    Same batch of pricing and different logo colors and faded-out letters. Some serious quality control issue at this UPS location.

    I just picked up my color printed flyers from the UPS store, and they look awful. The prints have different colors as if the printer was running out of the ink during printing. I complained to the store employees, but they did not offer any reprints or refund. How do I use these flyers with different logo colors and faded-out letters? I do not think this is an employee's error though. It seems like there is a glitch in the system.

    Rude. They now charge $1 for taping a box even if it's just the very top of the box requiring 12 inches of tape.

    Great friendly service! I was in and out pretty fast. I had no idea how Amazon returns worked and the sales clerk was very helpful.

Friday 7/2 I dropped a packaged to be sent out, and Thank God, they were closed along with USPS yesterday 7/5. I realized I packed up the wrong item I sold, and noticed the mistake 7/4. So I called up first thing today, and talked to the nicest woman Skylar! She was able to immediately pull and hold my package until I could arrive and fix the mistake. She opened my box and shipped the rest of my packages while I repackaged the correct item. She was so nice and friendly to not just me, after a long weekend and TS Elsa, but everyone that came in while I worked. I will just start going here and avoiding the long ridiculous line at out USPS store. So many people are there at all hours, but Goin'Postal works so fast there's hardly a wait. I'm so great full for their service! She helped me with my problems that I created, and she did it with humor and a wonderful disposition! I appreciate the small town businesses of Zephyrhills, something I fear we are losing over all this revamping of our town! However, I hope Goin' Postal on Main Street stays with us forever.     I don't often leave reviews for stores but I felt the need to write something after experiencing…read morewhat I went through with my daughter. Earlier in the June, I needed to get fingerprinted and the company required me to go to this PakMail. They said that I will be required to show 2 forms of identification, with a primary id being government issued. I went there and got fingerprinted without any issues. In fact, I was not even asked to show my IDs by the fingerprinter, his name is Andy. Fast forward a few weeks later and my 15 y/o daughter also needs to get fingerprinted for volunteering at a camp. She is also required to go to the same PakMail to get fingerprinted. Again, they mention to her that she should bring 2 forms of ID. She just turned 15 so she does not have a Driver's License, but she does have her birth certificate, SSN, and a School ID. When we get there the same gentleman, Andy, immediately looks at her and asks if she has two forms of ID for the fingerprinting. We tell him that we do have a School ID and also SSN and BC. He then says that may not be sufficient and that she will need a government-issued License. We go through the process and he says that the system will not let him continue because she needs a government issued ID. Of course, I'm very annoyed because I just went through the same process and the same fingerprinter didn't even care to ask for any of my IDs, but NOT for my daughter, so this is all subjective on his end. I remind him of this and of course, he says that he does not remember me and that he always applies the rules the same for everyone. I pull up my registration # and date/time to show him proof but he is set in his position. The only difference between me and my daughter is that she wears hijab as a practicing Muslim and that immediately triggered for me the discrimination that Muslim women feel being treated differently and held to a different standard. Obviously, I will never know what Andy was thinking and perhaps he is just a lazy employee who arbitrarily chooses to do his job properly. Either way, an overall very poor service and very unprofessional by him and the store. I would not recommend using them for any services.
