seen, I popped into the rear parking lot to finish a business call before heading in and setting up shop for the morning. I was surprised to see the amount of traffic in and out of the parking lot, and the swiftness that everyone departed with their drinks after having just arrived. I completed my call and popped inside. The service was fast, accurate, and the staff were friendly and unrushed. Initially only seeing the indoor seating, I was surprised to learn that after you head down the stairs to order, there is a door heading to a beautiful quaint, but large enough outdoor patio. About ten tables dot the patio, nestled between raised garden beds filled with spider plants, flowers, and succulents. Trees provide necessary shade without completely turning off the sun, while the conversations provide a buzz to the shop without having to be careful that you are speaking too loud that another table will hear. I ordered a Well Cafe Panini, sourdough, chicken, ham, cheese, and 'Well Sauce'. All of which made for a mouth watering brunch. A slice of orange on the side brought the extra little touch to your meal reminding you this small business cares about it's customers and goes the extra mile for the smallest of smiles. While working in the patio, I made phone calls, connected to the internet, charged my devices, all seamlessly, with privacy, and without worry that my voice would travel and interupt those around me enjoying their favorite dish. As a matter of fact, it seems as though this is becoming a popular hangout for studying students and remote workers alike. Several parties arrived, enjoyed their time and left within reason, while others arrived, dug in, and enjoyed a long morning in the beautiful Alpine weather. I will certainly be back.

Food is good for breakfast or lunch. Pasties are delicious also. It's fun to sit out in the garden or inside. Service is great. Ambience is park like and cute.

The food is amazing here. We walked in and there's two people to help us right away greeting us. The ambience is so so cute. We're definitely coming back here for breakfast at 7 AM tomorrow. There is really cute outdoor seating

Cute coffee shop with farm house vibes. They have lots of drinks and be sure to check out the seasonal drinks! There were so many seasonal drinks for ST Patrick's day. Great service. I got a chai tea and the St Patrick's soda. The chai tea iced was delicious. The soda was delicious as well- tasted like a green apple soda. Cute inside decor and cute sitting.

Me and my children love coming here! The prices are decent and it's a good experience all around sometimes they have music playing. It's really nice and relaxing. They have an area for the kids to play while you enjoy your drink or snack. My daughter and I love to share the Panini's. They are all unique and flavorful.

Alpine Coffee Roasters is one of my favorite spots in Alpine! This little house turned into a cute coffee shop should definitely be on your list of just tries! They have a normal menu plus a changing seasonal one. I have had their chai latte, banana nut cold brew, and a few yummy refreshers. Definitely stop in and say hello to the friendly staff!

It's giving country cozy, friendly, smooth roasted coffee and specials. The cutest country coffee roaster I've been in all year. I love the whole lay out. It's like entering a family or friends home. They have seating inside and outside. They have food, pastries. Check their signs for items. Great menu of drinks. They had fall drinks posted and also non-coffee drinks. I picked up a bag of their Blue Lady loose tea and ordered a Pumpkin hot chai. The chai was like a hug from a cute puppy. It was a nice day so I sat under one of the umbrella's and listened to live music. What a charming spot to enjoy the day and some Pumpkin chai. Mel M Yelp 22:31

The temperature of coffee and tea, use warm cream/milk instead of cold which cools the drink down, could also use a bit of cleaning up

First off that BQL (banana Que Latte) was spot on *AMAZING*. The langka (jackfruit) and banana were all in there. Like you totally can taste it. It was balanced so well. Tho, I think it should be turon Latte (spring roll wrapped banana with jackfruit inside) not Banana que. But totally love this drink!! this alone make me want to go back again. its a small boutique but clean, and nice wall photos too.the moment we walked in the coffee aroma welcomed us. I love it!! Other than the BQL we ordered BSL (brown sugar) they do have milk alternative such as pistachio, oat, almond, etc. We didn't get to see other options for pastries since most were all gone by the time we got there. Overall, I would def recommend this place for anyone visiting PSP, Cath City, Palm Dessert, Indio or Coachella. Five starts would totally recommend and will becoming back in the near future. Thank you for bringing such good drinks to the Valley!

Ive brought friends here in the past and have always gotten positive feedback afterwards. Recently though, it feels like it's lost a little of its charm. The menu needs updating because with all the crossed out items on the board, it looks a little low end and like they're out of things. But they also always seem to be out of multiple items when I come these days. There's no food options any more most of the time, but the display cases remain. And seating... it feels like they got rid of 1-2 tables and the tables that were outside. There never seems to be enough seating so it's both cramped while also empty looking now. They have these side benches to sit on, but no one ever uses them because they're not super comfortable or good to chat with anyone with. Also, the bathroom. It's usually open, but twice now Ive been in there where there's zero toilet paper or the paper towel dispenser is out, but someone has just put a roll on top to tear at your own will. I loved this place so I hate saying more negative than good. The drinks remain amazing, but for a spot that is so popular, it's losing some of its own charm.
