I frequently go into this store to make Amazon returns, but have used them to assist me in returning Spectrum equipment and with mailing services. The store seems to stay very busy and oftentimes, there is a line waiting for customer assistance. Your staff at this location work very hard. In spite of the volume of customers, they are fast, friendly and efficient. Even when I face a long line, I know they will get me in/out quickly. The one Female employee had her mask at her chin speaking to customers and when I asked her to please wear her mask for everyone's safety she responded by rolling her eyes and attempting to carelessly lift her mask. It would not stay and she said, yup it won't stay and I don't care either. She was incredibly rude and the store was filled with customers at appx 5:14pm today (2/1/2021). Please note I only pointed out her sex so that it is easier to identify who the employee was out of the others who were working at this time who were all male employees. read more

If you're looking to be treated rudely this is the place to go. I got to the store before they closed and was running to the store from my car because of very heavy rains and accidentally dropped one of my items which I had the QR ready for, I processed my other items and the employee told me that I couldn't get my item that I accidentally dropped because they're closed now despite me explaining to her that it's a drop off and not a new shipment or anything that takes times and me already being almost done with my transaction. I would've understood more if she was nice but she was very rude and treated me with such a bad attitude. NEVER going to this store again where employees disrespect their clients. read more

Upon attempting to ship a pellet rifle scope through this location I was advised, by the manager, that it is illegal to ship any item that could potentially be used on a firearm. An employee named Hari treated me so rudely. I will report him for his attitude every chance I get at this point. I think maybe he is sexist or racist toward white people. Rude comments, eye rolling, telling me "well I'm going to tell you anyway" in a really condescending tone just to try and prove a point that didn't need to be proven. I will never return to this UPS location. Luckily for us there is a new one that has opened on Eiland Blvd and encourage everyone to go there. Such a pleasant person when I called to get information. We went yesterday to return some packages from Amazon that were individually sent from Amazon with separate return slips. When we arrived to the location located at 5450 Bruce B Downs Blvd Wesley Chapel they insisted that the labels were the same and only one tracking number. Didn't argue it just wanted to get the packages sent back, and of course they were quick to say we had to buy a box to send the three. Again, we explained to them that in order for us to return these items since they were individually sent they had separate tracking numbers and in order for us to be able to get the labels we had to individually click and print from the pertaining package. Anyone who orders from Amazon is well aware that there's a difference with individual orders being sent and also grouped orders. If the three packages were supposed to be under one tracking they would not have sent them individually. I understand businesses have to make money, so that isn't the issue. This morning after speaking to Amazon regarding my refund for the three packages they could only verify one since it was grouped under one order. That means there are two items I'm still having to wait and hoping they can locate. I called and politely told the person that I needed help as I had spoken to Amazon and they confirmed that there were under three tracking numbers. The "Manager Julie"was already sounding flustered and annoyed. The conversation quickly escalated when I told her we had been charged for a box that should have never been given as the three slips were different tracking numbers. I told her I'd be more than happy to take it to the store to show her and she started rudely telling me there is nothing she will do and that she herself saw the slip and I was wrong. She started yelling and I responded to her at that point in the same tone she was speaking to me in and she hung up. Called again, and hung up. Again, I never started the conversation rude or aggressive as I too work with customers that can have unrealistic expectations. I proceeded to go to the store. How can you be a manager of a location and show such poor leadership? You are teaching employees to be rude and hang up on customers when u don't like what they are saying!! One thing is being disrespected which she wasn't and another a customer explaining their concern. Who does this? Even as I was explaining things again in person she's swinging arms around noticeably upset. At that time her other coworker inserts herself in our conversation. If I was the owner of this location after reading reviews repeatedly of how rude the manager and staff are I'd definitely make a change. This isn't the first time a family member of mine has encountered Julie being rude. This will only make customers find other locations where they are treated nicely and are welcomed. Again, horrible reviews on yelp and Google. I can understand a few times it can be the customer but when it's a constant complain how much more can you actually put blame on the "customer" I am beyond happy they have more options for UPS through out Wesley chapel so we aren't stuck going to this location. She can try to justify what you did and be backed up by her co worker but she knows how she reacted when we first spoke was unacceptable. I hope the owner makes changes! read more

