I found a couple places a little cheaper, but none offered the quality of product, speed, and service that I got at iParamedics. Had the pleasure of being helped by the store owner, Constantine, when I came in a little after 5:30pm. Got to sit at his workbench and watch while he explained the process of replacing my screen and battery. He was extremely helpful and friendly while I grilled him about the authenticity of the iPhone screen (authentic Apple unlike aftermarket lcds offered everywhere else) and he did many tests along the way to ensure everything was working. Even though he took time out to answer a few calls and help a couple customers, I was out the door by 6pm with a phone that functions and looks as great as the day I bought it. He also took the time to personally follow up with me to make sure everything was working properly. Will recommend iParamedics to everyone I know!

I called to find out the repair was being done then. Later the same day I recieved texts(see pics) saying it is damaged. I refused to take a broken screen to replace a broken screen. I was told they would order another. After receiving no communication on December 2nd I called during business hours 3 times. This is 36 days after I dropped it off. I had no phone over the holiday and am upset about all of this. On the third they finally answered. The owner, TJ was not available. His employee proceeded to tell me they are no longer going to fix it. Nothing is being done to make any of this right. I asked for TJ the owner to call me. He did not. This morning December 3rd I called. Same employee answers. Says TJ is not there. Claims he called already this morning. I have no missed call and no voicemail. I am offered a refund. I have already been without a phone for 37 days. After I got upset because they obviously do not care and are not honoring their end of the verbal contract to provide the repair the employee decides he is too sensitive for real talk. Proceeded to tell me to come up there and talk that way to his face while I am there.

I saw the many high start reviews and gave them our computer for a new display... on leaving it for service the lost all the info on the hard drive, and we had to put in a new drive. Also, they put a large dent in the back of the computer and on replacing the screen they cracked the glass, so we had to wait several weeks for them to get that part... only to install that and ruin the rubber around the glass with what looks like razor marks to remove the glass.
