store is fine i've never been but i tried calling no one answered for 7 min then i called again and someone finally answered and then put me on hold for 20 min while they "check for my order i placed 2 hrs ago" and then no response after 20 min so i ended and called again and no one answered the like for 10 min so i hung up. and i never got a confirmation on my order or an email. so i'm just annoyed. i'm just confused why no one could answer the phone. i highly doubt they were that busy to let the phone ring for a total of 17 min read more

Social distancing and masks is a must. Staples is my to go too store when I need copies or things for my business. I had to make copies here since I'm not home, so I decided to visit this location. My review is specifically for Dana and Sima in the printing department. Staples is very lucky to have these 2 ladies working there. My father passed away and I needed to get printed cards and blown up picture posters for his memorial service. Dana handled the card order and Sima handled the poster order. They were both empathetic and professional. It made me so comfortable to talk to them. The work was very good quality as they made sure the images were not too dark (or too light). Their customer service should be recognized. Thank you ladies for a positive experience during a difficult time. read more

Went to get some things printed. Girl told me to go to self service printer. I told her I didn't want to do that, I wanted her to print them and on cardstock. She said it would be cheaper to do it myself. I declined (it was for my daughter's wedding and I wanted it done right). She rolled her eyes. Got off stool. Whispered about me to her coworker. I told them it was fine if she didn't want to help me and do her job, I could go somewhere else. I know she doesn't care, but I did. Went to office depot and was helped and treated like a customer. Ping at Office Depot was great! Sad this generation just doesn't get it. Just wanted something printed. Thought that's what they did. I'm easy going and not rude. I am absolutely frustrated and appalled by my experience at this Staples location, especially with Peggy, who I've had issues with before. This was the second time I've had an unpleasant encounter with her during my Amazon returns, and it's beyond disappointing. I walked up to the counter with a box containing about 10 returns. As I was setting it down, I greeted Peggy and mentioned I had a few Amazon returns. Without any courtesy, she practically cut me off, demanding to know where my returns were and to set them down. I was shocked by her abruptness. I explained that I would place each item in front of her one by one to ensure nothing got mixed up, especially since some items looked similar. She rudely insisted that I lay them all out at once for scanning. When I told her her behavior was unnecessary and rude, especially since this wasn't the first bad experience I've had with her, she didn't even acknowledge my concerns. I explained that I wanted to make sure each item was scanned properly, but she dismissed me and said, "That's how we do it here," and threatened to move on to the next customer. I told her no, I was ready with my barcodes and didn't appreciate being rushed or having my items moved around. But she ignored my request and continuously moved my items around, making it more difficult for me to keep them organized. Each time she scanned an item, she would walk it to another area for processing one by one, and I would try to push the next item forward, holding my phone with the barcode ready, but she just kept saying "NEXT ITEM" even though she could see I was ready. It felt like she was deliberately disregarding my efforts. When the counter was empty, I asked for my printed receipt, but she claimed the printer was broken and once again insisted I take a picture of the receipt off her phone. The phone was dirty, and the screen was hard to read. I asked for her name to report the experience, but she turned away and mumbled something. When I asked her again, she finally spelled it out for me--so unprofessional. This entire experience was unnecessary and completely frustrating. I was prepared with organized items and barcodes, yet she was unaccommodating, rude, and condescending. This is not the first time I've dealt with Peggy's unprofessional behavior, and I truly hope something is done to address it. It's unfortunate that this Staples is my closest location for Amazon returns, because I now dread every visit. I sincerely hope the management takes action to ensure future customers aren't subjected to this kind of treatment. read more

Popped in to pick up a chair to work from home, and didn't like how cheap the material felt. Thought it would be easier to just return it at time of pick up.... here's the kicker it's not. The service associate told me I have to call to return the merchandise instead of picking it up and returning it all at once. I went online to see if I could complete the return there, and it'll let you.... if you pick up the merchandise. So as told I called the customer service line... just to get told they can't process the return because the item hasn't been picked up.... So now I'm back in the store for a simple return that could have been processed the first time I was in here and I've wasted 40+ minutes of my time. I can say I will not be returning here for any service, I'll try again with another location maybe, but with this process I think I'll just shop elsewhere... read more

I Have purchased a few items about a month ago that casher charge me more for one item than it was advertised. I have mentioned right there in she corrected it. Went today and again charged me $18.99 each for 2 calendars that advertised for $13.99. I didn't have my reading glass in the store and when rechecked the price in my car, then went back to the store. The clerk without checking the price refunded me credit card for the overcharged stating " sometime their register doesn't charge properly ". By now at least I am convinced that it is practiced knowingly. read more

