Friday 7/2 I dropped a packaged to be sent out, and Thank God, they were closed along with USPS yesterday 7/5. I realized I packed up the wrong item I sold, and noticed the mistake 7/4. So I called up first thing today, and talked to the nicest woman Skylar! She was able to immediately pull and hold my package until I could arrive and fix the mistake. She opened my box and shipped the rest of my packages while I repackaged the correct item. She was so nice and friendly to not just me, after a long weekend and TS Elsa, but everyone that came in while I worked.
