Not only has my address been repeatedly entered incorrectly, but they also mishandled both my mail forwarding and my mother's. These are basic services that should be handled with accuracy and care, yet there seems to be a consistent lack of understanding or follow-through from the staff. At this point, it feels less like a one-time mistake and more like a pattern of poor training or lack of attention to detail. I would strongly recommend improving staff knowledge and accountability so customers aren't left dealing with ongoing errors that affect something as important as their mail. Went in to get a card to have my mail forwarded while I was out of the country. Though they are…read moresupposed to have these cards out on the counters, there were none to be found. The line for the counters was literally out the door with probably over 20 people in it. I did not try to butt into line but just asked politely if the cards were available. The counterperson snapped at me to get back in line! I have bad knees and gout. I only wanted a simple 2 second answer. His attitude was terrible and I have noted that below there are also comments about this person since he does the passports. Luckily, an elderly lady heard my request and she asked the person assisting her to give her the application card which she gave to me. She was also upset with this man's attitude. I have seen it before. I filled out the form and took it down the road to a small village that has another post office. There was just one person working there and she said she KNEW who I was referring to and that she has worked in Zephyrhills in the past and that this guy was well known for treating customers and colleagues in a rude and curt manner. I felt much better knowing that it was just me. When I next to to the post office, I will make sure I do not have to deal with this sad representative of the USPS. Shame on him and on them.

If you have a problem, they genuinely want to help you solve it and do everything they can to get things sorted out. I had an issue with the forwarding address I set up get confused with return to sender and was therefore receiving none of my mail. Within 5 minutes the very kind woman at the desk had her supervisor on the phone and he was correcting the issue. Beyond amazing post office and post office employees!!

This downtown Tampa post office makes it easy, fast and actually enjoyable to do those rather mundane things. I live close enough to walk so don't have to deal with traffic or parking so that is a big mark in its favor. I can also usually time my visit to coincide with what I hope are less hectic times. Even when I have arrived to find a line of folks waiting their turns, the line has always moved quickly and I am in and out in minutes. But what really stands out is how helpful and personable the people who work the counters are whenever I drop by. That is not always the case and so I really appreciate that they make every visit a pleasant encounter. I guess you could say, every time I mail it, they nail it!

We talked tats & everything random. Of course I was the only customer in this adorable tiny post office. There are two service registers, but I'm unsure if there were two employees on the clock.