We went there to send a package and needed to cut a piece of tape. A younger, very kind, gentleman got us a pair of scissors and another man (I'm assuming the supervisor or at least he thinks he is) announced loudly "YOU CANT GIVE CUSTOMERS SCISSORS." And then proceeded to be obnoxious and say loud enough for the people at Publix next door to hear, "YEAH DONT EVER GIVE SCISSORS TO A CUSTOMER AGAIN ITS A LIABILITY." As if the entire store didn't hear him loud and clear, he proceeded to embarrass the other employee and us AGAIN by saying it A THIRD TIME. Dude we get it. It was so obnoxious. I am very disappointed to have to write this review. However, based on a recent experience at this local UPS store, I feel obligated. Long story short, I brought in a package with a pre-printed label. Ryan, who was working that day, wasn't able to scan the label. Instead of entering in the tracking number or looking up the receiver's account, he turned me away. I wasted my time and gas to discover that this store could have easily reprinted a label. I actually chatted with the store supervisor to be told that reprinting a label was "something new to her." So... I have now escalated this to the corporate office. The store manager alluded that because they are franchised, they are limited with what they can do. However, to have a franchise - with any company - you are expected to follow rules and guidelines, especially when it comes to providing solid customer service. I'm surprised with the level of apathy demonstrated and will be hard-pressed to use or recommend UPS, especially this store. read more

Before I opened my mail box at this UPS store, I was assured that once I had a fixed address, I would be able to forward mail from it to any new address. So I paid $100 for 3 months (their minimum term). Less than 30 days later, I get a new place but the post office will not complete my change of address because I'm attempting to forward from a "commercial retail mailing center". I go to the store and they confirm that indeed they don't forward US mail. The guy at the counter acknowledges he gave me incorrect info but offers no apology nor a prorata refund. What a rip -off!!!!!' Post script: in response to the "owner" reply - I have no problem with the USPS. It was YOUR store personnel who told me that you would not forward my mail, NOT the post office. None of your personnel took my forwarding address. As recently as Friday, Aug 16, I complained to Richard in your store and he again repeated that your UPS store will NOT forward mail. I needed some documents scanned and attached to form for Vital Stastics. I came into the UPS store in Wesley Chapel , at Summertree Plaza . They were very busy , but their employee Alex was so very nice and spent as much time as I needed with me, giving great customer service . I just picked up my color printed flyers from the UPS store, and they look awful. The prints have different colors as if the printer was running out of the ink during printing. I complained to the store employees, but they did not offer any reprints or refund. How do I use these flyers with different logo colors and faded-out letters? We placed an online order today and paid in full with no problems or disclaimers that the order would not be fulfilled. Showed up to pick it up and apparently their printer is down. Doesn't seem like a great idea to be taking online orders if your equipment isn't working!! After waiting 15 mins for them to try printing it from another printer and it looking awful they finally just cancelled our order. Waste of our time; this isn't the first time we've had issues at this UPS so we will be taking our business elsewhere going forward. UPDATE 10/7/2019 after owner response: Thank you for your response and apology, however we were not made aware of your printer issues until we came to pick it up. I understand things are automatically placed on the website regardless of your problems, but why weren't we contacted so we could plan accordingly? Had we been called/notified in advance by Mgmt I wouldn't even be mad or have reviewed your business appropriately. We had to drive all the way to your business before we first found this out, waited 15 mins for you all to try to print it on another device and then eventually had no choice but to cancel the order bc the quality from your other printer was so poor. Most convenient UPS Store to me and I refuse to keep going. Don't expect an email with tracking information unless you beg (and wait for the store to be empty) Tried shipping electronics today in the original packaging and they claim no insurance is allowed unless they package it. Avoid coming here if you need to ship or send anything. I dropped off my Spectrum equipment here and they tried to bill me for unreturned equipment almost 2 weeks later but luckily I had a receipt so they removed the charges. However I came in last week to send two birthday cards and just wanted to pay for postage and leave them there to be sent off. They charged me $8 for postage!!! Next time I will use the post office because it would cost less than $2 if I had. The worst part is that one of the cards didn't even make it to the destination. We tried to come in and ask what happened to the card we with the overpriced postage and the staff was so unhelpful. They said to talk to USPS to see what happened that there is nothing they can do especially since they didn't give me a receipt for my purchase. I'm very annoyed that I took the time to send my niece a birthday card with money and paid all that money for postage and it just disappeared and the UPS store tells me it's my problem to deal with the post office and not their fault. read more

I specifically asked employe if they could get it there by a certain date, was told they could indeed.I guess I should of believed the signs instead of their verbal assurances. I have had a mailbox at this location for 11 years and used to be treated like that mattered. Today for me to get my own mail packages I have to wait in line as though I just walked in off the street to send a package. I did not pay all this money for all these years to wait 10 to 15 minutes to sign their stupid little pad to get my own mail. Poor location, heavy traffic, just walking from your car is a chance to be hit by the speeding cars as you cross the street. Bad service, poor attitude, understaffed, overcharging on rates and leaving out less expensive delivery. Franchise run by greedy people who do not care about customers.
