Honestly the food is super amazing so I hate to give it such a bad review but the food cannot make up for the terrible service. We go to this restaurant 2-3 times a month and we are close to never going back. The service when we go is never super friendly but that is okay to deal with. The main problem we have is every time we order our order is wrong. The last time we came we ordered 8 regular lahmacun and it came spicy which was an unpleasant surprise. Everytime we go we make sure to specify that one of the salad orders should not have tomatoes yet it seems that they almost intentionally leave extra tomatoes, not only that but sometimes they go out of their way to remove onions and do extra tomatoes. My coworker was craving pizza, so we took our dinner break here. I wanted a salad, but was informed that they didn't have any salads, in spite of the fancy wall menu advertising them. We ordered a pide and gyros, both of which were huge and tasty. The problem was that the take-out pizzas that I ordered took way too long to make. Since we were on the clock it caused a bit of a problem. The good news is that the people were friendly and the traditional pizza was very good. I never checked out the interior, I just ate the food in my hotel, and I can tell you, the food ROCKS. I had the Gyro Pizza with white sauce and I fell in love. SO good. I also had their Turkish bread and I LOVE bread in general, but Turkish bread is world renowned. This place's bread was nothing short of delicious. Everything was made FRESH on the premises. This place sucks. It used to sell really good food but it has to be a front for something else. The pizza and sandwiches are always overcooked and dry. The customer service is bad as well. I went there a couple of months ago and walked out because there was no one in the place but they left me waiting to order for over 20 minutes. I went there recently and looking at the dry pizza that the people were eating and decided to order a gyro. They were out of beef but the guy at the register (who took my money but couldn't hand me my change he put it on the counter for me to pick up like I had cooties or something) assured me that the chicken gyro would be good. I asked for extra tzatziki sause and there was barely any on the sandwich let alone extra. The fries were overcooked and the chicken was overcooked and dry.