Girl at the checkout counter- charged me 3 times for 1 product among other items! I went back as soon as I stepped out of the store and complained. She didn't apologize and just said "she was distracted talking". She told another cashier to refund x1 for a mischarge. It was as if she knew what she had done.... I left so angry- I wasn't even given a full refund for her overcharges but I was tired of complaining and flustered. This experience ruined my day. Tally up your totals before you try to check out. I went here looking for a new printer and wasn't getting much help. I went to the cashier (I think her name is Maybelline) and she was quick, responsive, and helpful. I brought my laptop for cleaning, since it was very slow, they found 66 viruses and offer to clean it for about $145. Adams, the computer tech associate who handle this service was very helpful and explained to me with details about the best way to prevent viruses from attacking my laptop, and then another clerk gave me a 15% off coupon that was available only at this particular day. I end up paying around $127, and it did made a different in the speed. It beat getting a new laptop read more

I will say that I have NEVER have good customer service when I come here. There is customer service is comprised of them saying "I'm sorry I can't help you more" or them directing you to someone else who is probably going to tell you the quote above. I was on the phone for 30 minutes total. The first time I was on the phone for 20 minutes and no one answered. I called again waited 10 minutes, no answer again. The store is 12 minutes down the road from me so I decide to go in person to store is not busy and I asked the manager why my calls weren't answered when I waited on the line for a total of 30 minutes she had no explanation for me and said that they did answer the calls. I'm not gonna say that they're lying but I'm going to say that it sure does seem like they're lying. This is the worst store I have ever been to and this is the reason why I always end up going to Office Depot. I'm done giving this place opportunities. read more

This is a great, great Staples with polite and professional assistance from a warm staff. I have been coming here for years and after traveling back and forth and visiting many Staples ( how did I spend so much there in one tax year? ) I have decided that this is my fave branch. The manager always seems to be present ready to trouble shoot. Recently I was able to return a printer bought the day before that was clearly ( according to HP) um, defective. I experienced the most illegal dirty business practice in my opinion at this Staples. Twas the day before Christmas, I was out shopping for a computer as a Christmas present. To my shagrin, I found the, what I thought was the perfect laptop, only to find out you could not order one, get a rain check on a laptop they had not carried in stock. The sales person tried to act uninformed and tried to direct me to even more expensive laptops. When this did not work, he merrily went on his way to parts unknown in the store, epic fail on Staples. I've been here a couple of times usually very nice employees and a very nice store has lots of good deals and polite staff unfortunately a woman named Stella has ruined this experience for me today. I walk in to purchase three small items I noticed that 1 of the registers is open I walk up to it and she starts complaining the other people were supposed to be in front of me who weren't even up at the register yet and continuously apologizes for me being rude and staring at me in an ungrateful way. I dont know if this is accross the board or not for all staples locations, but... I simply wanted to see if they had a product in store and could hold it until i got there to pick it up that night. I checked online, and they had the product for $21 and available now at a few nearby stores, i didn't want to set up a whole staples online account and give out my credit card info to yet another website, so i used the locator to find the stores number, I called the number and got directed to a robot who talked for about two minutes, then gave me a few options, i chose where to connect me and waited... for 15 MINUTES, hung up and tried again... 15 minute wait... hung up... another 5 minute wait and finally an answer!!! I asked, "do you have this product in store for me to pick up tonight?" the employee responded "Yes, its $85..." to which i responded, "It's only $21 online and it says you have two in store now, i just need to see if you can hold it..." he tells me " we do not have those in store, the only ones we have are $85 and we only have one left! if you found it online I would order it there and have it shipped to the store which will take two days..." so I say "thank you" and spend 15 minutes setting up an account i dont want and finally place my order... for $21... and it was ready for pickup 20 minutes later... not really something to complain about if that was what I wanted, what I wanted was for someone to quickly answer the phone and help me understand what I am buying and let me know if it is in store so i can come by and pick it up instead of setting up an account and paying online, but i guess the convenience of actual customer service is lost on this store... Not really sure what happened, why the product was "in store" then "not in store" then "in store" after I ordered it, but I really hope it works and is the right product for what I need because with noone able to find the product or answer my questions i will be REALLY PISSED if i have to return it and go pay too much at Best Buy because at least their employees know whats going on... read more

Terrible. I had to get to church with a colored print that had details of a child with a fatal disease and their printer took 30 minutes to print 4 pages properly! Three different machines and three people had to get involved. They didn't charge me but I obviously missed my appointment! What's more their ladies room at 10:30 am is absolutely disgusting and no paper towels even though have have so many on sale outside. read more

I bought a shredder on 12/16/14 because they offered a $35 Easy Rebate on it. Today is 2/5/15 and I have yet to get my EASY Rebate. I have chatted with 2 different employees on the chat host. The first one told me the rebate was mailed to me on 1/22/15 and to give it until 2/5/15. That was about 2 weeks ago. Today is 2/5/15 and I chatted with a different employee and she told me it was shipped to me on 2/2/15. So no one seems to know what they are doing. I would not have bought the shredder if I knew I was going to have to wait 3 months for a rebate. There is nothing easy about it, and I won't make the mistake again of buying from them. read more
