A 10 years olds toe nails are tiny, they don't have any callouses, and I had to ask for her to get started soaking while she waited. When I inquired as to how much a child's pedicure was, I was told it would be $30 and they charged me $35. She did not receive $35 worth of services. My pedicure was about 40 minutes, and hers was 15-20. This is unacceptable. I also am frustrated with feeling like your technicians are in such a hurry and the fact that you all set timers interrupts our relaxation time and makes me feel like they're just trying to turn over in a hurry. The cheapest option they showed us was $40, so it was more expensive than most places around town. The only difference I could tell between a classic pedicure at any other place and this one was the wax, which is useless. They put it on you for 2 minutes and take it right off. Other than that, it was a regular pedicure that could have been $30 or $35. I usually don't consider pedicures worth it since I can just do it myself, but this one definitely didn't feel worth the $40 + tip.
