    I'm aware of the low ratings this location had received. While I do agree the place could look better, their service was adequate. I just went there to drop off some dead batteries. The employees were very helpful with that. And they helped me sign up with their rewards program. I thought that was nice of them. I haven't used my rewards yet, but will definitely use it when I need something.

    Now accepting Amazon returns which is pretty cool!

    Nice enough Staples in Westchester for all your printing and shipping needs. I only come here for printing misc docs and dropping off packages (the take FedEx, USPS, and UPS). The best part is that they always have free tape to use! Plenty of parking in the back (shared with the rest of the plaza) and it's always easy to find a spot. It does kinda smell inside the staples so just fyi. The employees are always kind and helpful!

    I see why the reviews are low! Bad customer service in person and bad customer service over the phone. That store is like a cemetery, yet I was left on hold for over a half an hour, and I had 1 simple question. Not 1 job I've ever had that dealt with the public, was the phone allowed to ring several times, nor place someone on hold over 3 mins with no acknowledgment!

    This is for the copy center, specifically for the customer service. I needed to print some forms and my brand new USB wasn't working in the machines. Not sure why. They are as old as DINOSAURS! There was only one employee working (see photo), but he guided me thru a process of emailing the document to the machine. While I waited I watched this employee GENUINELY HELPING multiple customers in the meantime. My print was $0.79 and he didn't even charge me for it. It's so rare to experience good customer service these days, I gotta shout it out. Especially since everything about the place seems run down, like it's seen warfare.

    Very friendly staff! Quick service. (Paid additional for quicker service) Went to get a custom game board laminated. Unfortunately there was an error. Young lady handling my item said the laminator skipped while laminating resulting in random unglossed line. This was a error that could not be fixed. UI've been to other locations where this hasn't happened. This was definitely user error, probably won't be back to this location for this particular service.

    I needed ink for my printer for an event we were having that day. So arrived right before they opened. The guy working the register saw me waiting outside, and let me know they're opening soon. Once I came in, he knew I needed something quick, and helped me out right away. The ink I needed was not on the shelf, so he checked it for me and found that they had it in stock. He called someone to help and brought out the ink cartridges right away. I was able to pay and get out of there in 10mins. So glad they were helpful and had what I needed in stock!

    Excuse me!! I just saw two employees close up and leave for the day but they're supposed to be open until 7pm?!?! This is so frustrating!

    Terrible. Would not accept my return because their system wasn't working. Thanks for wasting 15 minutes of my time. Manager was worthless.

    Well, my friend Jenny's laptop and iPad were no longer charging and 3 places couldn't fix them…read more However, one place recommended MY TECH WORLD. I met her there Tuesday afternoon for her dropping off her devices and hopefully, they could be fixed. Pascal, who is the owner was extremely kind, technically savvy and reasonably priced and told her they were fixable. She picked everything up today and every problem was solved perfectly!!! Well, this gem is a mile from my home and I couldn't be happier to know that "help" is sooo close. Parking lot holds many cars so double yay! My friend said it was a wonderful experience for her, especially with the removal of stress that had been hanging over her head... ( remember, 3 places could not fix her devices)... She felt confidence in Pascal. He said he could fix the issues and he did!!! Bravo to a person of integrity and mad skills! Highly recommended!

    I spilled half a mug of coffee w. milk on my Mac M1 Pro work laptop. I was panicked thinking it was…read morefried. As soon as MyTechWorld opened, I called and spoke to Paskal who quickly cleaned my laptop and let me know what the damage was. He explained prior to the cleaning the possibilities + costs (motherboard replacements, keyboard, etc.). He called me a couple hours later to let me know the damage was minimal and only a keyboard replacement was needed. I was able to get my laptop back basically brand new the next afternoon. He was so kind and informative. Easy to talk with. Would 100% recommend coming here.
