I asked if I could be taken back early since I was required to arrive early, but was told no. Around 12:50pm, I was informed they were running behind and I wouldn't be taken back until 1:20-1:25pm. I was told I could either wait or leave and they would call me when it was my turn. I chose to leave and received a call at 1:20pm saying they were ready for me. However, I still wasn't taken back until 2:00pm. Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

You can legally only give a TIME OF SERVICE discount for 15% but most importantly I asked the day I went in to not pay less than what anyone else would pay but the exact same amount. My husband was killed in my accident with my 13 week old sustaining injuries and my 2.5 year old in the car. Two different technicians attempted an IV for my contrast and neither of them could find a vein, so they sent me home again. They told me that I was possibly dehydrated and I should have been drinking water. Are you kidding me? Oh, and they charged my credit card for a procedure they could not do! I was greeted very nicely with a very professional young woman when I checked in However, when I was taken back to have the scan done the young man that was the technician had absolutely no communication skills. I was not offered a locker and had to change into a gown and was told I couldn't leave my things in the room so I carried them into this tiny little room, and it was quite embarrassing because I had my undergarments with me and the whole thing seemed Very unprofessional. I was especially disappointed in the fact that they do not put your knees on a block while doing the scan because it is a proven fact that if you do not have your knees on a block, then your spine is arched because your back is arched and the reading is not correct . I ask about that and the young man said they don't do that. He had no personal skills. If you're going to be working in a center that is doing scans on people (with a high percentage of those people having scans done checking for something that's quite serious) your company needs to train you in how to communicate and be sensitive and to talk through what you're doing with your patient. I probably wasted a trip because it was done incorrectly and just the unprofessionalism of the experience makes me super upset with myself for not reading the reviews before I went. Owners of Simon that you need to do some training so that your technicians are sensitive and caring people that offer a locker for peoples belongings and our professional and informative.
